Talent | Hand Them Over

Enhance | Energy Regeneration 5 | Toughness Reduction N/A

When enemy targets enter battle, The Herta inflicts 1 stack of "Interpretation" on them. At the start of each wave, applies 30 stack(s) of "Interpretation" to a random enemy target, prioritizing Elite enemy targets or higher. When the Enhanced Skill's primary target has "Interpretation," the multiplier for the DMG dealt increases, with each stack granting an increase of 4%/8%/8.8%/2%/4%/4.4% on the primary target/other targets respectively. If 2 or more characters follow the Path of Erudition in the team, each stack grants an additional increase of 4%/8%/8.8%/2%/4%/4.4% on the primary target/other targets respectively. "Interpretation" can stack up to 42 time(s). When using the Enhanced Skill, resets the number of "Interpretation" stacks on the primary target to 15. Bonus Abilities (Traces)

A2 Bonus Ability | Aloofly Honest

When ally targets attack, inflicts 1 stack of "Interpretation" on the hit enemy target. After attacking, if there are 4 (or more)/3/2/1 enemy targets on the field, for every 1 target hit by this attack, regenerates 3/4.5/6/7.5 fixed Energy for The Herta. When using Enhanced Skill and if the primary target's "Interpretation" stack reaches 42, increases The Herta’s Ice RES PEN by 20% until the end of this attack.

A4 Bonus Ability | Message From Beyond the Veil

When entering battle, if the team has 2 or more characters following the Path of Erudition, then increases all allies' DMG dealt by 50% and CRIT DMG by 90%, calculates at least 3 targets when the Trace Aloofly Honest calculates hit targets, applies 1 stack(s) of "Interpretation" to the target that has the highest current "Interpretation" stacks among the hit enemy targets after attacking, and additionally applies 2 stack(s) of "Interpretation" if the attacker is a character following the Path of Erudition.

A6 Bonus Ability | Starved Landscape of Vacua

For every 2 stack(s) of "Interpretation" inflicted on the primary target, The Herta gains 1 stack of Answer, up to 21 stack(s). When there are 3 (or more)/2/1 enemy targets on the field, for every 1 stack(s) of Answer, the DMG dealt of the Enhanced Skill’s final instance of damage increases by 2.5%/3%/3.5% of the original DMG. If 2 or more characters follow the Path of Erudition in the team, then the Original DMG Multiplier is further boosted by an additional 2.5%/3%/3.5%.

Stat Trace Totals

2x Trace: CRIT Rate (6.7%)

3x Trace: ATK (18%)

5x Trace: Ice DMG (22.4%)

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 | Night at Shorefall

When Enhanced Skill calculates "Interpretation," additionally calculates 50% of the "Interpretation" stacks on the 1 target with the highest stacks out of the primary target and adjacent targets. The Original DMG Multiplier in the trace "Starved Landscape of Vacua" additionally includes the Enhanced Skill’s third instance of damage.

Eidolon 2 | Wind Through Keyhole

After The Herta enters battle and uses her Ultimate, she additionally gains 1 stack of "Inspiration." After using Enhanced Skill, The Herta's subsequent action is advanced by 40%. For every 3 Enhanced Skill used, The Herta gains 1 extra turn and 1 stack of "Inspiration." During the extra turn, when The Herta uses her Enhanced Skill, if the primary target is/is not afflicted with the maximum amount of "Interpretation" stacks, then their "Interpretation" stacks will not be consumed/will be considered as being maxed out and, after using the Enhanced Skill, maxes out the "Interpretation" stacks.

Eidolon 4 | The Sixteenth Key

Eidolon 6 | Sweet Lure of Answer

The Herta's Ice RES PEN increases by 20%. When the number of enemy targets on the field is 3 (or more)/2/1, Ultimate's DMG multiplier increases by 280%/560%/840%.

Explanation and Conclusion

5, 4, 3, 2…1 (enemy)—In taking on MoC (Memory of Chaos), AS (Apocalyptic Shadow), and any Endgame mode that will likely go ‘True Single Target,’ this is the dreaded countdown that The Herta inevitably experiences. Yes, DPSes with their specifically oriented attacks—from Single Target, and Blast, to Bounce, and AoE—have their own niche. But, HSR, from 3.X to 4.X, have released DPSes, Main and Sub/Dual DPS alike, whose primary attack is oriented as Single Target/Bounce, yet the said attack thrives even more in AoE/Single Target-oriented battles. To give names, I am referring to Ashveil and Anaxa. This dilemma, to make matters worse, also includes The Herta’s Energy regeneration.

So, for her to truly be unrestrained, as in free from time, space, and…the number of enemies, this Novaflare, via A6, gave The Herta a conditional original DMG buff for her Enhanced Skill’s final instance of damage. The buff is conditional as it will be at its strongest if The Herta has maxed Answer stacks, has 1 or more ‘Erudition’ ally, and the battle is ‘True Single Target.’

To intensify The Herta’s ‘magical girl beam,’ her provided buffs have increased in numbers, as in an Ice RES PEN buff is added and the former Ice DMG dealt—out of conservation—becomes teamwide; and potency, as in jointly increasing the personal ATK buff and teamwide CRIT DMG buff. For the ‘magical girl beam’ to be at its most ‘magical,’ The Herta has an accessible—accessible as in it is merely via the Ultimate’s immediate action advance—buff extension.

For the ‘magical girl beam’ to be conveniently and frequently launched, even when the battle is ‘True Single Target,’ The Herta’s fixed Energy becomes conditional, being at its highest when the battle only has 1 enemy. This is in conjunction with the Talent applying 30 "Interpretation" stacks and gaining the former E1’s refunding of "Interpretation" stacks. Additionally, the Basic ATK naturally applies "Interpretation," and the applied "Interpretation" stack of the Skill and Enhanced Skill doubled in number.

To conclude, this Novaflare strengthened The Herta and made her adaptable, being capable of handling a varying number of enemies, and it is about time that The Herta’s gameplay matched with her lore. This is because to have adaptability is to be a genius and a Genius Society member that is also an Emanator of Nous the Erudition. I mean, it is not so ‘The Herta’ if The Herta is incapable of providing alternative solutions and serving as one herself.

Gameplay Notes (Changes and Additions)

Caution—This section is for those that seek the TL;DR of my ‘Luocha Novaflare.’ If you are still willing to thoroughly read and understand my ‘Luocha Novaflare,’ then feel free to take an appreciated journey.

= Skill’s: The Skill is now Blast Healing and does a debuff cleanse on the targeted ally.

= Ultimate’s: If removing an unremovable buff, reduce its efficiency by 20% instead. If there are multiple unremovable buffs, 1 unremovable buff will be prioritized, and it will be the effect that increases DMG dealt. In gaining an Abyss Flower, Luocha also gains "Touched by the Divine," an effect that enhances the Zone. In being enhanced, the Zone does a 25% DEF decrease on enemies.

= Talent’s: While the Zone is active, grants "Nether’s Florentina," an effect that can be charged up, to the team. An ally’s launched attack causes the "Nether’s Florentina" that they possess to rupture, dealing Additional Imaginary DMG to the attacked enemy based on Charge value, having a 100% fixed CRIT Rate and a 125% fixed CRIT DMG. After rupturing "Nether’s Florentina," 18% of the consumed Charge value is refunded. The following are the methods that all allies employ in charging up the "Nether’s Florentina" that is in their possession:
At the beginning of a turn, charges "Nether’s Florentina," with the Charge value being equal to 35% of Luocha’s ATK.
When HP is restored, charges "Nether’s Florentina," with the Charge value being equal to 25% of the amount of healing received from the Skill and/or the Zone’s effect.
Luocha is able to gain and consume stacks of Abyss Flower while the Zone is active. Redeploying the Zone when it is already active refreshes its duration instead.

= Major Traces’:
A2’s: At max, "Nether’s Florentina’s" DMG increase and Charging Efficiency are 225% and 165%, respectively. For every 3 instances that "Nether’s Florentina" ruptures, Luocha’s next action is advanced by 24%.

A4’s: The team gets a 25% Incoming Healing buff.

A6’s: While the Zone is active, the team essentially gets an 80% Control RES buff.

= Eidolons’:
E1’s: "Nether’s Florentina’s" fixed CRIT DMG is now 150%. When healed by the Skill/Zone’s effect, if HP is at 50% or higher, the target/attacking ally, and all other allies if being healed by the Zone’s effect, get shielded.

E2’s: Rupturing "Nether’s Florentina" results in further dealing 1 instance of Additional Imaginary DMG to the highest HP enemy. The following are included in the methods that all allies employ in charging up the "Nether’s Florentina" that is in their possession:
When losing HP, charges "Nether’s Florentina," with the Charge value being equal to 13% of the amount of HP loss.
When receiving/losing the Shield provided by Skill/Zone’s effect, charges "Nether’s Florentina," with the Charge value being equal to 25%/13% of the amount of Shield that is received/lost.

E4’s: While the Zone is active, at max, the team gets a 42% Max HP buff.

E6’s: The Zone, through "Touched by the Divine’s" enhancement, also does a 30% All-Type RES reduce on enemies.

Additionally, adjacent allies’ HP is restored by an amount equal to 10%/30%/34% of Luocha's ATK plus 100/400/490. Meanwhile, Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower.

An ally launching an attack causes the "Nether’s Florentina" that they possess to rupture, dealing Additional Imaginary DMG to the attacked enemy based on Charge value, with a fixed CRIT Rate for this damage set at 100% and fixed CRIT DMG set at 125%.
After rupturing "Nether’s Florentina," 18% of the consumed Charge value is refunded.
Through the following methods, all allies charged up the "Nether’s Florentina" that is in their possession:
At the beginning of their turn, charges "Nether’s Florentina," with the Charge value being equal to 35% of Luocha’s ATK.
When their HP is restored, charges "Nether’s Florentina," with the Charge value being equal to 25% of the amount of healing received from the Skill and/or the Zone’s effect.
The Zone's effect lasts for 2 turns. Luocha is able to gain and consume stack(s) of Abyss Flower while the Zone is active. Deploying the Zone when it is already active will refresh the Zone’s duration instead. When Luocha is knocked down, the Zone will be dispelled.

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 | Ablution of the Quick

Increases "Nether’s Florentina’s" fixed CRIT DMG by 25%. When receiving HP restoration from the Skill/Zone’s effect, if HP is at 50% or higher, the target/attacking ally receives a Shield that can absorb DMG equal to 18% of Luocha's ATK plus 240. If it is from the Zone’s effect, all other allies additionally receive a Shield that can absorb DMG equal to 7% of Luocha's ATK plus 93. This effect lasts for 2 turns.

Eidolon 2 | Bestowal From the Pure

When "Nether’s Florentina" ruptures, further deals 1 instance(s) of Additional Imaginary DMG to the target that has the highest HP among the hit targets. The following methods are included in the methods that all allies employ in charging up the "Nether’s Florentina" that is in their possession:

Eidolon 6 | Reunion With the Dust

In being enhanced by "Touched by the Divine," the Zone additionally reduces all enemies' All-Type RES by 30%.

Explanation and Conclusion

Luocha has always been the ‘Comfy Healing’ Healer, but these days, a Sustain should do more besides being ‘Comfy’; Sustains should either do buffing, provide utility, or, better yet, do a bit of both. Looking at Luocha’s kit, well, he only does an AoE enemy buff removal and is an ‘SP Factory.’ Yes, with the sets ‘Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder’ and ‘Broken Keel' and the LC ‘Multiplication’/‘Quid Pro Quo,’ Luocha can also give a buff and fine-tune the aforementioned utility/provide another utility. However, this is with a build already, and I do believe that Luocha is capable of doing more.

Hence, I say that his healing should be weaponized; make him be Dewdrop Reincarnate. If he primarily heals and he heals superbly, why not weaponize his healing? In going with what was pitched, this Novaflare enabled Luocha to have his own Dewdrop that is named Nether’s Florentina. What separates Nether’s Florentina from Abundance’s, of Sim-U, Dewdrop is that it does not have a cap, it is ATK scaling, it has a refund mechanic, and it has a fixed CRIT ratio. Since one of Nether’s Florentina’s ways of being charged up is receiving a healing, the Skill becomes Blast-oriented, and the team gets an Incoming Healing buff. Additionally, the Skill finally does not need a major trace to debuff cleanse.

Regarding the Ultimate’s buff removal, it is very much the ‘relative’ of pre-Novaflare Welt’s delay. This is because most enemies, especially the 'higher ranks,' have unremovable buffs. So, the Ultimate might as well only do insignificant damage. But this will not come into pass, for the renewed Ultimate will inflict a new debuff that will be known as (Unremovable) Buff Efficiency reduce. Speaking of buffs, in using the Ultimate, Luocha gains Touched by the Divine, a ‘Zone Enhancement’ effect that enables his Zone to do a DEF decrease on enemies.

As for Luocha’s new utilities, he has a built-in self-action advance through his A2, which helps him quickly recover SP, and his talent has a Zone extension. As for the team, provided that the Zone is active, they basically get a Control RES buff through his A6.

To conclude, Luocha jointly provides ‘Comfy’ Healing and Utilities to the team and ‘Uncomfy Damage,’ which becomes uncomfier, to the enemies. All in all, Luocha fulfilling his oath is definitely on the horizon.

This effect can only be triggered 1 time per turn and resets at the start of Argenti's turn. If there are no valid enemies to attack, he attacks the enemy with the lowest HP percentage instead.

When granted to all other allies, Apotheosis increases their CRIT Rate by 1%/2.5%/2.8% and CRIT DMG by 3%/5%/6.8%. This effect can stack up to 10 time(s).

