moonlight and sunshine play your pc games from your phone anywhere you want

so i don't know how many people are familiar with moonlight and sunshine ,i mean they were the gateway for me to self-hosting,basically a lot of us are familiar with nvidia geforce now ,or xbox cloud ,this company uses servers to stream games on your phone ,well you can do the same with zero latency and better performance and no waiting or paying and that is through moonlight and sunshine,if you own a gaming pc then you just download moonlight and set it up(you can look up how to set i myself use fedora linux if somebody want help on a linux system i will gladly give them tips),then download moonlight in the device you want to stream to ,change settings based on your device and internet,and if you want to run it from anywhere no just your local network you can to ,and to do it safely you need a teilnet(which create a secure private network between your devices),anyway it's really cool and easy to set and more people should use it(running zelda breath of the wild in your oppo weak phone is surreal lol)

are there any good websties to download linux native games because the megathread doesn't have a section for this

so i recently switched to linux and i've been using proton to play pirated games and they work just (some of the games run even better here then widnows and ofc some worse),anyway but i know that some games run natively on linux ,however i don't know any websites here it's safe or at least have a reputation of being safe(ofc the best antivirus is your brain),if anybody have any information please share it here and thanks

PC crashes when using multimedia and windows despite never this never happening on windows

back when I used to use Windows I can open brave discord and a game and open my camera and the PC won't crash here I do the same on fedora kde (btw still loving it)and it crashes how is this and Yes Nvidia drivers are installed,yes I monitored my ram and it literally run out entirely,I tried configuring the zram but the PC ended it up crashing for just opening brave Please I don't need advices such as switch to "distro" or "distro" is better or go back to windows

Is this guy legit?

this guy who's a famous influencer here in algeria ,he lives in germany, he says he is an ai engineer in germany, now is he in germany yes ,is he an ai engineer actually i suspected it because he have no links to his linkedin or github , he never showed coworkers in his vlogs(i mean his work vlogs are rare)he never said what exactly he does(always giving vague claims),he never talked about ai mathematics, algorithms, linux or anything tech for that matter(at least his early time he was talking about ai tools which isn't like real tech btw), all he talk about is the ilets test ,german language(which he says you don't need to come to germany which is technically right but totally missleading because he didn't specify where u don't need it),and moving abroad and self-help bs,and how he was fat and miserable but changed his life by loosing weight,this dude entire website for ilets training(which is weird if u r an ai engineer living in germany what connection do you have with the ilets and if u work as an ai engineer i know u studied cs and web was definetely something u learned ,now u can use ai it's not haram ,but just shipping raw output is disrespectful ),also u can see from the third pic Registering a domain through Porkbun and hosting on Vercel is the textbook, signature stack for a quick vibe-coded landing page built in an afternoon,and when i went to his vibe coded website the copyright notice says "© 2026 withrssle. Made with care from Algiers." so i know he isn't registred in the Handelsregister ,so he's company doesn't operate in germany but in algeria which suggest his main operations are here in algeria because a high level ai engineer would never have time for constant allocation ,but maybe he doesn't run it himself (although this will cause him financial headache because german law is really annoying and strict about how much u r getting payed and from where and algeria too so it's a financial headache to manage all of this )but i wanted it to give him the benifits of the doubt i used the way-back machine and back then he used to make general programming tips(not something technical though) he still made no ilets courses or an ai engineer in germany thing,also in old videos u can see him use a laptop and what i noticed although the view isn't clear there is no terminal being used here it's just a web page(as u can see in the second picture),which is crazy if he is able to use a normal terminal (which is expected of a macOS user it's a unix-like system after all)

TLDR:-Vague Technical Claims: Claims to be an AI engineer in Germany, but never discusses deep technical topics

Absence of Proof: Lacks LinkedIn or GitHub links, never shows coworkers in vlogs, and old video footage shows him using a browser rather than a terminal on a Unix-like system

Website & Legal Red Flags:

Built his landing page using a quick template stack (Porkbun + Vercel).
The copyright notice on his site explicitly states "Made with care from Algiers," proving his operations are based in Algeria rather than being a formally registered German Handelsregister business

Pivoted Niche: Used to make basic programming tips without mentioning AI engineering or IELTS courses, later pivoting entirely to lifestyle and relocation coaching.

