Diagnosed at last! What next?

Finally received a diagnosis on Tuesday after 17 years of kinda assuming I have it.

I love in north Wales and shared care is not available.

I have to wait a couple of weeks for quality assurance to formally notify me, and then am likely to try and find out about trying meds.

Any clues as to what next, costs etc? Diagnosis was via ProblemShared.

Haven't considered any of the other additional support stuff as have done okay in my career managing it most of the time.

Thinking of getting a PID- any recommendations/considerations?

Thinking of getting a PID for my V6. It produces perfectly fine coffee, so maybe this is just me being silly, but wondering if I can get a bit more out of the machine with more temperature stability and control?

Not hugely fussed about pre infusion or shot timing as I do quite like a soupy 60s triple, but could probably be talked round?

Any recommendations on kits, considerations to bear in mind?

Generally pour a double and a triple for my wife and I in the morning with milk, and then one or two triples for myself during the day.

Odd tweet, even odder quote from the iron lady

Obviously it isn't her using the twitter account (deceased some time ago) but the account is reportedly only quotes from her life. So interesting that this is a quote from her, does anybody have a time stamp or publication this was in?
