Amazon & eBay Account Management

* Manage daily operations of Amazon and eBay seller accounts

* Create and optimize product listings

* Upload products with titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, and images

* Manage product variations, pricing, and inventory

* Monitor account health and policy compliance

* Handle order processing and shipment coordination

* Manage returns, refunds, and cancellations

Customer Support

* Respond to customer messages professionally and promptly

* Resolve customer complaints and disputes

* Maintain positive seller ratings and feedback

Product Research & Optimization

* Conduct competitor and product research

* Identify trending and profitable products

* Optimize listings for better visibility and sales

* Use SEO-friendly titles and descriptions

Reporting & Coordination

* Maintain spreadsheets and reports for sales and inventory

* Coordinate with suppliers and team members

* Provide regular updates on account performance

Requirements:

* Previous experience managing Amazon and/or eBay seller accounts

* Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub

* Knowledge of listing optimization and eCommerce SEO

* Experience with product uploads and variation listings

* Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Zik Analytics, AutoDS, or similar is a plus

* Strong English communication skills

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
