Razer received my RMA, confirmed refund in writing, still no refund after 1+ week (€4,500) — what is going on?
I’m posting this because I’m genuinely trying to understand whether this is considered normal.
I returned a defective product through the official RMA process.
Razer explicitly confirmed in writing that a refund would be processed once the product was received.
The shipment was delivered over a week ago and reception has been confirmed.
Despite this:
• no refund processed
• no concrete timeline provided
• no clear explanation so far
We are talking about approximately €4,500.
At this point, I’m less concerned about “processing time” and more concerned about understanding why a written refund commitment remains unfulfilled after confirmed receipt.
I would appreciate:
– actual experiences from users who completed high-value RMA refunds with Razer
– realistic refund timelines after confirmed delivery
– whether escalation through support/social channels made a difference
