How hard is it to beat a WV DUI (1st offense)?
The person who crashed was guilty, drunk, unconscious at the accident scene. However, there is a lot of inconsistency in the paperwork. His first name is incorrect in some places, correct in others. He was marked as a female on the crash report. He was out of the car laying on the pavement when found. How can they prove he was the driver? He has no memory of it and was life flighted. There was no DUI test administered. They subpoenaed his medical records. Through some calculation of another factor they determined the BAC was over the limit, but the test said "time of collection unknown". Can BAC go up with blood loss? There was liver and spleen damage as well. There are other minor inconsistencies in the documentation.
So, would it be possible to beat it?
Can someone explain how a "Descendant IRA" works, the laws, rules, etc?

I just got a call from Edward Jones. I am to receive a "Descendant IRA" as he called it. It is what's left of Dad's IRA. He says I have to set up an account, conduct managed withdraws, etc. It sounded like a sales pitch. He made us an appointment for tomorrow tobhash out the details. To me, this sounds like a PITA, as it is only worth about $15K. He says we cannot simply cash out without jumping through all the hoops. $15K is not going to push me into the next tax bracket. My income will go up in 18 months when social security kicks in... Why can't we just cash out and take a cruise?
I haven't seen any silver from clan chests in days... Are we getting the same amount, but only in chests now? What changed?

I didn't realize that AL stages all count as "finds." Can someone walk me through how to delete them from my stats on Geocaching.com? I have googled it, but every time instead of the steps to delete them, the discussion devolves into a debate about the pros and cons of ALs and I have not found the actual steps to delete them. I did an AL Geo Art, and it gave me 100 extra finds...

So, I have been getting text alerts when new caches are published. I had it set up so that the e-mail address for my phone number would convert the e-mail notification to a text and send it to my phone. However, my carrier just disabled this service. They had published that they were going to disable it as of March 2027, but mine no longer works.
Has anyone else figured out how to get text alerts for newly published caches?
Do I need a computer to change out the brake pads on my 04 OBW? I have done many sets of brakes over the years, but somebody told me I have to use a computer/scan tool to retract the pistons. For bleeding the ABS I'm sure I would need one, but just to change the pads?
Can a reviewer delete bogus logs? There is a cache near me that would be lonely (need for a challenge) but for a bogus digital log. Dude only has 20 finds, and there was no ink on the log from him. The CO is not active any more, I did e-mail them just in case...
