My specs: 16gb ram ddr5 ,Ryzen 8500g,rtx3050 6gb,b650m h,coolermaster 650w mwe v3.
My gpu temperature never went above 74 degree celcius. But recently started going above 78°c. So I reset the pc . And then started playing games . It becomes normal when playing games. Also after some days it started to getting same higher temp. Is some software is the issue? . Seems like it affects fps also.

My pc rtx 30506gb, Ryzen 5 8500g ,b650mh ,psu 650w,16gb ddr5 ram,windows . whenever there is a update from windows .I have to restart the pc as it asks for it.if I restart the pc turns on runs but no display and keeps on restarting after few minutes (found it by RGB lights restarting) . After force shut down pc using button and left the pc for a while and start again pc displays in monitor.
When trying to erect and touch the bc muscles can be touched and picked inside down of penile shaft only it is used during manual simulation and also the spincter muscle getting used . But ic muscle not used . When training ic keep the fingers in bc and do ic training feels like bc is used . But if I properly flexed ic I feel the reduction of pressure in bc and sphincter . I think it takes a lot of time to activate it properly
I think I have left aic pattern posture issue .but not with the same as shown by yt pri models. I have right hip hiked,right side body tightness like ql,psoas etc. ,right hip rotated to left .normally with left aic . Left pelvis will be rotated to right but for me it is opposite . Also I have si joint lower back stiffness and restriction in right side as I feel like I lack internal rotation of right hip. Help me find a correct video in yt or person . Pts i visited are shits.

My symptoms
Hf,shrinkage,small genitals 11cm in length when hard.now reduced due to ed and can't maintain erection and have numbness. ,hourglass,muscle imbalance like right hip hiked ,right lower si back pain ,muscle knots triggerpoints in lower body ,premature ejaculation,tight anus ,ibs,incomplete bowels etc.

Supplement and tabs like cialis,acetyl l carnitine,vit d ,zma etc.
Visiting proctologist to see if I have any bowel issues like fissures or hemmorhoids or anal stenosis etc
Visiting urologist to check my hormones and any genetic disorder (I have underdeveloped genitals.my testicles are small) also to rule out if I have any issues related to prostate .
Visiting ortho physio therapist to work on functional,biomechanical,muscoskeletal imbalances and pelvic floor dysfunction and going to ask for manual release ,also to check i f i have ic muscle weakness
Check if I have any gut issues like gut infections etc.
If these things didn't works out . In the end iam going to do a inflatable penile implant .
