Best phone for music storage?

I'm not a tech savvy person so I figured reddit may be able to help.

TLDR; I have an IPhone 15 that's storage is full because of 4,000+ music files I've downloaded. Is there a phone that can accommodate that? Also considering getting a separate device entirely for music solely.

Currently, I have an IPhone 15 with 128 GB of storage which I use for photos, music, youtube, banking and text/calls. I don't have many apps but my storage is completely full. I have a huge passion for music and have over 4,000+ songs downloaded (but not owned) through Tidal. I currently pay $2.99 a month for ICloud but I want to avoid paying for storage / subscription services if I can (as I am a poor, disabled college student). So, I'm wondering if there is a better phone / phone company that may better suit my needs. I also considered maybe I need to buy a separate device entirely solely for music that I can take with me everywhere. The only issue would be that it would have to be able to download Tidal, be portable, and can have headphones put in.

Exposure List Advice for cPTSD & OCD?

TLDR; I'm making an exposure list for the 1st time but it seems abnormal compared to other OCD folks. I feel like that has a lot to do with me having complex PTSD. Any specific resources/advice/thoughts that may help on my path to recovery?

Hi everyone, recently started ERP & I-CBT treatment therapy with a new therapist. I was diagnosed with OCD maybe 1 year and a half ago now but was only given medication for it.

However, I'm having some trouble. I want to work on contamination, morality scrupulosity, and aggression obsessions and compulsions. However, I'm noticing that characteristics of my OCD feed into my cPTSD and vice versa (with past relationship experiences and medical trauma as a disabled person).

My therapists asked me to brainstorm 8-10 exposures and rate the level of anxiety they give me to talk about the next session but I feel like I'm doing the wrong things. One idea I had was to ask someone for help as a form of exposure. I get into paralyzing rumination that prevents me from asking for help but also is linked to past trauma I have. But, the example she gave of being around an object that could cause harm was vastly different than my idea. So, I feel kind of lost and am wondering if anyone has any resources/experience they could share that could help me as I figure out how to form my exposure list.

It is hard to be Black, Trans, & American right now.

>!As a Black American, each day I am faced with another death on my timeline. 3 trans women were killed in one week which is always so heart wrenching. One of which was literally not too far away from me. Just now, I see Cyrus Carmack-Belton, an 8th grader killed after being accused of stealing a water bottle. Each day I try to find ways to stay sane as my people get attacked from all sides and I am always aware of how much of a target I am from all sides.!<

almost 2 years on T 🥹 (they/he)

my transition has been a weird journey... i was on testosterone gel initially but was kinda scammed and was given a hyper small dose. then switched providers, got on a normal dose, and found out it wasn't absorbing well. switched providers AGAIN (moved states) and switched to shots. and it's been up since then!! i've been feeling so euphoric lately and i'm so excited for what's the come.
