I'm thinking about buying it right now and have never seen this brand before

So she bought this off of a co-worker today and I have to say I'm highly impressed she doesn't know much about knives but I'm thrilled she only got this for 25$.. I'm not sure if the tip is broken or if I have to get it fixed I never had a leek until now but seeing the pictures I'm just wondering.. So I guess tonight I'm buying a steak dinner tonight and getting her nails done this weekend

Can anyone tell me what knife is being used.. Looks like a schatt and morgan but on the other hand looks like a case knife! Now I'm trying to find this so I can buy it

I purchased this for .50 cents and now gifting it to my son as his first knife I'm going to teach him how to use the knife as a tool this weekend remind you he's 6 years old so I think he's ready for one
