Is this combination actually good according to my chances abroad? (Industrial Eng. at U. Chile + Data Science at UC, and a French Double Degree)

Is this combination actually good according to my chances abroad? (Industrial Eng. at U. Chile + Data Science at UC, and a French Double Degree)
Hello everyone,
I am planning my academic and professional trajectory with a long-term projection toward 2035 and beyond. My ultimate goals are to work internationally (avoiding local limitations), lead high-impact technology projects, and eventually found my own tech company.
To achieve this, I have mapped out an ambitious multi-step plan. I would deeply appreciate your objective critiques, reality checks, recommendations, and insights regarding feasibility, pros/cons, and career prospects.
🗺️** The Planned Roadmap
Undergraduate Core:
Study Ingeniería Civil Industrial at the Universidad de Chile (Beauchef).
Concurrently or consecutively pursue a Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Ciencia de Datos at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC). (Note: In Chile, U. Chile and UC are distinct, top-tier, highly selective traditional universities).
International Mobility:
Aim for a double degree program in France (leveraging U. Chile’s historical engineering agreements with institutions like the Groupe des Écoles Centrales).
Language Acquisition:
Master English autonomously (technical documentation, global networking, reading state-of-the-art research).
Learn French formally to meet the requirements for the French double degree program.
Long-Term Vision (2035):
Work for global tech corporations or remote-first international companies, scale deep-tech solutions, and launch my own startup at the intersection of business strategy (Industrial Engineering) and advanced AI/Data Science.
⚖️
Pros & Cons of This Pla**n
Pros:
The Ultimate Hybrid Profile: Combining business management, optimization, and strategy (Industrial Engineering) with heavy mathematical and computational modeling (Data Science/AI) creates an exceptionally rare and powerful skill set.
Global Credibility: Graduating from top Chilean universities combined with a European diploma (France) opens doors to global talent pools.
Future-Proofing for 2035: By the next decade, pure management will be heavily augmented by AI, and pure tech without business context fails to scale. Understanding both ends bridges the gap entirely.
Cons & Risks:
Massive Time and Opportunity Cost: Doing Industrial Engineering at U. Chile plus Data Science at UC, followed by a double degree in France, could easily span 8 to 10 years of higher education. This delays actual market experience.
Inter-Institutional Friction: Trying to combine or coordinate parallel rigorous programs across two different elite universities in Chile (U. Chile and UC) is notoriously difficult due to administrative barriers, scheduling clashes, and separate admissions/transfer systems.
Over-credentialism ("The Degree Trap"): In the tech and startup ecosystems, execution, a solid portfolio, and shipping real products often matter vastly more than holding multiple formal undergraduate degrees.
🎯 Specific Questions for the Community
Feasibility of the Dual-University Path: Is it realistic or wise to attempt combining degrees across two separate top universities in Chile (U. Chile and UC), or would it be far more efficient to do just Industrial Engineering at U. Chile and heavily self-saturate with AI/Data Science electives and a Master’s degree?
The France Double Degree Factor: For those familiar with European or French engineering tracks (Grandes Écoles), how much does a double degree originating from Chile actually weigh when trying to break into the European or North American tech/AI markets?
Global Market Perspective: With this specific profile (Latin American elite background + European double degree + solid tech/business hybrid skills), what do my realistic prospects look like for remote work or relocating to tech hubs in Europe or the US by 2035?
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. I am open to any critiques, alternative paths, or brutal honesty. What would you change if you were in my shoes?

¿Will this combo open doors abroad or is it overkill? Planning Industrial Eng. (U. Chile) + Data Science (UC) + France Double Degree + AI Ph.D.?Ysk

My_qualifications

Aquí tienes la versión actualizada con el título en formato de pregunta y habiendo removido por completo cualquier mención al doctorado en IA, ajustando la hoja de ruta y las preguntas hacia una salida profesional más directa (magíster/industria/emprendimiento):
Is this academic roadmap (Industrial Eng. at U. Chile + Data Science at UC, and a French Double Degree) actually viable and worth it for an international career? Seeking advice.
