Grilled lamb( to her preference )and broccoli she really enjoyed medium well temp.

Cooked this leg of lamb for the wife she didn’t even try it she just ate the well done ends.

More sensors truck reduced speed and wouldn’t go past 35!! All kinds other sensors popped up watch the video! Trade it in? Sell it? It’s paid off? I almost want to buy me an older mor simple truck!!

New to charcoal grilling/smoking. How often should I check the temp. I spend a good 6 hours mostly hovering around 240degrees. I didn’t quite reach my desired temp. So the weren’t separating from the bone that much. Also the grill is a mess. I cleaned it but is it necessary thought advice would be appreciated!

Going through warm up stages but won’t heat replaced the element last time this happened so replaced it again except…well nothing this time still doesn’t work I’m bout done with this guy. Thanks for being a friend all these years but damn your gonna do me like this. Any please let me know if you can help me out.

Bout to pull the trigger had my Green Mountain smoker in this size for ten years and the heating element keeps going out. Or possibly something else this time. Should I fix it. Or time to move one. Was looking at this one!

Had to send the Avenger .25 in for service work. Is this a normal shot string or what am I really looking at?

It s happened twice when my auto start is active no RPM’s then when I release the brake the truck turns off and then dash said service transmission. Anyone have this issue?
