Does this look authentic and is it worth the price?

Hello all, just got this beautiful Tsh-4M in the mail today. While inspecting it I noticed a few shells of what looked like little bugs. After looking up what they were it appears they are carpet beetles. This is the first time I have dealt with these little buggers (if there are more). I only found around 8 shells, and no signs of larve in any of the seams in the helmet. I have searched and searched the helmet again for anything else and can’t find anything. I would still like to be safe tho, so it is currently sitting in a ziploc bag on my floor, and that is as far as I have gone.

I googled some methods to kill off stuff I can’t see but I am worried about damage the foam for the ear pieces. One of the methods is to freeze the garment, but freezing can cause quicker deterioration of the fake leather. Does anyone have any suggestions? Still need to wash regardless, but I want to tackle this first since they are so destructive to clothing, plus I don’t want them spreading to any of my other clothes.
