TZR 250 exhaust pipes

I have replaced my Original exhaust pipes with these Martin Johnson pipes and Tyga silencers.

I've used lots of coats of high temperature, clear lacquer.

Hopefully they will look ok for a while, but may have to go back to back at some point.

Should I keep the originals as spares?

Damp wall

I have had a long term damp issue on this wall. This is a disused chimney breast.

3 months ago I had the chimney repointed and new flashing installed but it doesn't look like it's drying out.

Do I just paint over it with damp seal and decorate it or does it need more?

Van battery holders

I designed and printed these battery holders for my van on a 3d printer, using PETG-CF.

They worked perfectly and saved space in my tool boxes and van.

Any thoughts or feedback will be gratefully accepted.

DeWalt and Einhell battery holders

I wanted to design a battery holder that would stack my batteries in the van or workshop wall, so came up with these for my DeWalt and Einhell batteries.

Very pleased with the result. Printed in PETG-CF as the first print in PLA sagged in the van!

Just looking for feedback and thoughts on the design.

TZR 250 engine out...

Dropping the engine on my TZR250 (1KT- 1986).

Ready for the full strip down and rebuild.

The power valves were worn with too much play and pull leaking past.

Changed the rear lights on my TZR 250.

Decided to change the rear lights from 'UK legal' to original Japanese style now the rules are relaxed.

I love the original built in look. Mad how a bit of glued in foam was used to blank off these beautiful lights, but you are welcome to disagree!

Pirelli Dragons

I used to love these tyres, but it's it with letting them on the bike I'm restoring or just get new tyres? They still look awesome!

My TZR 250 (1KT)

Currently restoring a TZR 250 1KT. Rolling chassis back together, wheels painted orange (I'm going for Fast Orange livery). Engine stripped and rebuilt. Just need to work through the electrics.

Garage find...

I found this iconic 250 under a bench in a garage.

It's going to be a long road to restoration...