Impair | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

After using the Technique, enemies in a set area are inflicted with Daze for 10 second(s). Dazed enemies will not actively attack the team.
When attacking a Dazed enemy to enter combat, deals Physical DMG to all enemies equal to 80% of Argenti's ATK and regenerates his Energy by 15.

Bonus Abilities (Traces)

A2 Bonus Ability | Piety

At the start of an ally target’s turn, all allies immediately gain 1 stack(s) of Apotheosis. If possessing max stack(s) of Apotheosis, then increase their DMG dealt by 60%. For every excess stack(s) of Apotheosis they gain from the trace "Piety" and the Talent, additionally increase the DMG dealt by their next Skill/Follow-Up ATK by 10% and Ultimate by 14%. After launching these attacks, reduces the number of excess stack(s) of Apotheosis in possession to 5.

A4 Bonus Ability | Generosity

Increases all allies' Energy Regeneration Rate by 12%. When enemy targets enter battle, immediately regenerates 2 Energy for Argenti and 1.5 Energy for all other allies.

A6 Bonus Ability | Courage

After an ally target attacks, if the attacked target's current HP percentage is 50% or below, Argenti will automatically use his Skill at that target 1 time. This Skill does not consume Skill Points. 50% of the regenerated Energy gained from this attack is granted to the attacking ally target. This effect can only be triggered 1 time per turn and resets at the start of Argenti's turn. If there are no valid targets to attack, he attacks the enemy target with the lowest HP percentage instead.

Eidolons

When granted to Argenti/all other allies, each stack of Apotheosis additionally increases his/their All-Type RES PEN by 3%/2%, up to a maximum of 30%/20%.

Eidolon 2 | Agate's Humility

Increases all allies' ATK by 75%. If the number of enemy(ies) on the field equals to 1/3 or more, then the ATK increase is further boosted by an additional 30%/15%.

Eidolon 4 | Trumpet's Dedication

When the condition has been met, the Ultimate "For In This Garden Supreme Beauty Bestows" will be the attack that Argenti automatically uses in the trace "Courage."

Eidolon 6 | "Your" Resplendence

When granted to Argenti/all other allies, each stack of Apotheosis additionally enables his/their DMG dealt to ignore 5%/4%, up to a maximum of 50%/40%, of the enemy targets’ DEF.

Explanation and Conclusion

Argenti has always been the ‘OG’ ‘DPSing Battery,’ and ‘Ultimate Spammer.’ These designations, however, are only applicable and helpful to him, and he, presently, does not have a solid ground in the meta. Yes, he is still serviceable in Pure Fiction, and in this endgame, he is one of the two batteries of The Herta, but more is required. This is because in the present day, to be an enabling battery of a Main DPS, it is a requirement that one must have their multipliers to be a close second to the multipliers of the Main DPS that they enable. This is all the while amplifying the team’s damage. If Argenti is going to be a modern-day Main DPS, then he needs the appropriate multipliers and, generally, must do the aforementioned amplification.

So, to comply with what is required, this Novaflare, besides improving his damage via increased multipliers and adding extra damage, fully realized Argenti’s designations and made them universal. To give detail, at full potential, which is 5 enemies being hit, a unit, which includes him, that is part of his team regenerates 15 Energy for themself and 12.5/13 Energy for all other units. This Energy Regeneration continues to his A4 wherein, at full potential, which is 5 enemies entering the battlefield, he regenerates 10 Energy and all other units regenerate 7.5/8 Energy. The A4 also buffs the team’s Energy Regeneration. Therefore, his team’s Ultimates will keep on coming.

As for Argenti’s amplification, his kit’s Apotheosis gives the team ‘Harmony-level’ CRIT buffs. Moreover, when ‘overcapping’ on Apotheosis, the team gets a DMG buff from his A2. The A2 also gives a conditional stacking DMG buff to the team’s next Skill/FUA and Ultimate. This buff is conditional as in it is dependent on each unit’s excess Apotheosis. With the way it is constructed, after launching the ‘first batch’ of their next Skill/FUA and Ultimate, the A2 guarantees that the ‘second and following batches’ of their next Skill/FUA and Ultimate get a 50%/70% DMG buff. Regarding what new utility his kit provides, his A6 is literally Seele’s Skill but AoE and does give Energy to him and the ally, which can also be him, that made it trigger.

To conclude, this Novaflare basically made Argenti’s team be Argenti, and who wouldn’t want to be Argenti? This is the unit whose Ultimate damage has become reliable and that has a renewed built-in CRIT buffs and a newly added DMG buff. All in all, with this Novaflare, Argenti does justice to Idrila and the Path of Beauty.

The multiplier of the Additional Lightning DMG that is dealt to the target with the "Seam Stitch" state increases by 45%, with the adjacent targets taking Additional Lightning DMG equal to 75% of Aglaea’s ATK. Explanation and Conclusion

As an ‘E0S0 Aglaea haver,’ even with the ‘combo’ of Sunday and Huohuo, clunkiness can still be felt in Aglaea’s kit, and her having a reliance on the ‘Energy-giving’ War Armor of Amphoreus’ enemies, which have become uncommon due to the ‘meta’ currently favoring Elation, only adds to the said clunkiness. Granted, as of this moment, I lack Cyrene, the unit whose ‘Support’ maxes out Garmentmaker’s SPD Boost stacks and gives a ‘consumable’ effect that makes Aglaea regenerate 70 Energy, and my Sunday and Huohuo lack their ‘Energy-Regeneration-Rate-increasing’ Sig, with Huohuo also lacking her E1, the eidolon that gives a teamwide 12% SPD buff. Even then, an ‘E0S0’ Aglaea should be able to help herself in charging up her Ultimate. Yes, she is built to be fast and becomes even faster when she is in her "Supreme Stance," which results in having frequent Energy-regenerating attacks, but it is frankly not enough. This is because she lacks a buff and/or mechanic for her Energy regeneration.

So, in taking into account what Aglaea needs, this Novaflare will make her gain an Energy Regeneration Rate buff and have her regenerate more Energy, which is done by attacking and taking action when she is in the "Supreme Stance." As for her strengthened offense, the multiplier of the Joint ATK that she and Garmentmaker deals, and the multiplier of Garmentmaker’s Skill are increased. Additionally, the Additional Lightning DMG that is dealt by Aglaea is increased, because why was this that low? Regarding the enemy that is taking the brunt of Aglaea and Garmentmaker’s damage, they now take increased DMG. To help guarantee their damage going critical, Aglaea and Garmentmaker gain a CRIT Rate buff.

To conclude, this Novaflare gives ‘breathability’ to Aglaea, ‘breathability’ as in her reliance on the aforementioned units, and Amphoreus’ ‘mechanic’ is less of a 'lifeline' but more of a ‘bonus,’ resulting in her gaining a ‘sense of self-sufficiency’ and her team’s units having variety. As a newly self-sufficient woman, the cosmos better gird their loins for the arrival of Aglaea, Amphoreus’ ‘Miranda Priestly.’

When Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae uses Ultimate, recovers 1 Skill Point(s) and increases allies’ All-Type RES PEN by 14%. The "Bondmate's" All-Type RES PEN additionally increases by 10%. This effect will last for as long as the "Bondmate" is on the field.

Explanation and Conclusion

In my eyes, in being released and being used in the contents that HSR offers, DHPT’s potential as the Ica (of Hyacine) of Shielders can still be sensed and, therefore, can be truly brought out.

So, in bringing out his ‘Shielder-Ica’ potential, the ‘Enhanced Souldragon’s’ ‘mechanic’ of dealing ‘Bondmate’s DMG,’ which is based on their Type and ATK, has been reimplemented. ‘Enhanced Souldragon’ will then deal this ‘Bondmate DMG’ by making the ‘Bondmate’ and DHPT launch a Joint FUA. This Joint FUA, which is accessed through DHPT’s Ultimate, is AoE and will make the ‘Bondmate’ and DHPT additionally deal damage to the highest HP enemy.

When the condition has been met, the A6 will make the ‘Bondmate’ and DHPT launch a separate Joint FUA. This Joint FUA is distinct from the Joint FUA of DHPT’s Ultimate. Furthermore, while ‘Souldragon’ is enhanced, DHPT, in using Basic ATK, additionally deals the said ‘Bondmate’s DMG.’

In being reestablished as the Sub-DPS of ‘Shielding-Sustain,’ DHPT will have his A2 give him a CRIT Rate buff and a CRIT DMG buff. These buffs are of necessity because DHPT will 98% have an ‘ATK Body’ to primarily ‘amp up’ his, increased, ATK buff for the ‘Bondmate’ and his ‘Shield’s health.’ Moreover, DHPT’s capability as a ‘Preservation unit’ is improved by making him, or 'Souldragon,' give a ‘reduced DMG taken’ buff to the ‘Bondmate’ and other allies.

To conclude, with this Novaflare, DHPT will have a ‘comeback’ in being the ‘Sub-DPSing’ Sustain of any DPS that potently ‘Self-Buffs,’ needs High Attack Count, attacks with the targeted enemies being inflicted with an ‘effect,’ attacks with the targeted enemies being implanted with Weakness(es), and attacks that innately deal Additional DMG. All in all, DHPT’s standing as the guardian of the Trailblaze and allies of the Trailblaze become even more permanent.

A Novaflare Marathon (Part 10): Enemies? Cipher Got Your Tongue? (Fanmade and Newly Formatted)

(As this format comes from the template that I have used, and it is the template that they designed, I give full credit to jas [happy_ice_cream] from Guoba Certified's Discord community.)

Profile (Keywords)

Keywords of Cipher’s Novaflare: Universality, Permanent Uptime, True DMG Stonks, Drop the True DMG, 9 Lives for the Cat and Her Litter, Sharper Claws

Gameplay Notes (Changes and Additions)

Caution—This section is for those that seek the TL;DR of my ‘Cipher Novaflare.’ If you are still willing to thoroughly read and understand my ‘Cipher Novaflare,’ then feel free to take an appreciated journey.

= Skill’s: The ATK buff that Cipher gains and the Weaken debuff she inflicts have been relocated on the traces "Sleight of Sky" and "300 Rogues," respectively. The Skill is now 225% to the designated enemy and 125% to the adjacent targets.

= Ultimate’s: The Ultimate is now 270% to the designated enemy and another 90% to the said enemy and the adjacent targets.

= Talent’s: The Talent’s FUA is now 330% and can trigger up to 2 times. Cipher deals 1 instance of Additional Quantum DMG, which is equal to 120%/60% of her ATK, every time she and her allies attack the "Patron"/"non-Patron(s)." To exemplify, if an ally’s attack is AoE and the battlefield has 5 enemies, it will be 120% to the targeted "Patron" and 60% to the 4 targeted "non-Patron(s)." The tallying of 8% of allies’ non-True DMG that is dealt to "non-Patron(s)" has been added.

= Major Traces’:
A2’s: When Cipher’s CRIT Rate and gained tally reach their max, her Ultimate will be considered a Follow-Up ATK.

A4’s: Under the condition that an enemy is in the "Patron" state, "Thief Star’s Heroism" is granted to Cipher. With this effect, allies receive 12% less DMG, enemies’ DMG received increases by 50%, and triggers the corresponding effects based on the first type of DMG dealt in the current battle:
DoT or CRIT: Teamwide 90% DMG buff and enemies get a 15% ATK reduce.
Break: Teamwide 12% Break DMG dealt and enemies get a 10% decreased DMG dealt.
Elation: Teamwide 12% Elation and enemies get a 10% decreased DMG dealt.
Only 1 aforementioned effect can exist in the current battle.

A6’s: Cipher gets a personal 60% ATK buff and 125% CRIT DMG buff. When attacking enemies, Cipher refreshes the effect that her "Thief Star’s Heroism" provides in the trace "300 Rogues." Cipher can trigger a new effect. This ‘action’ of Cipher counts as a debuff being inflicted.

= Stat Trace Totals’: Rather than gaining 10% Effect HIT Rate, Cipher gains 6.7% CRIT Rate.

= Eidolons’:
E1’s: There will now be 2 effects, which are triggered by Cipher’s "Thief Star’s Heroism" via the trace "300 Rogues," that exist in the current battle. Moreover, the following effect is included in the selection of corresponding effects:
Teamwide 12% All-Type RES and enemies get a 28% All-Type RES reduce.

E2’s: Cipher gets a personal 20% All-Type RES PEN buff from the trace "Sleight of Sky."

E4’s: Cipher’s Additional Quantum DMG on "Patron"/"non-Patron(s)" is now 180%/90%.

E6’s: Cipher’s personal DMG buff is now 450%. An additional 16% of non-Overflow DMG dealt by her attacks is recorded.

Character Abilities

Values that change with Level are given at Level 1/10/12 (1/6/7 for Basic ATK).

Basic ATK | Oops, a Missed Catch

Single Target | Energy Regeneration 20 | Toughness Reduction 10 | SP +1

Deals Quantum DMG equal to 50%/100%/110% of Cipher's ATK to one designated enemy.

Skill | Hey, Jackpot for the Taking

Blast | Energy Regeneration 30 | Toughness Reduction 20 primary + 10 adjacent | SP -1

Deals Quantum DMG equal to 113%/225%/245% of Cipher's ATK to one designated enemy and Quantum DMG equal to 63%/125%/135% of Cipher's ATK to its adjacent targets.

Ultimate | Yours Truly, Kitty Phantom Thief!

Blast | Energy Regeneration 5 | Energy Cost 130 | Toughness Reduction 30 primary + 20 adjacent

Deals Quantum DMG equal to 135%/270%/282% of Cipher's ATK to one designated enemy. Then, deals True DMG equal to 25% of the current tally kept by Talent to the one designated enemy. Moreover, deals Quantum DMG equal to 45%/90%/94% of Cipher's ATK alongside True DMG equal to 75% of the current tally kept by Talent to the one designated enemy and its adjacent targets. And this True DMG is distributed evenly among all targets of this ability.

