Graphi settings for a 4099

I'm using the 4090 with a Ryzen 7 7800x3d
The monitor is 1080p (yes I know it's like putting a jet engine in a sedan but I'm buying the pg32ucdmr soon which is a 4k qd oled 240 hz monitor with hdr! Going to be the first time I see a 4k screen)

Today I decided to replay rdr2 and put all the settings on max except dlss but including taa and sharpness on 50% and mass and reflection msaa on x8
But even after all of this the game feels alittle weird almost blurry and I can't find any solutions
Can someone help me out and give me a list of all the settings to change and any mode I can download to help rdr look its absolute best for my 1080p and eventually my 4k
Also should triple buffering or reflex be on?

My gpu comes advertised as overclockable and I heard I needed to go into the bios to update it and boost my rams performance but I never really messed with the bios or anything. My motherboard does have a still red light on the bottom so I wanted to know how to fix that.

Pg32ucdmr sdr and hdr settings

My pg32ucdmr has arrived and I haven't found the time to open it yet and want to be fully free before enjoying its beauty. In the meantime I have been looking for settings because I do not want to be dissapointed but for the love of god this monitor hdr has so many negatives and positives from people on Reddit and discord. I just keep seeing so many different things. I narrowed down my sdr to 3 options, racing-srgb, racing-wide gamut, or tftcentrals user wide gamut settings. Now the hard part is when I go from playing sdr games or doing something other than gaming to playing games that support hdr. I have found people who said Dolby vision, gaming hdr, console hdr dbb off, or true black 400 and all of them keep saying different things about each hdr mode. I want a good hdr for games like cyberpunk, re9, Alan wake 2 etc. I want an opinion so when I do unbox this monitor I can try them. If it helps I play in a dark room and the first game I will play when I unbox the monitor is resident evil requiem. (Also should I turn uniform brightness on for sdr?)

I did forget to attach a few insta reels for reference to what I want my games to look like (not sure if they are mods):
Cyberpunk on the monitor
RDR on the monitor

New PG32UCDM (not gen 3) user

Hello, I just ordered a PG32UCDM and it's arriving in 2 days. My whole life I have been using 1080p so I am very excited for the oled 4k especially since it's qd oled and I play in a dark room. I have seen so many things about the hdr and that the monitor is not as bright as expected which is really worrying me but I have also seen many fixes but I don't know if they actually fix it. Hopefully they have updated and made the monitor better but since this is my first oled I want to know everything I need to do in the settings of the monitor or window settings to make this monitor look its best. I've seen things like TB 400 and console/gaming hdr. I also want to know what I should change if I switch from gaming on my pc/console to watching a tv series or movie. I would really appreciate the help because I want my first experience to be wonderful!
