Rj11 ports on old laptops and old modem cars
Ok I got mild autism but dumb question could we reconfigure the modem card and make a landline phone work if the grid is down since I see a lot of old laptops with rj11 ports but hate seeing e waste but wanna see if it’s possible or not to recode the modem and I’m so bad at coding and I’m 24 years and yes I missed spelled something and sorry if I hurt some of you older folks feelings and as a fail safe to challenge yall the code should ping cell towers to see if they are online if not online the phone rings and says outage reported booting up backup mode or someone makes a server and that server just pings and rings other phones people have and must use Linux mint cinnamon and ok last thing if a OS is made the server will only scan for laptops with the same OS even miles and miles apart theoretically and if someone messes with the firmware then can push it to the software manager where we just do a simple update ok the sweet spot laptop are Megabyte ram and ddr3 ram and yall can panic if needed but let’s take a deep breath and remain calm Ike I want to make phone calls and receive calls but VoIP is not true analog and it’s expensive and all that