Talent | The Hospitable Dolosian

Single Target | Energy Regeneration 5 | Toughness Reduction 20

When there are no enemy targets in "Patron" state on the battlefield, Cipher immediately causes one enemy target with the highest Max HP on the battlefield to become the "Patron." When using Skill and Ultimate, the primary target becomes the "Patron." The "Patron" state only takes effect on the latest target.
After the "Patron" is attacked by other ally targets, Cipher immediately launches a Follow-Up ATK against the "Patron," dealing Quantum DMG equal to 165%/330%/345% of Cipher's ATK. This effect can be triggered up to 2 time(s) each turn, and it resets at the start of Cipher's turn.
When Cipher and other ally targets attack the "Patron"/"non-Patron(s)," 1 instance of Additional Quantum DMG is dealt by Cipher, being equal to 120%/60% of her ATK.
Cipher will tally 12%/8% of the non-True DMG ally targets dealt to "Patron"/"non-Patron(s)." Overflow DMG will not be tallied. After using Ultimate, clears this tally.

Technique | Puss in Boots

Enhance | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

Obtains "Zagreus's Blessing" for 15 second(s). During this time, Cipher will be undetectable by enemies and her movement speed increases by 50%. When approaching an enemy in the overworld/Simulated Universe/Divergent Universe, there is a chance of immediately obtaining a random Consumable. You can obtain Consumables up to 50 time(s) in each Earth day.
When entering battle with "Zagreus's Blessing" active, deals Quantum DMG equal to 100% of Cipher's ATK to all enemies. Increases the recorded DMG Cipher obtains from this instance of DMG by 200%.

Bonus Abilities (Traces)

A2 Bonus Ability | Empyrean Strides

When Cipher's SPD is higher than or equal to 140/170, CRIT Rate increases by 25%/50%, and the gained tally increases by 50%/100%. When the effects have reached their max, the Ultimate of Cipher will be considered as Follow-Up ATK.

A4 Bonus Ability | 300 Rogues

When the battlefield has an enemy target in the "Patron" state, grants "Thief Star’s Heroism" to Cipher. When Cipher has "Thief Star's Heroism," allies receive 12% less DMG, increases enemies’ DMG received by 50%, and triggers the corresponding effects based on the first type of DMG dealt in the current battle:
DoT or CRIT: Increases DMG dealt by all allies by 90% and reduces enemies’ ATK by 15%.
Break: Increases allies’ Break DMG dealt by 12% and decreases enemies’ DMG dealt by 10%.
Elation: Increases allies’ Elation by 12% and decreases enemies’ DMG dealt by 10%.
Only 1 aforementioned effect can exist in the current battle.

A6 Bonus Ability | Sleight of Sky

Increases Cipher's ATK by 60% and CRIT DMG by 125%. Moreover, the corresponding effect from the trace "300 Rogues" is instead based on the most recent type of DMG dealt. When a corresponding effect is refreshed or a new effect is triggered, it is considered as inflicting a debuff.

Stat Trace Totals

2x Trace: CRIT Rate (6.7%)
3x Trace: Quantum DMG (14.4%)
5x Trace: Speed (14)

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 | Read the Room, Seek the Glee

The maximum count of effects that exists in the current battle, which Cipher’s "Thief Star’s Heroism" triggers via the trace "300 Rogues," increases by 1. Moreover, the following effect is included in the selection of corresponding effects:
Increases allies’ All-Type RES by 12% and reduces enemies' All-Type RES by 28%.

Eidolon 2 | In the Fray, Nab On a Spree

Cipher's recorded DMG is 150% of the original recorded DMG value. The trace "Sleight of Sky" additionally increases Cipher’s All-Type RES PEN by 20%.

Eidolon 4 | The Jig Is Up, Quick to Flee

The multiplier of the Additional Quantum DMG that is dealt by Cipher on the "Patron"/"non-Patron(s)" is increased by 60%/30%.

Eidolon 6 | The Thief's Game, Unsung and Free

Increases Cipher’s DMG dealt by 450%. Records an additional 16% of non-Overflow DMG dealt by Cipher’s attacks. After resetting the record upon using her Ultimate, returns 20% of the reset record.

Explanation and Conclusion

With Feixiao getting Ashveil, Acheron getting Blade-Mortenax, and Archer eventually getting his fated master, and most players not going for a sustainless run when doing endgame content, Cipher has been pushed farther away from the said Main DPSes that she primarily supports.

So, for her to make a ‘comeback’ in supporting the aforementioned Main DPSes and, in general, any DPSes via replacing the sustain and thus doing a sustainless run, this Novaflare, besides increasing her multipliers, personal buffs, and provided buffing multiplier, will make Cipher do a ‘Robin Hood,’ wherein her ‘treasure-stealing’ results in the enemies being disadvantaged and her allies gaining an advantage. In other words, the enemies are weakened and become vulnerable, and her allies’ attacks are strengthened and are provided with increased survivability. In the strengthening of allies’ attacks, Cipher contributes the Additional Quantum DMG that she deals.

To conclude, with this Novaflare, Cipher makes herself and her allies ‘channel’ her ‘cousins,’ the big cats and have ‘9 lives.’ In getting a deserved power nap, the ‘Robin Hood’ of Amphoreus will, once more, run like the wind, with tricks, treasures, and assistance in hand.

A Novaflare Marathon (Part 9): Anaxa, The Terror Prof (Fanmade and Newly Formatted)

(As this format comes from the template that I have used, and it is the template that they designed, I give full credit to jas [happy_ice_cream] from Guoba Certified's Discord community.)

Profile (Keywords)

Keywords of Anaxa’s Novaflare: Frequently Cast Skill, The Weakness Type Implanter, Versatility, The Erudition’s Aide, The (Not So) Frail, Demised, and Demise-Giving Scholar

Gameplay Notes (Changes and Additions)

Caution—This section is for those that seek the TL;DR of my ‘Anaxa Novaflare.’ If you are still willing to thoroughly read and understand my ‘Anaxa Novaflare,’ then feel free to take an appreciated journey.

= Skill’s: The Skill and its instances of DMG are now 78%. The DMG buff, which is based on the number of enemies, that the Skill gains is 30% and will be 150% if the battlefield has 5 enemies.

= Ultimate’s: The Ultimate is now 190%. 7 instances of Additional Wind DMG that is equal to 39% of Anaxa’s ATK will be dealt, with the highest HP enemy being the priority, when an "Erudition" ally character attacks an enemy that is afflicted with the "Sublimation" state. If Anaxa is the attacking "Erudition" character, the instances of Additional Wind DMG will be 3 instead. This Additional Wind DMG can trigger up to 2 times and will reset after Anaxa uses his Ultimate.

= Talent’s: A 21% All-Type RES reduce and 50% increased Toughness Reduction on enemies afflicted with the "Qualitative Disclosure" state. Anaxa, in attacking enemies afflicted with the "Qualitative Disclosure" state, will personally get a 40% increased DMG buff against them and, at max, a 60% ATK buff. The Talent’s Additional Skill will recover 1 SP for the team.

= Major Traces’:
A4’s: A 20% DEF ignore buff for the team and 140% CRIT DMG buff for Anaxa if he is the only "Erudition" character. If there is another "Erudition" character, the team and Anaxa instead get a 40% DEF ignore buff and 70% CRIT DMG buff, respectively.

= Eidolons’:
E1’s: 2 instances of the Talent’s Weakness Implant effect on enemies entering the battlefield and their All-Type RES is reduced by 24%.

E2’s: The Skill will now deal 6 instances of DMG. When an enemy afflicted with the "Qualitative Disclosure" state is attacked by an "Erudition" ally character, an Additional Skill occurs. A 13% multiplier increase for the instance(s) of DMG that this Additional Skill deals. If Anaxa is the only "Erudition" character and the enemy is attacked by an ally character, the said multiplier increase is 6% instead. This Additional Skill cannot trigger this effect again and will not trigger the Talent’s Additional Skill. This effect can trigger up to 2 time(s) and will reset every time Anaxa uses his Ultimate.

E4’s: The A4 will just give a teamwide 40% DEF ignore buff and 140% CRIT DMG buff for Anaxa.

E6’s: A 160% original DMG buff for Anaxa if he is the only "Erudition" character. On the other hand, a 120% and 140% original DMG buff for the "Erudition" ally character and Anaxa, respectively, if Anaxa is with another "Erudition" ally character.

Character Abilities

Values that change with Level are given at Level 1/10/12 (1/6/7 for Basic ATK).

Basic ATK | Pain, Brews Truth

Single Target | Energy Regeneration 20 | Toughness Reduction 10 | SP +1

Deals Wind DMG equal to 50%/100%/110% of Anaxa's ATK to one designated enemy.

Skill | Fractal, Exiles Fallacy

Bounce | Energy Regeneration 6 | Toughness Reduction 10 | SP -1

Deals Wind DMG equal to 39%/78%/85% of Anaxa's ATK to one designated enemy and additionally deals 4 instance(s) of DMG. Each instance of DMG deals Wind DMG equal to 39%/78%/85% of Anaxa's ATK to one random enemy, prioritizing Bouncing to enemy targets that have not been hit by this instance of Skill.
When used, for each attackable enemy on the field, this Skill has its DMG dealt increased by 30%.

Ultimate | Sprouting Life Sculpts Earth

AoE | Energy Regeneration 5 | Energy Cost 140 | Toughness Reduction 20

Inflicts the "Sublimation" state on all enemies, then deals Wind DMG equal to 95%/190%/206% of Anaxa's ATK to all enemies.
In the "Sublimation" state, the targets will be simultaneously inflicted with Physical, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Quantum, and Imaginary Weaknesses, lasting until the start of the targets' turn. If the targets do not have Control RES, they are unable to take action in the "Sublimation" state.
When an enemy afflicted with the "Sublimation" state is attacked by Anaxa/an "Erudition" ally character, 3/7 instance(s) of DMG will be dealt additionally, dealing Wind DMG equal to 20%/39%/46% of Anaxa's ATK and prioritizing the enemy with the highest HP. This effect can trigger up to 2 time(s), resetting after Anaxa uses his Ultimate.

Talent | Tetrad Wisdom Reigns Thrice

Impair | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

Each time Anaxa lands 1 hit on enemy targets, inflicts 1 Weakness of a random Type to the targets, lasting for 3 turn(s), with priority to the Weakness Type that the target doesn't already possess.
While Anaxa is on the field, inflicts the "Qualitative Disclosure" state on enemy targets that have at least 5 different Types of Weaknesses. Enemy targets afflicted with the "Qualitative Disclosure" state will have their All-Type RES reduced by 18.5%/21%/21.5% and will take increased Toughness Reduction by 50%.
Anaxa deals 28%/40%/42.4% increased DMG to targets afflicted with the "Qualitative Disclosure" state. In addition, after using Basic ATK or Skill on them, unleashes 1 additional instance of Skill on the targets. This Additional Skill recovers 1 Skill Point(s) for the team, does not consume any Skill Points, and cannot trigger this effect again. If the target has been defeated before the Additional Skill is used, it will be cast on one random enemy instead.
When using Skill on an enemy target afflicted with the "Qualitative Disclosure" state, increases ATK by 10%/20%/28%, lasting for 2 turn(s). This effect can stack up to 3 time(s).

Technique | Prism of the Pupil

Impair | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

After using Technique, inflicts the Terrified state on enemies in a set area. Terrified enemies will flee in a direction away from Anaxa for 10 second(s). When allies enter battle via actively attacking a Terrified enemy, it will always be considered as entering battle via attacking a Weakness. After entering battle, Anaxa applies 1 Weakness of the attacker's Type to every enemy target, lasting for 3 turn(s).

Bonus Abilities (Traces)

A2 Bonus Ability | Roaming Signifier

When using Basic ATK, additionally regenerates 10 Energy. At the start of the turn, if there are no enemy targets in the "Qualitative Disclosure" state, immediately regenerates 30 Energy.

A4 Bonus Ability | Imperative Hiatus

Based on the number of "Erudition" characters in the team, one of the following effects will be triggered in the current battle:
1 character: Allies’ DMG dealt ignores 20% of the enemy target’s DEF, and Anaxa’s CRIT DMG increases by 140%.
At least 2 characters: Allies’ DMG dealt ignores 40% of the enemy target’s DEF, and Anaxa’s CRIT DMG increases by 70%.

A6 Bonus Ability | Qualitative Shift

For every 1 different Weakness Type an enemy target has, the DMG that Anaxa deals to that target ignores 4% of their DEF. Up to a max of 7 Weakness Types can be taken into account for this effect.

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 | Magician, Isolated by Stars

When enemy targets enter the battlefield, triggers 2 instance(s) of the Talent's Weakness Implant effect and reduces their All-Type RES by 24%.

Eidolon 2 | Soul, True to History

The instance(s) of DMG that the Skill deals increases by 2. When an enemy target afflicted with the "Qualitative Disclosure" state is attacked by an "Erudition" ally character, unleashes 1 additional instance of Skill on the target. The multiplier of the instance(s) of DMG that this Additional Skill deals increases by 13%. If Anaxa is the only "Erudition" character and the enemy target is attacked by an ally character, the multiplier increase for the instance(s) of DMG is 6% instead. This Additional Skill cannot trigger this effect again and will not trigger the Talent’s Additional Skill. This effect can trigger up to 2 time(s),  resetting every time Anaxa uses his Ultimate.

