Today I had a bad experience with a Swiggy delivery guy

I live on the 4th floor and there’s no lift. The delivery guy called me and refused to come upstairs. I understand the job is difficult, but the issue was his attitude. He spoke rudely, said “cancel the order, I’m not coming,” and then left.

What frustrates me is that customers are paying high delivery fees, platform fees, surge charges, etc. If I’m paying almost double the food price sometimes, isn’t doorstep delivery part of the service?

Some people say customers should always come downstairs, but then what exactly are we paying these extra charges for?

Again, this is not about insulting delivery workers. I respect hard work. But rude behavior and refusing delivery after accepting the order doesn’t feel right either.

What do you guys think?

Someone shared a folder/files with me that’s around 100GB in size, and I want to save/download it to my own Google Drive account without losing access later if the owner removes it.
What’s the best way to transfer or keep a permanent copy in my personal Drive?
Also, are there any storage or sharing limitations I should know about?

I’m using Windows, so any easy methods or tips would really help. Thanks in advance 🙏
