How could a "Hakari Prime" potentially be stronger than Gojo?

Como o mundo mudaria se TODAS as pessoas tivessem conhecimento e escolaridade de alto nível?

Bem simples, TODAS as pessoas de agora e as que vai nascer tem uma quantidade mediana-alta de conhecimento gerais sobre tudo e uma escolaridade ALTÍSSIMA ( ou seja, é como se tivesses passando a vida inteira estudando numa das melhores escolas do mundo com toda a assistência para problemas, dificuldades e aprendizado) o conhecimento e escolaridade escala diretamente com a idade da pessoa.

Edit: isso é no planeta inteiro, não só não brasil!

Edit2: o conhecimento gerais avançados é conhecido geral mesmo, tipo curiosidade minimamente úteis, tipo de coisa que você precisaria numa gincana de televisão, é útil mas não é algo extraordinário.
