It's my first playthrough , Just got to Roanoke Ridge ... WOW I think that's my new favorite part of the map now.

I think it's a very underrated part of the map... Never heard talking much about it. I'm playing slowly, I'm enjoying more camping outside and hunting and surviving rather than doing missions, I mean I try to balance the two of em.
So untill now I was living in the little hunter's cabin in West Elizabeth (amazing place) And thought that it was my fav place on the whole map, but after I got while exploring from grizzlies to roanoke just WOW, my mind exploded... what you think about this side of the map??
Maybe to me looks so familiar because it resembles very very much the place where I live here in italy.. humid, foresty, misty, suggestive place with a lot of waterfalls and same type of trees. ( both norther mountain part of Grizzlies East and Roanoke ridge looks like an exact copy of where I live. If i'm not wrong, Roanoke is the "real life Appalachia" . It's all so green and mysterious.

Vans with "bumps" inside the insole? I cannot find one without it what is happening??

So yesterday my Vans Old Skool arrived, aaaand, it has the same problem as my vans (which I decided to keep 2 years ago despite the problem) : The insole has an upward bulge (bump?) under the left foot in the middle.
Pissed, I went to physical shops to try other models, I live in a small italian town so there's not a lot of choice specially for measure 46 ( Uk/ Us 12 ) but EVERY SINGLE ONE I tried had the SAME flaw but some cm behind or forward, not the same exact spot, but strangely all left foot. Except for a Vans Brooklyn Ls I tried which was PERFECT but didn't liked the color.
I don't think the problem is in my foot because as I said the vans brooklyn was perfect, 0 bumps... and I never had this problem with ANY other shoes in my life... What you guys think about it? You had similar experiences ? Ps: i shopped them from a very famous main italian shoe seller brand , and the physical shops I went in were serious shops so I don't think the problem is with "fake" Vans...

Hi, I'm genetic enthusiast, I crave so much to do a DNA test but I'm paranoid about my Data, can anyone with experience and same paranoia help? :D kinda scared after 23&me scandal.

So basically in my free time I love to study about populations, ancient history, genetic mutations etc, I always wanted to do a test to find my Y Haplogroups and Mtdna and then use GEDmatch tp get my autosomal dna... But after the 23&me scandal (and even before that) I'm paranoid about the storing or selling of my data.
I found some companies which are based in EU ONLY under european GDPR laws, but I mean.. governments are our enemies everywhere, even if EU laws are better and prioritize privacy still everything is dangerous . I know that you can request destruction of ur samples etc but once the data is out in enters the web it will never get permanently deleted . Plus also the fact that I will use my raw data in GEDmatch makes the risk even higher ...
I know internet people so before you start insulting it's my personal paranoia there's no need to get violent :3 everyone has it's beliefs... Mine are that companies sell the data to pharmaceutical companies which use them to "weaken" the population, create viruses, diseases, etc etc... or even worse. I know that this has low probability to happen, but you blame me after what we found in Epstein files? after CIA archives made public and all the experiments that we're being used for daily without even knowing?
But at the same time is so hard to be genetic enthusiast and yet don't know your own haplo or autosomal dna...
