I (20M) recently started dating my partner (19 NB). Recently, they told me they've been struggling a lot with dysphoria. I've seen them go from lively and dancing without a care one second, to pacing around the room anxiously adjusting their shirt the next. I really care about them, and i hate seeing them hurting and stuggling with this. And unfortunately it's an area where i have no experience, or ability to really relate to. The best thing i've thought to do so far is to distract them by talking about something stupid and unrelated, like anime, music, etc. But that only goes so far. Any advice on anything i can do for them?
