I'm very interested in extreme specifics (instead of broad reasons like " ui /brushes") for your specific art needs in this context

Or if you used to use procreate and now use them interchangeably, what specific things do you use each for?

the pixel art was so charming and I kept telling myself I was progressing but it finally hit me like a brick wall the other day that I knew this wouldn't last. I feel like an idiot because the entire time it was so OBVIOUSLY junk food, not an ounce of actual substance, but I think I was in denial... for 65 game hours. Wild. I just am so excited for anything Digimon related I think I look past glaring flaws to engage with the IP in any way.

After having my interview, I was denied unemployment so I filed an appeal, which did not reverse my claim and was forwarded to CUIAB.

My employer reached out to me recently and clarified that it was NOT misconduct (which is exactly what EDD denied me for) but that EDD never reached out to them for any paperwork or to relay any information throughout the entire process.

They said to reach out to EDD directly and they could relay that directly to them but I wonder if it's out of EDDs hands now it's officially going to be a phone hearing with a judge?

It's incredibly frustrating that it went straight to a denial without EDD even contacting my former employer throughout the interview or appeal.

I haven't recieved my case number for CUIAB yet but was thinking of asking my former employer for documentation stating it wasn't misconduct (it was performance issues), and/or additionally to testify as a witness since that's what the person on the phone with CUIAB suggested. Does anyone else have experiences similar to this?

I was fired and there was no misconduct - but was denied unemployment under Section 1256 anyways. I was hoping for a reversal after my appeal stating there was no misconduct but they're escalating it to a hearing.

How long has this process taken others with similar claims? (misconduct when there clearly was none)

Hi there, I've been researching boom arms and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with the InnoGear Low Profile Mic Arm vs the Elgato Wave Mic Arm Pro White - the Elgato is about $150 more expensive so any input is appreciated. since the mic is pretty lightweight, is it absolutely worth getting the Elgato or does InnoGear suffice?

Hi, I’m trying to understand my UI status with California EDD because I’m getting mixed signals.

weeks 1 and 2, 06/13 and 06/20 show “disqualification". UI Online under Status shows “pending eligibility / phone interview scheduled” but the interview is now not showing on homepage. inbox says “we have made a decision about your claim” but no clear approval/denial shown in UI. Claim balance is still active.

I already had a first seperation interview about a week ago. (termination was performance-based, no misconduct at all - I was always on time, great reviews, purely based on software mistakes)

one rep said it looks like “unsatisfactory job performance” but was unsure and transferred me.

I even got an automated call today confirming my second interview in 2 days.

can disqualified weeks exist while a claim is still pending, and does “decision made” always mean final denial/approval or can it be partial? is it normal for an interview to disappear from UI while still in process?

just trying to understand if this is still pending or already a denial situation.

The talking/bit segment is incredible, however I've also always wanted to listen to the music by itself since it seems so relaxing and ambient.

This is going to sound weird but I'm gonna describe it as best as I can - I get a particularly sharp (not painful) and cold /numb / more intense feeling when breathing through nose and in throat/ sinuses. Almost like my inner nose and throat in particular are out in a cold winters day (difficult to describe).

I happened to also have very vivid, strange sensations during covid - like my room and house didn't feel like mine - and the coldness/newness/strangeness in my nose and throat felt connected to that. It feels like something was removed from my brain, like a shield or a sensor or a tool that kept me safe. The last part is more of a feeling but it's connected to the cold raw sharp sensation.

Like imagine breathing in deeply on a cold winters day but it's on a different planet and you don't feel safe or familiar with anything anymore.
