After reading multiple posts on this sub regarding annoyance from vague messages about pain and vitals I decided to switch up my game
If pain I make sure I inform if it is new, chronic, or outside their norm.
For vitals. I say “no adverse symptoms. informing you per agency policy. If you have different parameters to notify you let me know”
How is that sentence? Any feedback 😆

I finished my basement over the last few months! It was fun. Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring. Then I sprayed emerald for these cabinet boxes that hide the utilities. I just finished the baseboards today. Pretty happy with it! I love emerald urethane. So versatile
I used super paint velvet for the walls. SW Olympus white, Gibraltar accent wall, and web gray on the boxes and baseboards
Just need a few ceiling tiles and to clean that projector screen lol
