Hotshots with a cyber truck

I own a cyber truck and about to by a trailer and kits to tow it. Would using a cyber truck be a smart move since I have free charging station and have discounts.

25M | 14-month FUE update + regimen (looking for advice on improving crown density)

25M with androgenetic alopecia (male pattern baldness).

I’ve had two hair transplants:
FUT at 19–20 years old (minimal improvement)
FUE in Turkey on May 27, 2025

The photos are in chronological order and include my transplant documentation so you can see my progression over time.

My first FUT transplant didn’t make much of a difference in my hairline. Years later, I combed out my dreadlocks because I felt the tension was contributing to hair loss. After that, I wore my natural 4C hair in braids for several years while using topical finasteride.

Eventually, one of my braids literally came out in my hand. That was the moment I decided to shave my head and pursue a second transplant.

After my FUE procedure, I realized my crown and mid-scalp were much thinner than I originally thought. My current goal is improving density in those areas while maintaining my hairline.

Current regimen:
Derma stamp — used to be 3.0 mm twice a week, now 1.5–2.0 mm once daily (no scars)
5% topical minoxidil twice daily
Oral dutasteride 1 g / Oral minoxidil 10 g
Oral pumpkin seed oil
Vitamin D3 + K2
Half dose of TRT natural supplements (I’m very active)
Ketoconazole shampoo once daily
I recently switched from topical finasteride to oral dutasteride and oral minoxidil, so I’m still early into that change.

Questions:
Does my crown look like it still has potential to thicken over the next 6–12 months?
Would you change or add anything to my current regimen?
Based on my photos, would you continue medical therapy alone or eventually consider another transplant?
I’d appreciate any constructive feedback or suggestions. Thanks!