Eidolon 4 | Blaze, Plunged to Canyon

The 2 effects in the Trace "Imperative Hiatus" fixedly enable allies’ DMG dealt to ignore 40% of the enemy target’s DEF and increase Anaxa’s CRIT DMG by 140%.

Eidolon 6 | Everything Is in Everything

Based on the number of "Erudition" characters in the team, one of the following effects will be triggered in the current battle:
1 character: The DMG dealt by Anaxa is 160% of the original DMG.
At least 2 characters: The DMG dealt by an "Erudition" ally character and Anaxa are 120% and 140% of the original DMG, respectively.

Explanation and Conclusion

Anaxa is, indeed, versatile, being able to go ‘Hypercarry’ or the Sub-DPS and ‘Battery’ of The Herta and any future "Erudition" character that also  needs ‘High Attack Count’ and ‘High Enemy Unit Count.’ However, in going with the latter role, Anaxa does not meet its current standards.

This is because we have Evernight with her 30% ‘increased enemies’ DMG taken’ buff and a CRIT DMG buff for Memosprites that could exceed the CRIT DMG buff of CRIT-DMG-giving Supports, and Ashveil with his 40% DEF reduce, 40% teamwide CRIT DMG buff, and 80% FUA CRIT DMG buff. When being paired with another Erudition character, which is usually The Herta, Anaxa only gives a 50% DMG buff, a multiplier that will be oversaturated as The Herta already gives herself a 50% (Ice) DMG buff through her A2. This has the cost of him losing his personal 140% CRIT DMG buff. When it comes to contributing noteworthy damage, Evernight, Ashveil, and Anaxa do fulfill this role. What unfortunately separates Anaxa from the two is that they are backed up by the potent buffs they give.

Anaxa reducing the enemies’ All-Type RES by making enemies go to a state wherein they are afflicted with most, if not all, Weakness Types should have already been implemented in his E0 kit. On that note, with his implanting of Weakness Types, Anaxa enabled his team, most especially The Herta, to reduce the enemies’ Toughness as this is the focus of Apocalyptic Shadow, one of the rotating endgames. What he enables still falls flat because he does not give them some form of Weakness Break Efficiency buff. When the battle shifts toward having a lower number of enemies, Anaxa does help his Erudition ally character. However, this is only through his attacks. There is no ‘additional damage toward the enemy with the highest HP.’

So, to liberate Anaxa from these inhibitors, this Novaflare, besides slightly increasing his multipliers and the ‘fluctuating’ DMG buff that his Skill gains, will make him give the buffs that were supposed to be given in the first place. The said buffs are All-Type RES reduce, increased Toughness Reduction, personal ATK buff, and a ‘combo’ of teamwide DEF ignore and personal CRIT DMG buff that ‘fluctuates’ as it is dependent on the number of Erudition characters. Moreover, he and his Erudition ally character will deal instances of DMG, which is based on his ATK, when attacking an enemy afflicted with the "Sublimation" state, with the highest HP enemy being the priority.

To conclude, with this Novaflare, Anaxa will be equal with Evernight and Ashveil in being the Sub-DPS for their respective Main DPS. This is while being a renewed Main DPS if making him go ‘Hypercarry.’ With this recalibration, I am curious about how the cosmos will be thoroughly educated by Anaxa.

Keywords of Tribbie’s Novaflare: Universality, Superb Uptime, Battery of ‘High Attack Count’ and ‘High Enemy Unit Count,’ Epitome of HARMony, Release the Child(ren)

Skill | Where'd the Gifts Go

Support | Energy Regeneration 30 | Toughness Reduction N/A | SP -1

Ultimate | Guess Who Lives Here

AoE | Energy Regeneration 5 | Energy Cost 120 | Toughness Reduction 20

Activates a Zone and deals Quantum DMG equal to 22.5%/45%/48% of Tribbie's Max HP to all enemies.
While the Zone lasts, the DMG that Tribbie deals ignores 10.5%/21%/24% of the enemy target’s DEF and increases enemy targets' DMG taken by 20%/40%/43%. After an ally target attacks, for every 1 target hit, deals 1 instance of Additional Quantum DMG equal to 9%/18%/19.2% of Tribbie's Max HP to the target that has the highest HP among the hit targets.
If the battlefield only has 1 enemy target and they will be attacked by an ally target, the 1 instance of Additional Quantum DMG that will be dealt by Tribbie increases by 10%/20%/21.2%.
The Zone lasts for 2 turn(s). This duration decreases by 1 at the start of this unit's every turn.

Talent | Busy as Tribbie

AoE | Energy Regeneration 5 | Toughness Reduction 5

After other ally characters use Ultimate, Tribbie launches Follow-Up ATK, dealing Quantum DMG equal to 13.5%/27%/28.8% of Tribbie's Max HP to all enemies. This effect triggers up to 2 time(s) per character. When Tribbie uses Ultimate, resets the trigger count for other ally characters. If the target was defeated before the Follow-Up ATK is launched, then launches the Follow-Up ATK against new enemy targets entering the battlefield.

Technique | If You're Happy and You Know It

Enhance | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

After using Technique and upon entering battle, the Skill will automatically trigger 1 time(s) without consuming Skill Points.

Bonus Abilities (Traces)

A2 Bonus Ability | Lamb Outside the Wall...

After using Talent's Follow-up ATK, increases the DMG dealt by Tribbie by 72%. This effect can stack up to 3 time(s), lasting for 3 turn(s). When this effect has reached its max, the Ultimate of Tribbie will be considered as Follow-Up ATK.

A4 Bonus Ability | Glass Ball with Wings!

While the Zone lasts, Tribbie's Max HP increases by an amount equal to 12% of the sum of all ally characters' Max HP.

A6 Bonus Ability | Pebble at Crossroads?

At the start of battle, Tribbie regenerates 30 Energy. After other ally targets attack, Tribbie regenerates 1.5 Energy for each target hit.

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 | Rite of Sugar Scoop

While the Zone lasts and after ally targets attack enemies, additionally deals True DMG equal to 24% of the total DMG of this attack to targets that have been dealt Additional DMG by the Zone. If the battlefield only has 1 enemy target and they will be attacked by an ally target, the True DMG that will be dealt increases by 12%.

Eidolon 2 | Guide of Dream Tour

The Additional DMG dealt by the Zone increases to 140% of the original DMG. When the Zone deals Additional DMG, further deals 2 instance(s) of Additional DMG.

Eidolon 4 | Peace of Empathy Bond

While "Numinosity" lasts, the DMG dealt by all allies ignores 27% of the target's DEF.

Eidolon 6 | Morrow of Star Shine

After Tribbie uses Ultimate, launches her Talent's Follow-up ATK against all enemies. The DMG dealt by Talent's Follow-up ATK increases by 729%.

Explanation and Conclusion

Whether it is 1 enemy/single target, 3 enemies/blast, or 5 enemies/aoe, Tribbie’s supporting capabilities never fluctuate. What fluctuates is her Additional Quantum DMG, which is part of her Sub-DPS capabilities. It will be at its strongest if there are 5 attacked enemies and the highest HP enemy gets hit and will still be competent if the attacked enemies are 4 or 3. On the other hand, it will be at its weakest if there are only 2 attacked enemies or, worse, only 1.

As for her FUA only having 1 trigger per ally character, it is not that of a let down and limiting if the team that she is in is not so ‘energy abundant’ and/or ‘frequent with attacks and needs frequent attacks.’ But if she is in the said team(s), well, you can see how her FUA(s) will have a downtime when, in a Therta-focused team, Therta and Anaxa are able to quickly use their Ultimates with how Anaxa serves as the battery for himself and Therta.

So, this Novaflare for Tribbie will allow her to have 2 FUA procs and her Additional Quantum DMG to not be that disadvantaged when the battle is truly oriented as Single Target. Even though Tribbie has a personal buff of 216% DMG increase, to make her able to contend with whoever Support-Sub-DPS character(s) that future versions of 4.X and eventually 5.X, releases, she, through her Ultimate’s Zone, will have a personal DEF ignore buff, and her personal Max HP buff that is based on the sum of her ally characters’ Max HP is increased.

To conclude, Tribbie’s supportiveness remains unconditional. As for her Additional Quantum DMG that she deals as a Sub-DPS, it is still conditional but not handicapped. This is because even in its ‘weakest,’ which is ‘true Single Target,’ her Additional Quantum DMG will do damage that is not a measly ‘12%.’ Now, I do wonder where will Tribbie go with her rocket launcher and rocket going ‘2.0.’

= Skill’s: The character with "Military Merit" gets a base 38% DMG, 40% Skill CRIT DMG, and 12% All-Type RES PEN. These buffs become 80% DMG, 84% Skill CRIT DMG, and 28% All-Type RES PEN when the character’s "Military Merit" is upgraded to "Peerage."

= Ultimate’s: The Ultimate is now 480%.

= Talent’s: When a character is with "Military Merit," Cerydra becomes "First and Final Imperator." As the "First and Final Imperator," her Ultimate is considered as Skill, and she fully inherits the base effects that the character with "Military Merit" gains. Cerydra’s CRIT DMG, if she has 200%, is converted into a flat 1000 ATK and 2000 HP for the character with "Military Merit." If the character with "Military Merit" is an ATK/HP scaler, then the flat ATK/HP that they will not utilize is converted into 45%/60% CRIT DMG. 1/2/3 instance(s) of Additional Wind DMG will be dealt by Cerydra when the character with "Military Merit" attacks with their Basic ATK/Ultimate/Skill. Cerydra’s Additional Wind DMG will do a ‘Tribbie,’ wherein it will prioritize the highest HP enemy. This is if the attack of the character with "Military Merit" is not oriented as Single Target.

= Major Traces’:
A2’s: Cerydra will get a personal flat ATK buff of 1500 if she has 200% CRIT DMG. When Cerydra has reached her maximum flat ATK buff, her Ultimate, as "First and Final Imperator," will deal 3 instances of her Additional Wind DMG, with the highest HP enemy being the priority.

A4’s: Cerydra’s CRIT Rate has become 75%. The equalizing exchange is that the character with "Military Merit" will grant her 1 Charge, if using their Ultimate, or 2 Charges, if using their Skill via Coup de Main. Only 1 ‘route’ will be triggered. Therefore, it is recommended that the character with "Military Merit" quickly trigger Coup de Main for Cerydra to gain a higher amount of Charge. This effect can be triggered again after every 1 ‘Cerydra Ultimate.’

A6’s: Cerydra gains a flat 40 SPD buff.

= Eidolons’:
E1’s: The character with "Military Merit" gets a base 18% DEF ignore. This buff becomes 48% DEF ignore when the character’s "Military Merit" is upgraded to "Peerage." Furthermore, they get 10 regenerated Energy from Cerydra’s Skill and 1.5 regenerated Energy through Cerydra’s Additional Wind DMG.

E2’s: Through the character with "Peerage" triggering Coup de Main, Cerydra, as the "First and Final Imperator," gains 1 stack of "Final Judgment," and she can hold up to 4 stacks of this effect. With this effect, Cerydra’s inherited base effects basically gain the boost that is gained by the character whose "Military Merit" is upgraded to "Peerage." This effect will only be consumed when Cerydra uses Ultimate.

E4’s: When there is a character with "Military Merit," Cerydra, as the "First and Final Imperator," gains "Decree," which gives her 240% DMG and increases the enemies’ DMG taken by 24%.

E6’s: The multiplier for the Additional Wind DMG triggered through Cerydra’s Ultimate is now 360%.

Character Abilities

Values that change with Level are given at Level 1/10/12 (1/6/7 for Basic ATK).

Basic ATK | King's Castling

Single Target | Energy Regeneration 20 | Toughness Reduction 10 | SP +1

Deals Wind DMG equal to 50%/100%/110% of Cerydra's ATK to one designated enemy.

Skill | Pawn's Promotion

Support | Energy Regeneration 30 | Toughness Reduction N/A | SP -1

Grants "Military Merit" to one designated ally character and gives Cerydra 1 points of Charge. Charge is capped at 8 points. The character with "Military Merit" increases their DMG dealt by 19%/38%/45.2%, the CRIT DMG for their dealt Skill DMG by 20%/40%/47.2%, and their All-Type RES PEN by 10%/12%/12.4%. When Charge reaches 6 points, automatically upgrades the character's "Military Merit" to "Peerage" and dispels their Crowd Control debuffs. The character with "Peerage" is considered to have "Military Merit" simultaneously.
The DMG dealt, the CRIT DMG for the dealt Skill DMG, and the All-Type RES PEN that the character with "Peerage" has when being granted with "Military Merit" are further boosted by an additional 21%/42%/49.2%, 22%/44%/51.2%, and 14%/16%/16.4%, respectively, and triggers Coup de Main when using their Skill on enemy targets. After Coup de Main ends, consumes 6 points of Charge to revert "Peerage" to "Military Merit."

Ultimate | Scholar's Mate

AoE | Energy Regeneration 5 | Energy Cost 130 | Toughness Reduction 20

Gains 2 Charge. Deals Wind DMG equal to 384%/480%/499.2% of Cerydra's ATK to all enemies. If no character on the field has "Military Merit," prioritizes granting "Military Merit" to the first character in the current team.

