Day 0 again

Yesterday night during day 4, the website contacted me because my account got upgraded to VIP Gold. Free credit and bonuses. I ended up relapse and depositing 600, end up with 1.5k win in total until this morning. I bought flower for my girlfriend because its chinese valentines, and i want to earn back the flower money if possible. I deposited 200, manage to earn back the flower money, i end up greedy again. I lose it all. Began chasing again. I dumped 1.1k and manage to get back 1k. I requested for withdraw. I worry i will lose it all again. This is my day 0 again.

Personal loan?

Hi, i know this is dumb but i got myselt into debt from gambling and currently trying to regain back myself.

I owe 8840 to maybank, 5.3k to hsbc and 17k to standard chartered, all in credit card instalments.

After doing calculation, i will not have room for breathing(0 savings) until january which will be paying off both maybank and hsbc bank. My standard chartered is set to be paid off in 4 years.

Here is my question. Should i get a personal loan to pay off this 30k first so that i can have a lower monthly commitment and have more room for breathing? I know the interest is going to be higher if doing personal loan, but at least i will have more breathing room and start build back my savings(as long i dont gamble anymore)

Please advice.

Day 4, my brain begs

I woke up today feeling better, not much regrets from the loss from last friday. This is where it gets scary. My brain is telling me to put my 1.5k left in my bank to flip it to 12k in baccarat to pay off my card. Thats crazy. It keep saying that i can do it. What the f! I almost relapsed because of the stupid thoughts. Im just glad i didnt put in my money. It still scares me now

Day 3 of not depositing

Its my day 3 today. Im not sure if its getting better or not. I bought vape pod and kind of vape a little bit(i used to vape before gambling addiction) to hopefully cope with the regret feeling abit. I have a repayment plan, where half of the debt i owe to cc will be repaid in 5 months time. I know this is good and maybe better than some cases, it was originally at least until may 2027 before i can pay half of the debt. This is only doable because my company pays for OT, so i plan to do 2hrs OT everyday for a year. I could be saving up for something bigger and more important, but due to this disease it has to wait. A setback in my life but i believe i can come back stronger

Day 1 of stop gambling

Today is day 1 that i stop. Regrets keep replaying in my brain, imagining so many multiverse of possibilities if i didnt gambled yesterday. This is a serious disease. I have 29k debt to cc from gambling across 3 cards, my plan to pay off is set to clear 2 of the cards totalling 13k by end of January next year with no money going to my savings at all. Im not sure if i have the will power to do this. Quick cash has ruined my brain and i really regret the big win a year ago which caused me to spiral from 20k to my name to negative 50k during this one year

The date i start to commit

After my last loss today, i want to commit to stop this and rebuild myself. 14 August 2026, the day i stopped gambling. I want to come back here after a year and tell myself,

"See. I knew you can do it."

Want to rant

I want to rant. I manage to gambled and gained over 10k past week. I set em aside to pay off my credit card already. Today i deposited again 200. Managed to win up to 400. I bet 5 and lost it. Started chasing from there. From my initial deposit of 200 i chased until i lose back 10k with additional 3k. Im so stupid. I shouldve just pay off all my cards. Now im back in debt again with additional 3k. I couldve save up the money i earn for next few months but no i gambled it all away. Including future money. I already knew i need to save it and pay it off but my stupid brain keep saying i can get it back. Good job me

Messed up again this time

As the title says, i messed up again. I was on winning streak on evolution live casino, winning 5k in a week. Just now when i was sitting on toilet i deposited 100 bucks just to get some extra money to spoil for my girlfriend on good dinner. I messed up. I lose the 100 bucks. I chased and chased, from 100 to 200 to 500 then 1000, even during dinner i was chasing and hiding it from her. She asked whats wrong i lied saying i sent some money home to help my family and i feel down at it. I cant believe what im doing. She believed me and told me it was good thing to do but i lied at her saying its for family. Im disgusted at myself. I continue chasing and now i lost 15k. Im at 100k loss this year already and i really hate myself at this point. I have 37k credit card debt from gambling now. This is disgusting. I dont know what i can do. I can squeeze out my salary and pay it at monthly instalment over next three years with 0 money going into my saving account. I fucked myself so badly im at this state now. This really sucks.

Gambling is scary

Gambling trains your pain receptors.

Last december when i lost 2k i was in despair. Managed to chase it all back with extra profits and managed to lose it all again. 2 months later lose another 2k, but hit a small jackpot and won 8k. Promsied myself to stop entirely. A month passed i started gambling again.

