Posting in secret in hopes to help a single mom of twin girls. She’s has a corn stand please go visit her. Off of Alameda and Sheridan in front of the shell gas station.

Hi everyone I know a struggling young mother of two twin girls trying to make rent today. She’s not far from her goal and only needs roughly 300 more. Shes located in front of the shell gas station off of Alameda and Sheridan.

Debating on a career change to EA for c suite executives for a big hospital company. Any advice from anyone who might be in the same industry? All advice is welcome. Denver, CO

Hello everyone. I just found this sub so I apologize for any post informalities. However I need some advice from people who have gone through something similar is going through the same thing. I have zero experience btw.

Basically right now I’m on a safe predictable path that’s allowing me to go to school, vacation, good benefits, and a pretty good salary give the work. It pays the bills and I can still save some. Not a lot but something better than nothing. I’m on track to graduate with a bachelors in health administration and management and overall all is good.

Here’s my predicament. Though I still have to interview obviously, they are hiring executives assistants for C suite executives only by word of mouth. I was asked to apply by someone who has a lot of pull and whose opinion they really take serious. The pay range is less and right now I’m making more than what the range is offering. However this is a perfect pivot opportunity that will automatically put me in the six figure plus range right off the rip once I’m done with school.

The downside I’m losing out on pay which would really set me back right now as I’m just finally finding footing back with my credit score, debt, and savings. I can afford to at minimum coast. I am also potentially losing out on time. I would assume that this is a salary position as there is a range and I will be answering directly to chief officers doing planning, booking meetings, flights, building reports, and holding meetings. So I’m not sure how this would affect my schooling. Idk if I’ll be able to dedicate the time I need. And finally my work-life balance. Not sure how that would turn out either.

Any insight that can help me decide what route I should go can help tremendously. Also any suggestions for certifications and readings that I can look up that would also very helpful.

Thank you all for reading this.

What songs got/get you through sobriety?

Pretty straight forward. I have several people around me trying to be sober. Some not doing so well others better. I have one that communicates better with music and we share songs that help us get through life but would like to send more relatable songs. Any suggestions?