(btw the tldr was summrized by ai because i lowkirkenly got tired lol )

Attnetion: I didn't make any claims about this individual (except the vibecolding part which isn't a crime)i'm merely saying my suspeciouns and arguments for them and all of the things where attained through public informations so in ethical and legal ways ,and my arguments are still not strong because it's hard to find more public informations if you don't have the full legal name (which i didn't see him mentioning) which is a big hurdle for an OSINT project ,if someone know his name (through legal and ethical ways)please write it in the comments.

i need to pick a major

so this is my second bac i had my first bac and ended up in esmt(ecole de managment tlemcen )and i didn't like it and right now while ni9at t3 bac tani mazal m5rjouch ,i realistically have really three options before that here are my standards at least 4 have to be present 1- something i like.2-have jobs after graduation in algeria first in the entire world second.3-flexible enough to let me switch to ausbildung like if is tudied three years then i got an ausbildung i can easily get.4-make me able to study abroad in case i want.5- easy enough to let me apply for asubildungs and self-learn.6- have a good dorm(i mean local is the best because it's my house)and by good i don't mean jsut the rooms are good i mean the services how far is it from gyms,showers ,clothes cleaners,and the city .and i know how to use linux ,i know some python and networks,and computer architecture ,and ai integration,i also know how to use google sheets and a bit of game theory and statistics basics ,and i ahve an uncle and a cousin that are in medicine my uncle is one of the best in algeria ,and my cousin is his son ,and here are my option medicine ecole superieure de statistique kolea,and lastly informatique(ingeneirue d'etat path) in my local unvieristy,anyway so what you guys think and if someone studied any of those give us his experience ,thanks in advance

i need to pick between fedora,zorinos,pop_os,mint,ubuntu/kubuntu

i need an os that just works and nvidea drivers are good in and is optimized to work quickly and doesn't tak that much memory and gaming in it is good especially emulators and have a mac os workflow and support touchpad features ,and have keybaord shortcuts similair to windows ,and i want for virtualazation to be good and the os should be customizable anyway i also want it to help me with system adminstration work i don't want to fix my machine when i'm trying to fix other machines (that's why i avoided arch),and i need something that doesn't have that much updates i mean once or twice a year is good less is better but nothing more and lastly something that won't break for no reason ,and i need something to be secure because i'm guilty of downloading pirated content,and i want it to be snappy and modern and pretty and can make me customize and heave touchpad features ,fedora kde plasma,fedora kinoite ,kubuntu,ubuntu,popos,mint,or zorinos idk what to pick (also forgot to mention (i worked with an ubuntu server so i'm pretty familiar with the ubuntu terminal)

so basically the faculty put a coffee machine ,and some people got really offended,by what exactly you ask ,by a stock image of a barely full woman's face on a machine ,i mean there are many wrong stuff here ,first of all this is supposed to be our "elites" those are the saviors of our future,second of all who the fuck in the right mind will go to have some coffe and be like WHAT ?A WOMAN ?OMG THIS IS SUCH A BIG SIN ,third of all there's nothing wrong here it's not a full woman it's a barely full face so no tabarouj ,and it's not "dat al-arwa7"because well it's a photographed picture ,i'm lowkey suprised ,this is so dehumanazing to women ,and so extreme ,and right way extremist ,and you know the crazy part a lot of women there supported it ,like yay ,and the problem of the people who do this are hypocrits who will gladly talk and flirt with women but are against i5tilat ,guess the smart city doesn't have only have backward technology and infrastructure but also really dumb people
