Molar extraction and graft 05/12, so much pain

I had an infected tooth after the base cracked on root canaled tooth. After 5 weeks of anitibiotics I get extraction and bone graft. The last time I was in this much pain I got a baby out of it. I called the o/c dentist twice, he does not call back. All offices were closed Friday. I am taking ibuprofen, I cannot take with tylenol as it raises my liver values.

It is burning, stabbing pain. I am still swollen, it was a large tooth and I had 4 injections, including the one on the roof of my mouth.

That being said, I have taken pictures for the last few days and the graft looks like is being absorbed. I do not see any purulent discharge and no blood when rinsing.

How many more days will this be?

I have been at $13 for 4 years. Happy 4 year anniversary to me.

I've reviewed your performance data from the past year. Unfortunately, based on the current numbers, you do not qualify for a merit increase at this time.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

Normal healing with bone graft?

First picture is 72 hours post extraction/graft, second picture was 48 hours. I am super sore. I do not know if this looks right or not. All dentists offices affiliated are closed and er line has not answered at all. Local dentists all closed.

Currently on Clindamycin for a tooth issue after the first antibiotic failed. It is working, however, so hard on the stomach so now on the bladder too. My back pain is the worst. My last flare stopped about two months ago and was about six months long, so I am not wanting another for sure. I just got clearance for another hydrodistension from my cardio, but I would rather not.

I take aloe, pumpkin seed, probiotics and famotadine and am drinking water. I take azo for burning, but so far it is mostly stabbing pains. I am not sure what else to add. I have five more days and am miserable. I cannot take d-mannose or quercetin, both make me sick.

Any thoughts are welcome.