Talent | Ave Imperator

Support | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

When a character is granted with "Military Merit," Cerydra, in turn, turns into "First and Final Imperator."  As the "First and Final Imperator," the Ultimate of Cerydra is considered as Skill, and she will fully inherit the base effects that the character with "Military Merit" gains.
For every 10%, up to 200%, of Cerydra’s CRIT DMG, the character with "Military Merit" increases ATK and HP by 44/50/51.2 and 94/100/101.2, respectively. If ATK/HP is the basis of damage of the character with "Military Merit," then for every 100 ATK/HP, which their damage is not based on, that they have is instead converted into 4.5%/3% CRIT DMG. This effect is up to 45%/60% CRIT DMG.
When the character uses Basic ATK or Skill, Cerydra gains 1 Charge. During Coup de Main, Cerydra cannot gain Charge. After the character with "Military Merit" attacks with their Basic ATK/Ultimate/Skill, Cerydra additionally deals 1/2/3 instance(s) of Additional Wind DMG equal to 30%/60%/66% of her ATK. If the attack of the character with "Military Merit" is not oriented as Single Target, the Additional Wind DMG that is dealt by Cerydra will prioritize the enemy target that has the highest HP among the hit enemy targets.
"Military Merit" only takes effect on the most recent target. When the target changes, Cerydra's Charge is reset to 0.

Technique | First-Move Advantage

Support | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

After using Technique, gains "Military Merit." When switching the active character, "Military Merit" transfers to the current active character. At the start of the next battle, automatically uses Skill 1 time on the character with "Military Merit" without consuming any Skill Points.

Bonus Abilities (Traces)

A2 Bonus Ability | Veni

For every 20% of Cerydra's CRIT DMG, increases her ATK by 150, up to a max increase of 1500. If the ATK increase has reached its maximum, Cerydra’s Ultimate, as "First and Final Imperator," will then deal 3 instances of her Additional Wind DMG, prioritizing the enemy target that has the highest HP among the hit enemy targets.

A4 Bonus Ability | Vidi

Increases Cerydra's CRIT Rate by 75%. While Cerydra's Charge is below its maximum, the character with "Military Merit" using their Ultimate/Skill via Coup de Main grants Cerydra 1/2 Charge(s). This effect can be triggered once for every 1 Ultimate that Cerydra used.

A6 Bonus Ability | Vici

When using Skill, the SPD of this unit and the teammate with "Military Merit" increases by 40 and 20, respectively, lasting for 3 turn(s). When the character with "Military Merit" uses Basic ATK or Skill, regenerates 5 Energy for Cerydra.

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 | Seize the Crowns of All

The character with "Military Merit" ignores 18% of the targets' DEF when dealing DMG. If "Military Merit" has been upgraded to "Peerage," then the character additionally ignores 30% of the targets' DEF when dealing Skill DMG. When Cerydra uses her Skill, regenerates 10 Energy for the designated ally target. Moreover, 1.5 Energy is regenerated for the designated ally target through the instance of Additional Wind DMG that Cerydra deals.

Eidolon 2 | Forge the Dreams of Many

When a character with "Peerage" triggers Coup de Main, Cerydra, as the "First and Final Imperator," gains 1 stack of "Final Judgment." Cerydra can hold up to 4 stacks of "Final Judgment." With this effect, Cerydra’s inherited base effects, from the character with "Military Merit," gain a further boost, being equivalent to the boost that is gained by the character whose "Military Merit" is upgraded to "Peerage." This effect will only be consumed when Cerydra uses Ultimate.

Eidolon 4 | Remake the Realms of Men

While a teammate on the field has "Military Merit," Cerydra, as the "First and Final Imperator," gains "Decree," increasing her DMG dealt by 240% and the enemies’ DMG taken by 24%.

Eidolon 6 | A Journey Set Starward

The character with "Military Merit" increases their All-Type RES PEN by 20%, and the multiplier for the Additional DMG triggered via "Military Merit" increases by 300%. While a teammate on the field has "Military Merit," Cerydra's All-Type RES PEN increases by 20%. Moreover, the multiplier for the Additional Wind DMG triggered through her Ultimate increases by 300%.

Explanation and Conclusion

I have accepted that Cerydra will not be a universal Support like how Sunday supports CRIT-based DPSes that scale on ATK or HP, how Robin’s teamwide 100% action advance and 1000+ flat ATK support ATK-CRIT and ATK-DoT DPSes, and how Tribbie will always work with any archetype, be it CRIT, DoT, Break, or even Elation. What I do not accept is how she is made to be more ‘niche.’ She is designated as the Support for Skill-CRIT-based DPSes, and yet the buff she only gives that has a permanent uptime is a flat ATK buff, and the buffs that apply to both ATK-based and HP-based CRIT-dealing DPses are locked behind a mechanic that needs to be repeatedly built up due to being finite. As for Cerydra’s Sub-DPS capabilities that made her able to deal Additional Wind DMG and have a damaging Ultimate, it is frankly subpar and nowhere near the level of Robin’s and Tribbie’s, and this is because she lacks personal buffs.

I know that a character’s kit does not have to fully match their lore, but Cerydra’s kit needs a revising. For her to be the Dualistic Imperator and Chess Master, more so Grandmaster, of Amphoreus and be undeservingly burdened with what I have mentioned above just does not sit right with me. Therefore, I made a Novaflare that is befitting to Imperator Cerydra.

Cerydra, with this Novaflare, will buff CRIT-dealing DPSes that scale on ATK and HP, with them gaining a base DMG increase, Skill CRIT DMG, and All-Type RES PEN that will have moments of being at their maximum and a flat buff of ATK and HP. The flat stat that they will not use is converted into CRIT DMG. This matches the dualism she has and how she is a grandmaster—strategic and sees life as a game of Chess.

Through this Novaflare, Cerydra becomes the Sub-DPS that she was meant to be. This is because her Ultimate is considered as Skill and doubles in multiplier and will be buffed with the base buffs she gains through her Talent and the flat ATK buff she gains from her A2. I know that Cerydra’s Additional Wind DMG did not get an increase, but this will be dealt by 2 instances if the character with "Military Merit" uses their Ultimate and will be 3 instances if they use their Skill and if she uses her Ultimate. With these changes, Cerydra being the Imperator will be indisputable.

To help Cerydra in quickly unleashing her Ultimate and the strength of the character with "Military Merit," she, via her A6, will get a flat SPD buff, and the character with "Military Merit" will grant her Charges. It will be a higher amount if they use their Skill via Coup de Main.

To conclude, this Novaflare is comparable to a trusted advisor that joined Cerydra’s circle. It single-handedly elevated Cerydra toward the ‘Supporting’ height that she deserves. Now that Cerydra is on this deserved height, it is only a matter of time before she makes the cosmos see the brilliance of Amphoreus.

Keywords of The Dahlia’s Novaflare: Break, Innovator of Supporting Break, Brute-force Break, Betrayal is Life

Gameplay Notes (Changes and Additions)

Caution—This section is for those that seek the TL;DR of my ‘The Dahlia Novaflare.’ If you are still willing to thoroughly read and understand my ‘The Dahlia Novaflare,’ then feel free to take an appreciated journey.

= Ultimate’s: The Def reduce of the Ultimate’s "Wilt" state is now 22%.

= Talent’s: Super Break DMG multiplier of the "Dance Partners" is now 80%.

= Major Traces’:
A2’s: At the cost of having a lower scaling, this major trace’s Break Effect increase will be accessed by the Dance Partners as the said major trace allows them to restore their HP for 400 HP by breaking an enemy target’s Weakness. In The Dahlia is healed or shielded by an ally, then the Break Effect increase will be at its max and will become teamwide. The said teamwide Break Effect buff has been increased.

A6’s: The SPD buff, the 20 fixed amount of Toughness Reduction, and the regenerated Energy that is equal to 10% of Max Energy that comes from this major trace will be accessed by the Dance Partners through either implanting their Type on an enemy target or attacking an enemy target that is implanted with their Type. If the Type of the Dance Partner/s is/are Fire, then their dealt fixed amount of Toughness Reduction and regenerated Energy are further boosted by an additional 10 and 5%, respectively.

= Eidolons’:
E1’s: The increase for the Dance Partners’ Super Break DMG multiplier, which is given by the Talent, is now 60%.

E2’s: The All-Type RES reduce is now 25%.

E4’s: The increased enemies’ DMG taken is now 20%.

E6’s: Dance Partners’ Break Effect buff is now 175%. Moreover, the action advance they get is now 24%.

Character Abilities

Values that change with Level are given at Level 1/10/12 (1/6/7 for Basic ATK).

Basic ATK | Fiddle... Fissured Memory

Single Target | Energy Regeneration 20 | Toughness Reduction 10 | SP +1

Deals Fire DMG equal to 50%/100%/110% of The Dahlia's ATK to one designated enemy.

Skill | Lick... Enkindled Betrayal

Blast | Energy Regeneration 30 | Toughness Reduction 10 primary + 10 adjacent | SP -1

Deploys a Zone that lasts for 3 turn(s), with the Zone's duration decreasing by 1 at the start of The Dahlia's turn. Then, deals Fire DMG equal to 80%/160%/176% of The Dahlia's ATK to one designated enemy and their adjacent targets.
While the Zone is active, increases all allies' Weakness Break Efficiency by 50%. Toughness Reduction taken by enemy targets while not Weakness Broken can be converted into Super Break DMG.

Ultimate | Wallow...Entombed Ash

AoE | Energy Regeneration 5 | Energy Cost 130 | Toughness Reduction 20

Inflicts a "Wilt" state on all enemies, lasting for 4 turn(s). Then, deals Fire DMG equal to 180%/300%/324% of The Dahlia's ATK, which is distributed evenly across all enemies.
Enemy targets in the "Wilt" state have their DEF reduced by 12%/22%/24% and will be implanted with Weakness of all Dance Partners' Types.

Talent | Who's Afraid of Constance?

Bounce | Energy Regeneration 2 | Toughness Reduction 3

When entering combat, The Dahlia regenerates 35 Energy and grants "Dance Partner" to this unit and the teammate who triggered combat. Whenever there is no other "Dance Partner" on the field, grant "Dance Partners" to this unit and the teammate with the highest Break Effect. After a "Dance Partner" attacks a Weakness Broken enemy target, the Toughness Reduction from this attack is converted into 1 instance of Super Break DMG at 40%/80%/86%.
After an enemy target is attacked by the other "Dance Partner," The Dahlia launches a Follow-Up ATK, dealing 5 instance(s) of DMG, each dealing Fire DMG equal to 15%/30%/33% of The Dahlia's ATK to one random enemy. After each instance of DMG dealt to a Weakness Broken enemy target, the Toughness Reduction from this DMG is converted into 1 instance of Super Break DMG at 100%/200%/220%.
This effect can only trigger once per turn. If the target is defeated before the Follow-Up ATK is used, it will be launched at one random enemy instead.

Technique | The Heart Makes the Finest Tomb

Impair | Energy Regeneration 0 | Toughness Reduction N/A

After using Technique, creates a Special Dimension that lasts for 20 second(s). Enemies within this dimension will not actively attack ally targets. After entering combat with enemies in the Special Dimension, The Dahlia immediately deploys her Skill's Zone, and converts the combat-triggering Toughness Reduction into 1 instance of Super Break DMG at 60% against enemy targets that are Weakness Broken. Only 1 Dimension Effect created by allies can exist at the same time.

Bonus Abilities (Traces)

A2 Bonus Ability | Yet Another Funeral

When entering combat, increases "Dance Partners" Break Effect equal to 12% of The Dahlia's Break Effect plus 25% for 1 turn(s). This effect triggers again, lasting for 3 turn(s), when a "Dance Partner" immediately restores their and the other "Dance Partner’s" HP for 400 HP by breaking an enemy target’s Weakness. If The Dahlia receives healing or a shield from a teammate, then the base and additional Break Effect increase for the "Dance Partners" are further boosted by an additional 18% and 35% and will apply to the other allies. This effect cannot be triggered repeatedly within a single turn.

A4 Bonus Ability | Lament, Lost Soul

When using Talent's Follow-Up ATK, recovers 1 Skill Point for allies. This effect can be triggered once for every 2 Talent's Follow-Up ATKs used.

A6 Bonus Ability | Outgrow the Old, Espouse the New

When an ally target implants a Weakness to an enemy target or attacks an enemy target that is implanted with their Type, increases SPD by 30% for 2 turn(s) and deals 20 fixed amount of Toughness Reduction after the attack for every target with Weakness implanted and regenerate Energy equal to 10% of their Max Energy. If it is an ally Fire character, then the dealt fixed amount of Toughness Reduction and regenerated Energy are further boosted by an additional 10 and 5%, respectively. The maximum amount of Energy regenerated through this effect is capped at 50% of Max Energy.

Eidolons

Eidolon 1 | When a Bud Readies to Bloom

Applies Talent's Super Break DMG multiplier provided to "Dance Partner" to all ally characters, with "Dance Partner" additionally receiving a 60% boost. After "Dance Partner" uses an attack, deals an additional fixed amount of Toughness Reduction equal to 25% of the enemy target's Max Toughness (minimum of 10 points, up to 300 points). This effect can only trigger once per enemy target, and the trigger count for each target resets after the enemy target receives a killing blow.

Eidolon 2 | Fresh, Ethereal, and Beloved

When The Dahlia is on the field, decreases all enemies' All-Type RES by 25%. When an enemy target enters the field, immediately inflicts "Wilt" state on them, lasting for 3 turn(s).

Eidolon 4 | Pity Its Heart Gnawed by Worms

Increases the instances of DMG dealt by Talent's Follow-Up ATK by 5, and every hit increases the target's DMG taken by 20%, lasting for 2 turn(s).

Eidolon 6 | And Yet, Always, Deathly Beautiful

Increases "Dance Partner's" Break Effect by 175%. When using her Talent's Follow-Up ATK, advances the next action of all "Dance Partners" by 24%.

Explanation and Conclusion

The Dahlia is, for me, eighty to ninety percent superb. This is why I will just be fine-tuning the ‘under-tuned’ twenty to ten percent of The Dahlia’s and they are as follows: first, her A2’s teamwide Break Effect buff being locked behind needing a sustain; and second, her A6’s SPD buff, dealt 20 fixed amount of Toughness Reduction, and regenerated Energy equal to 10% of Max Energy for the Dance Partners being ‘The Dahlia and Firefly exclusive.’

