Persistent yellow-green penile discharge for a week, but no pain or burning.
Hi everyone. I'm a male in my early 20s and I'm looking for advice while I arrange to see a doctor.
About a week ago, I accidentally got some soap into the opening of my penis while showering. It stung for a while, but the stinging went away. A day or two later, I started noticing small yellow-green stains in my white underwear.
It's now been a full week. The discharge isn't constant. Some days there's nothing, then the next day I'll notice another small stain. I don't have any burning when I pee, no fever, no testicular pain, no itching, and no other symptoms. It's just the intermittent yellow-green discharge.
I only have **one sexual partner, and we're in an exclusive, monogamous relationship**. To the best of my knowledge, we're both exclusive to each other, which is why I initially thought this might just be irritation from the soap. But since it's been a week and the discharge keeps coming back, I'm wondering if it could be something else.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What did it end up being? I'll be seeing a doctor soon, but I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences in the meantime.
Thanks!
