for context: i played as poland during interwar and i kind of beat the everliving shit out of the USSR. not because i was good but because their templates were literally FOUR infantry battalions, No supports, same templates for every other country i fought. tldr: too easy git gud

I need to upgrade my motherboard (dell optiplex 3020 sff) my CPU PSU and ram.
right now i have a i5 4670, 16gb of ddr3 and 255w. I'm looking for cheap upgrades that might allow me to play at 1440p at 120hz, btw if you guys know any good and cheap oled monitors in that range please lmk!