So, the fine-tuning I did toward The Dahlia’s A2 and A6 are as follows. For her A2, I enable it to allow the Dance Partners to restore their HP by a decent amount, which results in only them getting the lower-scaling Break Effect buff. If The Dahlia receives a sustain, then the Dance Partners’ Break Effect buff will be at its true scaling and be teamwide. For her A6, I made it let all Break units access its effects, with the Fire-Type characters getting higher-scaled effects.

As you can see, the ‘niche’ is still there; I just merely redefined and adjusted it. This is because my definition of ‘niche,’ when it comes to a character’s kit, is that there should be a baseline where everyone gets a benefit, and from there, a distinct character or group of characters will get a larger benefit or a certain mechanic will allow everyone to get a larger benefit.

To conclude, The Dahlia’s Break buffs are the same in the sense that they are merely increased, and 2 of her major traces were given their needed touch-up. All in all, with what Novaflare she has laid her hands on, The Dahlia is still the ever-dangerously fickle Support of Break. She just needed a refining of her fire.

Furthermore, the immediate producing of DMG of the original DMG of Thanatoplum Rebloom’s Break DMG done by allies is increased by 25%.

Explanation and Conclusion

It is expected, but still unfortunate, that Ruan Mei, the OG Break Support, can be put into retirement when it comes to supporting the Break archetype. Currently, she, at best, is the third Break Support choice or even the fourth, if considering HMC’s (Harmony Trailblazer) potent Break/Super Break buffs.

Ruan Mei’s Weakness Break Efficiency and Break Effect buffs still have their worth in Break, but when it comes to her Thanatoplum Rebloom that is applied via ally attack, this effect is merely a bonus now, not something worthy of immediate necessity. This is due to The Dahlia’s Skill that allows Break units to deal Super Break DMG, provided that their attack reduces the targeted enemy’s Toughness. Therefore, there is no need to extend an enemy’s Weakness Broken state if allies will, ‘bruteforce’, deal Super Break DMG. In regard to her teamwide DMG buff, it has worth in non-Break, but for Break? It is the opposite. Furthermore, unlike The Dahlia’s entire kit and Fugue’s Basic ATK, which is enhanced, and Ultimate, Ruan Mei’s only Toughness Reduction is her Basic ATK’s.

As for non-Break, they still appreciate Ruan Mei’s universal buffs of All-Type RES PEN, DMG bonus, and SPD. It is generally only in Apocalyptic Shadow that her Break-oriented buffs are appreciated. This is because Weakness Break Efficiency helps in quickly reducing the enemies’, most especially the boss’, Toughness. An example is pairing her with Phainon in this game mode because it is known that Phainon’s Toughness Reduction can go high. Even then, they are not getting the full experience of Ruan Mei’s supporting capabilities.

So, with what I have assessed, I, most likely for the first time, will be making Ruan Mei the subject of an ‘Improving experiment.’ Through this experiment, her Ultimate’s field will basically allow allies, non-Break and Break alike, to deal Break DMG—more Break DMG if it is Break—via Ruan Mei’s increased Ice Break DMG, which has its fixed amount of Toughness Reduction also increased; inheriting 50% of Ruan Mei’s Basic ATK’s Toughness Reduction; a ‘Weakness Type ignore’ buff that is 25% of the original Toughness Reduction value, which can stack with other Toughness Reduction effects that also ignore Weakness Type; and a ‘Kafka Skill-adjacent target detonation’ on Thanatoplum Rebloom, which is now 100%. Furthermore, Ruan Mei’s Talent gives a SPD buff to herself and her allies, and it serves as the starting point for the dealt Ice Break DMG, which gets a starting increase when the enemy target’s Toughness is at 50% or lower. As for her major traces, they buff Ruan Mei’s buffing capabilities, the uptime of Ruan Mei’s Ultimate, Ruan Mei herself, and her allies altogether.

To conclude, I must say that with this ‘Improving experiment,’ or Novaflare, Ruan Mei will be the last but definitely not the least Support for Break. Why? Well, she just ‘amps up’ the Break that has already been jointly ‘amp up’ by The Dahlia and Fugue. As for her supporting non-Break, she basically makes them ‘Quasi-Break’ with her entire kit. In being improved, I am intrigued as to what epiphanies Ruan Mei will reach in continuing her research regarding Aeons and how to become an Aeon.

A Novaflare Marathon (Part 4): Phantylia Be Warned, for Fugue is Coming for You (Fanmade)

Keywords of Robin’s Novaflare:
Uncontested Second Half of Break’s Support, Fiercer and Brighter Inner Fire, Delicate but Reinforced Neck, Anti-Phantylia

Basic ATK: Radiant Streak
Deals Fire DMG equal to 100% of Fugue's ATK to one designated enemy.

Basic ATK (Enhanced): Fiery Caress
Deals Fire DMG equal to 100% of Fugue's ATK to one designated enemy and Fire DMG equal to 50% of Fugue's ATK to adjacent targets.

Skill: Virtue Beckons Bliss
Grants one designated ally "Foxian Prayer". Enters the "Torrid Scorch" state, lasting for 3 turn(s). The duration reduces by 1 at the start of Fugue's every turn. "Foxian Prayer" only takes effect on the most recent target of Fugue's Skill.
The ally target with "Foxian Prayer" increases their Weakness Break Efficiency by 25% and Break Effect by 42% and can also reduce Toughness even when attacking enemies that don't have the corresponding Weakness Type, with the effect equivalent to 50% of the original Toughness Reduction value. This cannot stack with other Toughness Reduction effects that also ignore Weakness Type.
While in the "Torrid Scorch" state, Fugue enhances her Basic ATK. Every time an ally target with "Foxian Prayer" attacks, Fugue has a 100% base chance to reduce the attacked enemy target's DEF by 22%, lasting for 2 turn(s).

Explanation: Besides providing a Break Effect buff, which has been increased, "Foxian Prayer" also provides a Weakness Break Efficiency buff. Furthermore, the Def reduce has also been increased.

Ultimate: Solar Splendor Shines Upon All
Deals Fire DMG equal to 200% of Fugue's ATK to all enemies, with a 100% base chance of inflicting the same DEF Reduction state as that applied by Fugue's Skill. This attack ignores Weakness Type to reduce all enemies' Toughness and, when breaking Weakness, triggers the Fire Weakness Break effect.

Explanation: Besides doing a Weakness Type ignore, Fugue’s Ultimate does a ‘Black Swan’ wherein it can inflict her Skill’s DEF reduce.

Talent: Fortune Follows Where Virtue Spreads
While Fugue is on the field, enemy targets will get additionally afflicted with "Cloudflame Luster," equal to 50% of their Max Toughness. When the initial Toughness is reduced to 0, "Cloudflame Luster" can be further reduced. When "Cloudflame Luster" is reduced to 0, the enemy will receive Weakness Break DMG again.
While Fugue is on the field and after allies attack Weakness Broken enemy targets, converts the Toughness Reduction of this attack into 1 instance of 120% Super Break DMG.

Explanation: The "Cloudflame Luster" and the Talent’s Super Break multiplier got an increase. The Super Break multiplier that Fugue offers is still 40% lower than Harmony MC’s at full potential. However, hers is unconditional, whereas HMC needs a consistent Ult uptime and 1 enemy for their huge Super Break multiplier.

Technique: Percipient Shine
After using Technique, inflicts Daze on enemies within a certain area, lasting for 10 second(s). While Dazed, enemies will not actively attack ally targets.
After entering battle via actively attacking Dazed enemies, Fugue's action advances by 40%, with a 100% base chance to inflict each enemy target with the same DEF Reduction state as that applied by Fugue's Skill, lasting for 2 turn(s), and enemies have a 100% fixed chance of having their actions delayed by 15%.

Explanation: Besides an action advance for Fugue and enemies being inflicted with the Skill’s DEF reduce, the Technique is able to delay the actions of enemies.

Major Traces:
= A2: Verdantia Renaissance
Increases this unit's Break Effect by 48%. After using Skill for the first time, immediately recovers 1 Skill Point(s). Afterwards, when an ally target with "Foxian Prayer" breaks an enemy target’s "Cloudflame Luster," 1 Skill Point(s) will be recovered. This effect can only trigger once per attack of the ally target with "Foxian Prayer" and can trigger up to 4 time(s). This trigger count resets every time Fugue uses Ultimate.

Explanation: Fugue’s personal Break Effect buff is increased, and the SP recovery she does, which is a ‘one-time only utility effect,’ is continued by her ally via "Foxian Prayer." Even if the ally with "Foxian Prayer" breaks several "Cloudflame Luster," only 1 SP will be recovered, and that is because it is per attack. So, the ally with "Foxian Prayer" must consecutively attack for them to recover 2 or more SPs. This is if the team urgently needs SPs.

= A4: Sylvan Enigma
After ally targets break weakness, additionally delays the action of the enemy target by 20%. If her Break Effect is 260% or higher, with a 100% fixed chance, Fugue’s Ultimate will be able to delay the actions of enemies by 10%.

Explanation: A slight increase to this major trace’s enemy action delay. It also allows Fugue’s Ultimate to, outright, delay the enemies.

= A6: Phecda Primordia
When an enemy target's Weakness gets broken, increases teammates' (i.e., excluding this unit) Break Effect by 10%. If Fugue's Break Effect is 260% or higher, the Weakness Break Efficiency of her Ultimate is increased by 25%, and the Break Effect increase is boosted by an additional 12%, lasting for 2 turn(s). This effect can stack up to 2 time(s).

Explanation: The teamwide Break Effect buff gets an increase, and with this major trace, Fugue’s Ultimate gets a Weakness Break Efficiency buff.

Minor Traces (total):
Break Effect +24%, Speed +14, HP +10%

Eidolons:
= E1: Earthbound I Was, Cloudward I Be
Ally target with "Foxian Prayer" increases their Weakness Break Efficiency and Break DMG dealt by 25% and 24%, respectively.

Explanation: Since the ally target with "Foxian Prayer" already has a starting Weakness Break Efficiency buff, it is just further increased by E1. As a compensation for splitting the ‘OG’ Weakness Break Efficiency buff of the former E1, I added the Break DMG buff of the former E4 while slightly increasing it.

= E2: Beatitude Dawns for the Worthy
When an enemy target's Weakness gets broken, Fugue regenerates 4 Energy. After using Ultimate, advances the action of all allies by 24%. The Ultimate’s delaying of enemy action is increased by 10%. Furthermore, her Ultimate’s Weakness Break Efficiency is increased by 25%.

Explanation: More Energy for Fugue results in more usage of the Ultimate that ignores Weakness Types, inflicts the Skill's DEF reduce, and, better, enemy action delay. Furthermore, Fugue’s Ultimate’s Weakness Break Efficiency buff is increased.

= E4: Bereft of Form, Which Name to Bear
Ally target with "Foxian Prayer" will inherit 50% of Fugue’s Weakness Break Efficiency. The inheritance is up to 75% Weakness Break Efficiency.

Explanation: If a hypothetical team that she supports has The Dahlia and Ruan Mei, Fugue will get 100% Weakness Break Efficiency. 50% of this Weakness Break Efficiency of Fugue will be inherited by the ally with "Foxian Prayer." In other words, they get a 50% Weakness Break Efficiency buff. Lastly, I did not forget to set a limit for this ‘inheritance mechanic.’

= E6: Clairvoyance of Boom and Doom
Increases Fugue's Weakness Break Efficiency by 50%. While Fugue is in the "Torrid Scorch" state, "Foxian Prayer" takes effect on all allies. Furthermore, the Talent’s Super Break multiplier is increased by 20%.

Explanation: Everything that the former E6 provides remained the same. It is just that the Talent’s Super Break multiplier is further increased.

Ending Thoughts and Conclusion:
Honestly, there is simply 1 reason why I gave Fugue a Novaflare, and that is ‘righteous wrath’ toward ‘one-time-only effect(s)’ that is/are imposed on a limited unit. I can understand if this kind of effect were imposed on the MC, a 4-star, or a standard, but on a limited unit? Nuh-uh! So, as I try to make the one-time-only SP recovery part of Fugue’s kit remain in continuation, my thought process reached the thought that Fugue enabling Weakness Type ignore is powerful, but it is also incomplete, for it has to rely on a unit that provides a Weakness Break Efficiency buff. Furthermore, Fugue’s Ultimate is doing a ‘sit still, look pretty,’ like it only ignores Weakness Types, no further utility/utilities at all, and needs to be charged up again. So, in taking these into mind, my ‘Fugue Novaflare’ came into being. A Novaflare wherein she provides what was missing from her pre-Novaflare and considerably increases what she has already provided. The equalizing exchange, though, was Fugue having a higher Break Effect threshold to reach for her to activate her buffs and utilities. It can still be easy to achieve, like, maybe with HMC, her Sig, or pair The Dahlia with a sustain, like Lingsha, Gallagher, or Huohuo.
To conclude, Fugue’s fire burns fiercer and brighter. She is still the ‘partner in crime’ of The Dahlia when it comes to greatly supporting Break DPSes. It is just that she is better than ever. To end this post of ‘Fugue’s Novaflare,’ I ask you this: “Did I ‘overbuffed’ Fugue in buffing her kit?,” “If so, what should be balanced?”

A Novaflare Marathon (Part 3): It’s Robin’s World, and We’re Just Living in It (Fanmade)

Keywords of Robin’s Novaflare:
Balanced Universality and FUA-Focused, Day and Night Concert For All, Night Shift Singer, Homing Musical Notes

Basic ATK: Wingflip White Noise
Deals Physical DMG equal to 100% of Robin's ATK to a single target enemy.

