The volume of these batches is so high that now I just think Instacart is stealing tips again but much more aggressively than just skimming a dollar or two.
Seeing as many 50+ item triples for $20 or less as I do, it just doesn’t actually make sense that customers aren’t tipping at all.
I have Instacart, Flex, Uber Eats and Spark and they’ve all just become completely unviable.
Instacart is the most consistent for me (Diamond cart) but the bar is so low. 95% of batches are ~$30 15 miles 60 item triples. Turn on UberEats and get bombarded relentlessly with $6 for 9 miles. Look at flex and it’s $17 for 1.5 hour blocks and then try to turn on spark and it’s just $28 for 7 stops going 15 miles.
Like dude, what the fuck? I’m in Phoenix and I can’t even multi-app anymore.
I’m sick of dog shit promos constantly being forced on me. Every single time I have a promo I just get fed dog shit high mile/high item $20 triple. I’m not doing those just to maybe get an extra $5. Let me opt out of this shit, dude.
I was at the gym when I got this notification this morning and my heart hasn’t stopped pounding since. From Staples going to a business office that I’ve delivered to a few times.
So I walking to my car after checking out a batch when I feel the breeze blow something against my ankle and…
The amount of stolen orders that I’ve encountered on this app in the two weeks that I’ve been on it is actually insane.
Actual pieces of trash, dude.
I’ve noticed this since the last update. No heavy pay badge on the batch screen but this “Heavy” label on the details screen. But there’s nothing heavy on the customers order?
Started seeing these offers out of these small stations that have been popping up around Phoenix and there’s one right in the area that I do other gig apps like it of.
I haven’t done flex in months because when I was I strictly did fresh but then the pay plummeted and the miles exploded so I was over getting sent 30-40 miles away to delivery a bunch of no tip orders. I got sent this and thought “Ok $20 for upwards of 4 miles, that’s easy. Let’s see what this is about.”
I get there, it’s one stop but it def wasn’t 4 miles. It was 15 miles west up the freeway during rush hour. I said absolutely not, left the bag at the station and called support to have them remove it from me. Agent told me he submitted a ticket but it’s been close to two hours since I accepted it and it still shows that it’s assigned to me so I’m just ignoring it.
But I got my answer from that. Not bothering to even look at those again.
Got through the Gold tier trial and then immediately dropped to green because of my 1%-3% acceptance rate and all I can think is that I’ll never be anything but green tier because the orders I see are like… lol no.
My acceptance rate might be a little higher if they didn’t send exclusive offers immediately after declining them as a trip radar offer. 💀
Pretty new to uber. Got a delivery that I was told I was the 7th driver to show up for. This has happened more than once and is getting really annoying.
Why do I get fucked by it tho?
How much does cancellation rate matter and at what point does it affect me?
I just got on to the app the other day and it was REALLY annoying how much I was getting spammed with new orders when trying to do things like message a customer or send the drop off photo.
Twice I had accidentally accepted a terrible delivery by accident that I cancelled before figuring out I could pause them from coming in and then it happened a third time. I went to hit the pause button right as a new offer came in and I accidentally accepted it instead.
My vehicle is a 2024 Honda, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as removing and re-adding the vehicle.
What the fuck am I doing with my life anymore?
That doesn’t make me a charity.
Had a Total Wine order with a couple expensive bottles. Scanned customers ID, they signed for it on their phone and everything was fine but when trying to complete the delivery I kept getting this message and it kept making me restart the process with scanning their ID. Eventually I called support and they manually completed the delivery.
Has anyone else gotten this? App is up to date and I tried restarting my phone.
I’m so fucking sick in Instacart sending out orders that customers scheduled for specific times whenever they fucking feel like it. Constantly showing up to AirBnB’s with alcohol when the customers are still on the fucking planes. The amount of roadblocks thrown in front daily is REALLY starting to get out of hand.
PS fuck support.
I don’t give a shit that you boosted it, get this shit the fuck of my screen. Holy Christ. Just bombarded but garbage getting boosted all day.
