I just want to say thank you to everyone who took the time to give me feedback on this idea. I wasn’t completely sure what kind of response I’d get, but hearing that people would actually use a service like this gave me the push I needed. The business is called TechReach Mobile Repair. The business is operational though I am juggling this and a full-time job, but hope to change that if things go well. The idea is a mobile phone and laptop repair service where I come to you instead of you having to drive to a repair shop and wait around. I’d handle things like screen replacements, batteries, laptop repairs, diagnostics, and other common device issues on-site whenever possible.