Skill: Pinion's Aria
Increase DMG dealt by all allies by 50%, lasting for 3 turn(s). This duration decreases by 1 at the start of Robin's every turn. While the Concerto state is active, the Skill additionally increases the DMG dealt by allies’ Follow-Up ATK by 20%.

Explanation: Besides the teamwide DMG buff staying the same, the Skill, while Robin’s in her Concerto, will also increase FUA’s DMG.

Ultimate: Vox Harmonique, Opus Cosmique
Robin enters the Concerto state and makes all other allies immediately take action.
When in the Concerto state, increase all allies' ATK by 22.8% of Robin's ATK plus 200. Moreover, after every attack by allies, Robin deals Additional Physical DMG equal to 160% of her ATK 1 time, with a fixed CRIT Rate for this damage set at 100% and fixed CRIT DMG set at 200%.
Furthermore, the first 4 Additional Physical DMG that is dealt by Robin will be considered as her dealing an attack. This effect resets every time Robin uses Ultimate.
When the attack of an ally, which is dealt in the Concerto state, is oriented as Blast, AoE, or Bounce, the Additional Physical DMG that is dealt by Robin will prioritize the target that has the highest HP among the hit targets.
When in the Concerto state, Robin is immune to Crowd Control debuffs, and cannot enter her turn or take action until Concerto state ends.
A Concerto countdown appears on the Action Order bar. When the countdown's turn begins, Robin exits the Concerto state and immediately takes action. The countdown has its own fixed SPD of 90.

Explanation: The teamwide HUGE ATK buff stays the same; however, Robin’s Additional Physical DMG gets an increase, and its fixed CRIT DMG is also increased. Moreover, her first few Additional Physical DMG are considered to be her attack. It is not a Follow-Up ATK, though. But, overall, this gives her agency when it comes to the ‘FUA’ teams’ synergistic ‘frequent attacks.’ Lastly, Robin’s Additional Physical DMG will do a ‘Tribbie’ wherein it will prioritize the Highest HP enemy.

Talent: Tonal Resonance
Increase all allies' CRIT DMG by 32%. Moreover, after allies attack enemy targets, Robin additionally regenerates 2 Energy for herself. If the ally’s attack is a Follow-Up ATK, then Robin’s Energy Regeneration effect additionally increases by 1. While the Concerto state is active, the Talent additionally increases the CRIT DMG dealt by allies’ Follow-Up ATK by 24%.

Explanation: The teamwide CRIT DMG buff gets an increase because I will not accept it being lower than the Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal Relic Set’s CRIT DMG buff. Anyways, continuing on. Robin’s base Energy Regeneration stays the same, but I ‘amp up’ her ‘FUA niche’ by enabling ‘FUA’ to do the former E2’s additional regenerated Energy. Lastly, while Robin’s in her Concerto, the Talent increases FUA’s CRIT DMG.

Technique: Overture of Inebriation
After using Technique, creates a dimension around the character that lasts for 15 seconds. Enemies within this dimension will not attack Robin and will follow Robin while the dimension is active. After entering battle while the dimension is active, the Skill will automatically trigger 1 time(s) without consuming Skill Points and Robin will  regenerate 5 Energy at the start of each wave. Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.

Explanation: A head start for Robin in which she does a ‘Ruan Mei free casting of Skill via Technique.’

Major Traces:
= A2: Coloratura Cadenza
When using Skill, additionally regenerates 5 Energy. When exiting the Concerto state, Robin will regenerate Energy equivalent to her Skill’s regenerated Energy.

Explanation: Lessens the downtime of Robin’s Concerto.

= A4: Impromptu Flourish
The first 8 attacks, which are non-Follow-Up ATK, of allies, while the Concerto state is active, will be considered as Follow-Up ATK. This effect resets every time Robin uses Ultimate.

Explanation: Even though it is brief, Robin allows the attacks of allies, which are non-Follow-Up ATK, to be Follow-Up ATK. This results in stronger damage and more Energy for Robin.

= A6: Sequential Passage
When the battle begins, this character's action is Advanced Forward by 25% and obtains "It is My Cue to Step Onstage." Under this effect, if Robin’s Energy can be fully regenerated by using her skill, "It is My Cue to Step Onstage" is consumed for Robin to immediately take action and regenerate Energy equivalent to her Skill’s regenerated Energy. When exiting the Concerto state, Robin obtains "It is My Cue to Step Onstage."

Explanation: Robin does a ‘Saber’ wherein if casting Skill will fully regenerate her Energy, she will immediately take action and get a free Energy equivalent to her Skill’s regenerated Energy. This, in a way, makes her SP-Positive because she can do a Basic ATK before using her Ultimate.

Minor Traces (total):
ATK +28%, HP +18%, Speed +5

Eidolons:
= E1: Land of Smiles
While the Concerto state is active, all allies' All-Type RES PEN increases by 24%. Furthermore, their SPD are increased by 32% and a flat 26.

Explanation: Besides the All-Type RES PEN buff staying the same, the Concerto is able to buff all allies’ SPD flatly and by a percentage. With these SPD buffs, I hope that the DPS(es) of her team can easily reach the ‘164 SPD’ threshold for them to take more actions during Concerto.

= E2: Afternoon Tea For Two
Increases the number of Robin’s Additional Physical DMG that is considered as her dealing an attack by 4. Furthermore, through the Trace "Impromptu Flourish," the number of attacks dealt by allies, which are originally non-Follow-Up ATK, that are considered as Follow-Up ATK increases by 4.

Explanation: The number of Robin’s ‘unique’ first few Additional Physical DMG increases. Moreover, what the Trace "Impromptu Flourish" enables is also increased.

= E4: Raindrop Key
When using the Ultimate, dispels Crowd Control debuffs from all allies. While Robin is in the Concerto state, increases the Effect RES of all allies by 50% and provides them with "Let My Music Guide You." Under this effect, the first 8 delays that they will receive from enemies are negated. This effect resets every time Robin uses Ultimate.

Explanation: Besides the existing utilities staying the same, the Concerto, despite being finite, is able to negate action delays dealt by enemies.

= E6: Moonless Midnight
While the Concerto state is active, the CRIT DMG of the Additional Physical DMG dealt by Robin is increased by 550%. The effect of Moonless Midnight can trigger up to 12 time(s) and its trigger count resets each time the Ultimate is used.

Explanation: The CRIT DMG buff of Robin’s Additional Physical DMG is increased, and it can trigger 4 more times.

Ending Thoughts and Conclusion:
"For being THE FUA Support, the comp whose synergy is frequent attacks, Robin, besides a teamwide advance, lacks any contributing attack"—I may have forgotten its origin, like which HSR content creator it is from, but this very statement stuck with me. This is because it has an eye-opening point. Feixiao and Ashveil, the main DPSes that she is designated for, rely on frequent attacks to charge their Ultimate, the most damaging part of their kit, and all Robin can offer is her ‘once in a blue moon’ Basic ATK. Therefore, I made the decision that Robin will receive a Novaflare wherein, despite being in Concerto, she is able to attack via her ‘unique’ first few Additional Physical DMG. Of course, it is truly finite until the new E2 is unlocked. Furthermore, by making the first 8 attacks of her allies be considered as FUA and effectively gaining a 70% DMG buff and 56% CRIT DMG buff, Robin became a welcoming FUA Support.
To conclude, Robin’s universal buffs remained the same, with the exception of the improved teamwide CRIT DMG. Her FUA buffs, on the other hand, are increased. As for the frequency of her Ultimate and her Energy Regeneration, well, let me just say that their improvement is equivalent to having reached the distant stars. All in all, with the Novaflare that was given to her, Robin will definitely have a grander cosmic tour—a tour that is even more all-embracing, irresistible, and heart-stopping. To end this post of ‘Robin’s Novaflare,’ I ask you this: “Did I ‘overbuffed’ Robin in buffing her kit?,” “If so, what should be balanced?”

A Novaflare Marathon (Part 2): Letting Jiaoqiu Cook

Keywords of Jiaoqiu’s Novaflare:
Capable DoT Unit, Universality, Permanent Uptime, Teamwide Ashen Roast Detonation, Adaptive Debuff, Healer, Teamwide Survivability, Spicy Hot Pot, VIP

Basic ATK: Heart Afire
Deals Fire DMG equal to 100% of Jiaoqiu's ATK to a single target enemy, with an 80% base chance of being inflicted with 1 stack of Ashen Roast.

Skill: Scorch Onslaught
Deals Fire DMG equal to 150% of Jiaoqiu's ATK to a single target enemy and Fire DMG equal to 90% of Jiaoqiu's ATK to adjacent targets, with a 100% base chance to inflict 2 stacks of Ashen Roast on the primary target and an 80% base chance to inflict 1 stack of Ashen Roast on the adjacent targets.

Explanation for Basic ATK and Skill: For them to have an acceptable ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation’ frequency, which results in ‘bonus damage’ and better survivability, Jiaoqiu’s Basic ATK and Skill will help the overall team build up "Ashen Roast" stacks on enemies.

Ultimate: Pyrograph Arcanum
With a 100% fixed chance, 1 stack of Ashen Roast will be inflicted on all enemies and then sets the number of "Ashen Roast" stacks inflicted on enemy targets to its max. Then, activates a Zone and deals Fire DMG equal to 100% of Jiaoqiu's ATK to all enemies.
While the Zone is active, Jiaoqiu gains "It’s on the House," inflicting enemies with a 20% adaptive All-Type RES reduce, adaptively corresponding to the damage of the ally that deals the highest damage amongst all allies. The adaptive All-Type RES reduce has a selection, and it consists of Basic Atk, Skill, Ultimate, Follow-Up, and DoT. Moreover, enemy targets have an 80% base chance of being inflicted with 2 stacks of Ashen Roast when taking action. While the Zone exists, this effect can trigger up to 9 time(s) and it can only trigger once per turn for each enemy target. This trigger count resets every time Jiaoqiu uses Ultimate.
When allies attack any enemy currently afflicted with the max number of "Ashen Roast" stacks, the Zone will enable their attack to cause the Fire DoT dealt by Ashen Roast to immediately produce DMG equal to 75% of the original DMG. Their HP is then immediately restored by an amount equal to 18% of Jiaoqiu's ATK plus 240. At the same time, the HP of their adjacent allies is restored by an amount equal to 12% of Jiaoqiu's ATK plus 120.
The Zone lasts for 3 turn(s), and its duration decreases by 1 at the start of this unit's every turn. If Jiaoqiu gets knocked down, the Zone will also be dispelled.

Explanation: Whether it is inflicted by Jiaoqiu, his allies, enemies taking action, or enemies entering the battlefield, the Ultimate outright maxes the number of "Ashen Roast" stacks inflicted on enemies. Through the Ultimate’s Zone, enemies can be inflicted with 2 stacks of Ashen Roast when taking action, triggering up to 9 times, and Jiaoqiu does a ‘Sparkle’ wherein he gains a buff that unconditionally debuffs enemies. This debuff is a 20% adaptive All-Type RES reduce and think of this effect as an ‘adjusting’ All-Type RES PEN buff. To exemplify, if the damage of the ally, who is the highest damage dealer of the team, is, DoT or Follow-Up, then the team basically gains a DoT or Follow-Up All-Type RES PEN. Under the condition that the targeted enemy/enemies is/are afflicted with the max number of "Ashen Roast" stacks, the Ultimate’s Zone allows allies to do a ‘Kafka Skill-primary target detonation’ on ‘Ashen Roast DoT.’ Besides doing ‘bonus damage,’ the attacking ally and their adjacent allies get healed. In other words, a ‘blast healing’ occurs.

Talent: Quartet Finesse, Octave Finery
When Jiaoqiu hits an enemy with Basic ATK or Skill, there is a 100% base chance to inflict 2 stacks of Ashen Roast on them. At 1 stack, the enemy is Weakened, decreasing their DMG dealt by 10%, and the DMG that they receive is increased by 20%. Then, these will be increased by 2% and 5%, respectively, for each subsequent stack.
Ashen Roast is capped at 6 stack(s) and lasts for 2 turn(s).
When an enemy target is afflicted with Ashen Roast, they are also considered as being Burned at the same time, taking Fire DoT equal to 480% of Jiaoqiu's ATK at the start of each turn.
When Jiaoqiu attacks any enemy currently afflicted with the max number of "Ashen Roast" stacks, the Fire DoT dealt by Ashen Roast will immediately produce DMG equal to 120% of the original DMG and the HP of the 2 allies with the current lowest HP are immediately restored by an amount equal to 24% of Jiaoqiu's ATK plus 360.
At the start of his turn and whenever he does an immediate producing of DMG of Fire DoT dealt by Ashen Roast, Jiaoqiu will regenerate 9 Energy.
After any immediate producing of DMG of Fire DoT dealt by Ashen Roast, the healed target(s) receive 12% less DMG and the number of "Ashen Roast" stacks on the enemy/enemies, which is/are originally afflicted with the max number of "Ashen Roast" stacks, that is/are attacked by the ally, via the Ultimate’s Zone, or Jiaoqiu goes down to 3.

Explanation: Jiaoqiu has a higher frequency of inflicting Ashen Roast which, at its max, inflicts 20% decreased DMG dealt and 45% increased DMG taken. Moreover, ‘Ashen Roast DoT’ can pack a punch because its former multiplier of 180% and the former E2 that adds a 300% multiplier became one, which is, again, 480%. When it comes to ‘detonating’ ‘Ashen Roast DoT,’ Jiaoqiu is able to do a ‘Kafka Ultimate detonation’ and the 2 allies with the current lowest HP get healed. Furthermore, every time he takes his turn and does an ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation,’ Jiaoqiu will regenerate Energy. Anyone that is healed via ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation,’ whether it is Jiaoqiu or his allies, gains a DMG Mitigation buff. Lastly, after ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation,’ whether it is done by Jiaoqiu or his allies, via the Ultimate’s Zone, the number of "Ashen Roast" stacks on the attacked enemy/enemies will be reduced.

