I'm moving to Austin in August for a job, and I'm trying to narrow down an apartment. I heard some good things about Riata, but some horrible things as well. Any good apartments close to the Research Park? I don't mind a bit of a commute if the place is nice and the rent is good.

I'm thinking about getting an i4 as my first big boy car (coming from a 12 Camry, never owned anything premium), and I'm more or less dead set on getting the DAPP, or at least the DCC with premium pack. Only pre-owned ones I'm seeing with these options right now are retired SIXT fleet cars. How good an idea is it to buy one that used to be a rental? What do I need to check if I do?
