x1 Carbon will not turn on ( I NEED IT SOON )

Im going to uni soon so i need a laptop.
i took my dads old 9th gen x1c but it will not turn on.

he had some problems with it shutting off sometimes so he got a new one but now it shows no life.

I charged it... power button LED does nothing.

when i press the small button on the back and press power after the fans kick on for 2s but nothing happens after.

i lowk cant afford top give it to a repair shop so any help is greatley appreciated

Hi, im looking for a broken neo. Im just super interested in the electronics and want to open it up and maby design a new frame fore it. i just cant afford to destroy a perfectly working neo right now.

This is a tinywhoop 75mm frame I designed to be made of carbon fibre.
the lipo goes in between the 2 Plates connected by m2 standoffs.

Any flaws I need to fix before I send it out to production?

would you buy something like this?