Lost 15k of my profit that 2 months. I cried. Told my girlfriend and she scolded me. I promised not to deposit again. A week passed, i deposited again, using money meant to buy my car. I kept chasing, losing 5k, 8k , 10k. It felt like nothing and im just throwing away the numbers like its not my money. Today, im in 30k debt in CC, with not much savings. I feel pain from time to time, but its not as painful as the first 15k.

Please stop before you end up like me. Now i have to work for free for next 4 years

Cashback reward

Hi guys, i have a cashback reward coming in around 300$ on the site i gambled on. It has x1 turnover and i want a guaranteed way to withdraw that as profit. So assuming I deposited another 300$ on another site, and i bet on baccarat opposite side, itll work right? Worst is i lose 15 bucks if it opens on banker due to 0.95 odds

I am cooked

Over and over and over again, i keep messing up. I took credit card balance conversion to cover my loss the other day so i got money to use. I took 6k. But today after hearing my colleague lost 9k and got it all back from baccarat, i tried myself. I started with 100 just to play for fun i then, you know the result. I lost 8k. Way to go me! I took another balance convert of 4.6k just to have money in my bank account.

In total the debt i have for next one year is 10.1k, 2k for next two year and 17k for next 4 years, totalled up to 30k. Good job me for burning 30k of future money in gambling

What gambling did to me

A year ago, i had 7.8k saved up for car. 8.9k in emergency saving, and 0 debt.
Today, i only have 7k in emergency saving, 17k in credit card debt, depleted my car saving, owe 16k to car loan.

If i can have 1 wish, is to undo my big win one year ago today. That sickening big win from slot made me lost so much time, moments, energy and finance.

It happened again and i almost mess up

I told myself to stop gambling yesterday after blowing away 2.5k and 1.8k this week, 15k last week. I changed 3 of my online casino password this morning, left 2 more site i havent change. I went to login just to see the live casino, turns out its a straight dragon for 8 times. I told myself if i deposited 100$, i couldve flipped everything back. I deposited 100$ just for fun ( yeah i know thats dumb), it got burned to 0. I deposited another 100 just to get taken away in 5sec. Then another 200 and gone. Then another 500 which i put it all in and luckily i got it all back, withdrawn 900 and played slot for the remaining 100 to 0. Its so stupid what i keep doing to myself known clearly it wont turn out well. Im just so glad i got my today loss back at this point. I feel sick and wanting to puke. Its been weeks since ive slept properly with my body always on constant fight or flight state. I changed password for the last 2 accounts. Today marks my day 0. I hope god gives me power in stopping this

Relapsed again, so freaking dumb

Two days ago, i lost 1.8k. Last friday i lost 15k. I decided that i need to stop. Paid off one of my credit card so that i can be committed to stop gambling. Today during my company team building, i was abit unwell so i went to my room early. Boredom strikes, i told myself just 100$, if i lose it, thatll be it. No more. I keep doing this to myself. Lost another 2.5k. This is freaking dumb. I hate myself

Urge is killing me

I swore to stop gambling ever since my 1.2k loss last night. This year totalled up to 40k and im 14k in debt.

This morning woke up and feel the urge again to deposit another 1k.

I finally know the reason of my addiction. Its not about the win anymore. Im obsessed with the action of depositing and withdrawing. No amount of win will satisfy me.

Day 1 as of 6/6/26

Sick and tired of myself

I relapsed again and again and again. Yesterday started with 120$ profit. Joined in my colleague for a 30$ bet. Lost it. Chased it, 30,30,50, managed to get back 120$, chased the remaining 20, lost it all. Deposited another 200,200,300,500,400. Lost it all. I feel sick of myself. Im down 40k now this year. 14k in debt to cc. I feel so disgusted. My life has been controlled by what game to play next, what provider to choose next, which slot has RTP now. I want control back. I want to be able to enjoy gym again, i want to be able to enjoy playing fortnite again. This is the second time in my life i fucked up so bad that im financially unstable. I wont let it happen again.
6 June 2026 is my day 1 of stopping gambling

This month is 5k down the drain, working for free. Relapsed again this morning 3am, got a super win, deposited 1k, hit a feature and won 1.4k at my final 5$. Slept happy, woke up and deposited again, lost and won and lost, and i just lost the 400 profit. I feel sick. I want to stop gambling for real this time. Waste of money, mind and energy
