After the end of the moneter crisis in Asia, major ASEAN government failed to recover the economic of their country which resulted in many civil wars and coup across the region for 1 and a half year. During these tense era, a Regional South east Asian movement arise called "Nusantaran socialist National Unity movement" led by youths of all ASEAN nations. Quickly massive riots and government takeover attempt spread like the beer hall Putsch in Germany.

Their agenda were:

1. Unifying all of Tribes and states in ASEAN
2. Create a Liberal Pan Nusantaran etno state that is mostly secular but value religion laws and moral
3. Establish a university nation in which Youths could take part in the government (Like kivotos from Blue archive)
4. Remove all of authoritarian regime of the past and punish harshly all of those involved
5. Return order to the natives and establish Traditional-modern cultural society
6. Preserving cultures and control foreign influence

After months of Revolution, the movement manage to seize governments across ASEAN nations. Most Dictators and authoritarian parties were exiled to foreign land or executed while Kings and monarch were allowed to rule certain territory as long they are allied with the movement. This is later on became much more easy as new young generation prince, princess, sultans and royal courts were eager to work together with the movement in the vision to restore order before the colonial era. The movement also encourage teenagers on tribes to also join their vision and movement.

Every state receive their autonomous and capital city degree, but their main administration city is on Jakarta and their economical hub is on Singapore. Borneo was turn into an exclusive autonomous zone. Timore leste gained their independent and turned into their own state.

Their currency was transitioned slowly to SEA Dollars while their anthem is "ASEAN WAY". The international world react with cautious and worried as they thought USEA will turn into a fascist like state under the movement.

The Papua region became one of the rapidly developing lands in Micronesia with their gold supply and resources. The first Papuan trans railway was built in 2001 by collaboration of all USEA states. Meanwhile a highway was also build connecting East Nusa Tenggara and the Timore Leste state following the establishment of the Mekong strait which ease naval trade to 3 USEAN nation.

Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia soon catch up with the progress despite facing constant economic and social problems after the formation.

The movement finally split into 4 different party, the Centralist, Social, Traditionalist and worker party.

After the Earth-Gaian-Atlasian war and the expellation of Custodian, Drconian, Nibiru and Annukan civilisation influence over Atlas, the middle realm was left in shamble. Face with the new reality of the Terra infinita realm and its alien civilisations, a initiative was made to rebuild the three outdated realm's government.

The main issue that they face is that the middle realm (Atlas, Earth, Gaia)'s united government were made from scattered and many nations compared to the more united government of other Civilisation nation. Finally the United nation lead by America and Russia as the defacto winner of the war, decided to put a initiative to disband itself alongside the United Gaian realm Front which is led by the Holy Savous Federation and The Librisian Federal Empire and the Federal united government into the United Terran Nations. They then invited the now reformed Atlas realm government to join their organisation to rebuild the middle civilisation into a new united emerging superpower and recovering milenium of lost due to Custodian and Annukan parasitic influence.

Ironically, without Elites and influence from other civilisation disturbing the three middle realm the organisation work really well. The United Terran's head quarter is located on Hyperborea on Earth due to its middle location. The organisation also doesn't recognise veto power, instead they held majority voted. They also focus on maintaining relation between nations which previously been fractured due to the war. Remember that after the war there were distrust between other nation between the three realm.

Its military was reform Nato like. Most conventional weapon's ammunition will compromised of American and Russian made ammunition, Magical technology will be made by Europan Federation and magi federation state and energy weaponry will be made by the Atlas government. Their military structure are also divided into two, Exterior and interior. Exterior is their main military operation joint operation unit to handle foreign disputes and send troop out from their realm, while the interior is compromised of nations with self defense force to specifically defend the three realm incase of a breach from other civilisation. They mostly guard regional area and commence counter intelligent operation. One such example is The JSDF guarding the Asia region and help guard the American East coast.

I feel like its necessary not because from enemy nation attacking, but from unpredictable movements of the otherworldly creature such as wild wyverns, dragons or amphibious monsters.

While the success rate of enemy nation attacking straight to your mainland is low, but the chance of monsters invading your land is very high and dangerous. Most of them even could tank light weaponry such as rifles and light explosive which makes heavy anti tank weapons such as anti tank missile or anti aircraft missile important. But remembering that our nation got teleported and cut off from the rest of our world means that we need to limit the usage of them unless we are the ones producing those weapons.

This force us to rely on permanent structure to fend those threats off. With the creation of coastal defense structures, bunkers, anti air weapon systems, radar walls and belgian gate, we could make them into use to prevent these type of scenario from happening. Also it will help us if one day a strong otherworldly nation decided to attack us via amphibious landing such as the Gra valkas or the Ravernal empire (Since in the manga there are no signs that the Pal chimera could drop paratroopers or other vehicle).

However, there are several terms that they need to comply:

1. Most of these vehicles are strictly for territorial defense and not offense
2. Their weapon system must be suitable for Western made ammunition
3. The number of them being produced must be limited
4. These vehicle could only be bought by pro asian western nation such as Korea and the Republic of China (Its actually just these two that are allowed to buy them)
5. Any aircraft production must be able to comply with western missile