Technique: Fiery Queller
After using Technique, creates a special dimension that lasts for 15 second(s). After entering combat with enemies in this special dimension, Jiaoqiu immediately regenerates 15 Energy and deals Fire DMG equal to 100% of his ATK to all enemies, with a 100% base chance of applying 2 "Ashen Roast" stacks. Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.

Explanation: A head start for Jiaoqiu and the team’s eventual ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation.’

Major Traces:

= A2: Pyre Cleanse
Whenever a decreasing of "Ashen Roast" stacks occurs, provided that it has already reached its cap, the effect of Ashen Roast will not be decreased.

Explanation: Despite "Ashen Roast" stacks decreasing, Ashen Roast’s effect will have permanent uptime. This is under the condition that the number of "Ashen Roast" stacks on the attacked enemy/enemies has reached its max.

= A4: Hearth Kindle
For every 15% of Jiaoqiu's Effect Hit Rate that exceeds 80%, additionally increases ATK by 80%, up to 320%. When the ATK increase has reached its max, Jiaoqiu’s Outgoing Healing will increase by 22%.

Explanation: Jiaoqiu’s personal ATK buff and Outgoing Healing buff.

= A6: Seared Scent
While the Zone exists, there is a 100% fixed chance of inflicting 3 stacks of Ashen Roast on enemies entering combat, and they will be afflicted with the maximum effect of Ashen Roast if it has already been reached by the enemy/enemies that is/are already present on the battlefield. Moreover, the Zone enables allies to have a 100% fixed chance of inflicting 1 stack of Ashen Roast on the enemy/enemies they attack, triggering up to 12 time(s). This trigger count resets every time Jiaoqiu uses Ultimate.

Explanation: Enemies entering the battlefield instantly get 3 stacks of Ashen Roast. They will also instantly get the max effect of Ashen Roast, provided that the enemy/enemies already on the battlefield have reached it. Therefore, this major trace backs up the statement that Ashen Roast’s effect will have permanent uptime. It also helps in quickening ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation.’ Lastly, the Ultimate’s Zone gives allies the agency to inflict Ashen Roast.

Minor Traces (total):
Effect HIT Rate +32%, Fire DMG +14.4%, Speed +5

Explanation: A ‘plus 4%’ increase on the Effect HIT Rate for Jiaoqiu. This is to make him focus on getting more Speed, which allows him to quickly and frequently do ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation.’

Eidolons:

= E1: Pentapathic Transference
The adaptive All-Type RES reduce that is inflicted by Jiaoqiu’s "It’s on the House" increases by 20%. Furthermore, this effect’s selection now includes Break, Memosprite, and Elation.

Explanation: An increase for the adaptive All-Type RES reduce, and its selection expands even further. Lastly, I know that Jiaoqiu being capable of giving a 40% Elation All-Type RES PEN is shocking and alarming, but let me remind you that he is not an Elation unit; therefore, he is incapable of doing Elation damage, generating Punchline and giving Speed, via his Speed, to Aha.

= E2: From Savor Comes Suffer
When an enemy target is afflicted with Ashen Roast, increases the multiplier for the Fire DoT dealt by Ashen Roast to the target by 180%. Moreover, the DMG from "Ashen Roast" is able to ignore 12% of the target's DEF and Jiaoqiu’s DMG dealt is increased by 45%.

Explanation: Jiaoqiu’s DMG dealt increases, like half of Hysilens’ DMG dealt buff, and his ‘Ashen Roast DoT’ is definitely fully realized because it has a 660% multiplier, 20% higher than Hysilens’ Ultimate’s Zone DoT and 180% lower than Black Swan’s DoT, and ignores DEF.

= E4: Leisure In, Luster Out
The immediate producing of DMG of Fire DoT dealt by Ashen Roast done by allies, via the Ultimate’s Zone, and Jiaoqiu is increased by 45% and 30%, respectively.

Explanation: In ‘detonating’ ‘Ashen Roast DoT,’ allies and Jiaoqiu will do a ‘Kafka Ultimate detonation’ and ‘Hysilens Ultimate detonation,’ respectively.

= E6: Nonamorphic Pyrobind
When an enemy target gets defeated, their accumulated "Ashen Roast" stacks will transfer to the enemy with the lowest number of "Ashen Roast" stacks on the battlefield. Moreover, the enemy’s DEF is additionally reduced by Ashen Roast. At 1 stack, the enemy’s DEF is reduced by 30% and will be increased by 4% for each subsequent stack. Furthermore, when the Zone exists, Jiaoqiu’s "It’s on the House" will additionally inflict enemies with a 20% adaptive DEF reduce, adaptively corresponding to the damage of the ally that deals the highest damage amongst all allies. This effect and the adaptive All-Type RES reduce shares the same selection.

Explanation: ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation’ is more frequent than ever, which results in Jiaoqiu fully realizing his capabilities as a healer and a cunning fox. Like, it is giving ‘lore-wise.’ Furthermore, with Ashen’s Roast 50% Def reduce and the 20% adaptive DEF reduce of Jiaoqiu’s "It’s on the House," this foxian healer that became a debuffer, in-game, effectively gives 70% Def reduce on all enemies.

Ending Thoughts and Conclusion:

This cunning fox named Jiaoqiu, particularly due to his Ultimate’s animation, always reminds me of a  spicy hot pot and a chef, even though I know that he is just a good cook due to how he uniquely and, as expected, expertly approaches healing. Furthermore, a chef and their restaurant have the ‘It’s on the House,’ wherein a drink or a meal is free, a courtesy of the management. Moreover, restaurants will have VIPs, the priority that needs to be handled and served first. All in all, I integrated my impressions of Jiaoqiu and the said ‘thought process’ in his kit. How? Well, Jiaoqiu’s Ultimate, and E1 altogether, has the ‘hot pot’ selection of the adaptive All-Type Res Reduce and the ‘VIP treatment’ wherein the  adaptive All-Type Res Reduce corresponds with the damage of the highest damage dealer of the team. Jiaoqiu’s cunningness comes in on his Talent where he jointly makes enemies vulnerable and weak, and the ‘detonations’ he and his allies deal against enemies. This is because ‘biological warfare’ is another way of strategically attacking enemies. For Jiaoqiu’s healing capabilities, well, it comes in on his healing via ‘detonations’ and the DMG Mitigation buff that the healed gains.

To conclude, Jiaoqiu, through the Novaflare that was given to him, is able to stand his ground and confidently assert that he is, indeed, a universal Support and a capable DoT unit. He also reminds his allies that he is, albeit uniquely, a healer. In regards to the ‘Ashen Roast DoT detonation,’ I frankly cannot gauge how frequent it can be. I just hope it is reliably frequent for ‘bonus damage’ and better survivability. To end this post of ‘Jiaoqiu’s Novaflare,’ I ask you this: “Did I ‘overbuffed’ Jiaoqiu in buffing his kit?,” “If so, what should be balanced?”

Key Words of Sunday’s Novaflare:
Energy, Summoner, Universality, Superb Uptime, Appreciated Excessiveness, Compensation

Basic Atk: Gleaming Admonition
Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 100% of Sunday's ATK to a single target enemy.

Skill: Benison of Paper and Rites
Dispels 1 debuff (prioritizing Crowd Control debuff) from one designated ally character and their summon, and enables them to immediately take action. Their SPD increases by 24% and their DMG dealt is able to ignore 40% of the enemy target’s DEF. If the target has a summon, then the SPD and DEF ignore is further boosted by an additional 16% and 20% respectively, lasting for 2 turn(s).
After using Skill on The Beatified, recovers 1 Skill Point.
When Sunday uses this ability on characters following the Path of Harmony, cannot trigger the immediate action effect.

Explanation: If Sparkle’s 48% DMG buff transitions to 30% increased DMG taken, thus making her more universal, then why not make Sunday experience that transition and universality too. So, from 80% DMG buff to 60% DEF ignore plus 40% SPD buff, thus ‘amping up’ the ‘Sunday is better Bronya’, and all you need is a summon. Furthermore, ‘non-summoners’ (characters that does not have a summon/memosprite) are less ‘outshined’ by ‘summoners’ (characters that do have a summon/memosprite) because they still get a 40% DEF ignore and a 24% SPD buff. Lastly, the debuff cleanse is added, because why was this ever a major trace?

Ultimate: Ode to Caress and Cicatrix
Regenerates Energy by 40% of Max Energy for one designated ally character, and turns the target and their summon into "The Beatified." As "The Beatified," their CRIT DMG is increased by an amount equal to 30% of Sunday's CRIT DMG plus 12% and their All-Type RES Pen increases by 16%.
Each attack of "The Beatified" will regenerate 8% of their Max Energy. This regenerated Energy is separate from the Energy that is normally regenerated by an attack of "The Beatified."
If the ult gauge of "The Beatified" is full, then every 4% of the excess regenerated Energy is converted into a stackable additional 2% All-Type RES Pen that "The Beatified" gains, stacking up to 14%.
At the start of Sunday's each turn, the duration of "The Beatified" decreases by 1 turn, lasting for a total of 3 turn(s). Once "The Beatified" ends, the stackable additional All-Type RES Pen will be halted. This effect will be regained and resumed in its course if the most recent target character successively turns into "The Beatified."
If "The Beatified" has already reached the maximum additional All-Type RES Pen, then "The Beatified" only needs 1 instance of Energy overflow to regain this effect.
When an ally target has become "The Beatified," its effect also takes effect on the target's memosprite/memomaster. When Sunday is knocked down, "The Beatified" will also be dispelled.

Explanation: Sunday is currently THE Energy-giving Support, so to make him truly live up to his title, the Energy that he regenerates increases and allows "The Beatified" to regenerate Energy. The Ultimate provides, the same, CRIT DMG buff and, now, a base All-Type RES Pen, and a stackable additional All-Type RES Pen that is dependent on the target character’s consistent excess Energy. Therefore, just keep on Energy regenerating. Lastly, ‘E1 RMC (Remembrance Trailblazer)’ is added to ‘E0 Sunday’, because why was this missing on the Support originally designated for characters with summons/memosprites?

Talent: The Sorrowing Body
When using Skill, increases the target's CRIT Rate by 30%, lasting for 3 turn(s).

Explanation: The CRIT Rate buff simply increases for an easier building of a proper CRIT ratio.

Technique: The Glorious Mysteries
After this Technique is used, Sunday’s Skill will be automatically applied to the character, and their summon, that initiated combat and entering battle will regenerate 25 energy for Sunday.

Explanation: A head start for the main DPS and Sunday.

Major Traces:

= A2: Rest Day's Longing
If the Ultimate’s target character has a unique Ultimate gauge, in turning into "The Beatified," rather than gaining a 40% regenerated Energy that is based on Max Energy, they and their summon instead gain a 20% All-Type RES Pen. This effect does not stack with the Ultimate’s base 16% All-Type RES Pen.

Explanation: A ‘compensation’ buff, indeed, for characters that have a unique Ultimate gauge.

= A4: Exalted Sweep
Sunday regenerates Energy by 10% of his Max Energy at the start of his turn.

Explanation: Sunday being THE current Energy-giving Support also applies to himself.

= A6: Haven in Palm
When the target character becomes "The Beatified," The duration of effects that the Talent and Skill provide will instead be based on the duration of "The Beatified."

Explanation: An even better uptime of buffs.

Minor Traces (total):
Crit Dmg +37.3%, Effect Res +18%, Def +12.5%

Eidolons:

= E1: Millennium's Quietus
Each critical attack of "The Beatified" recovers 1 Skill Point and provides 1 stack of "The Favored" to the target character. "The Favored" increases the DMG taken by all enemies by 6%, stacking up to 4 time(s).

Explanation: Instead of a one-time recovery of 2 Skill Point(s) via the Ultimate, why not make "The Beatified" do the Skill Point recovery. It will be easier for them because they already get a 40% SPD buff and are most likely in a ‘minus-one SPD’ setup with Sunday. Moreover, a 24% increased DMG taken to ‘amplify’ Sunday’s universality even more.

= E2: Faith Outstrips Frailty
The base and additional DEF ignore enabled by the Skill increases by 10%. If the target character’s total DEF ignore exceeds 100%, "The Beatified" will also turn into "The Fortunate."
As "The Fortunate," the increase of their DMG dealt will start at 140% of the original DMG and will be further boosted by 4% for every 2% of excess DEF ignore, stacking up to 40%.

Explanation: The DEF ignore via Skill is now 80%. Furthermore, this eidolon makes ‘overcapping’ on DEF ignore into a ‘good thing.’ This is because if the target character’s total DEF ignore exceeds 100%, "The Beatified" will gain an original DMG multiplier that is further boosted by excess DEF ignore.

= E4: Sculpture's Preamble
In turning into "The Beatified," the target and their summon also turns into "The Devoted." Each attack of "The Devoted" regenerates Sunday’s Energy by 10% of his Max Energy and advances his next action by 16%.

Explanation: Sunday gets MORE Energy and turn.

= E6: Dawn of Sidereal Cacophony
The Talent's CRIT Rate boost effect becomes stackable up to 3 time(s), and the Talent's duration increases by 1 turn(s).
When the Talent's CRIT Rate boost takes effect and the target character's CRIT Rate exceeds 100%, "The Beatified" will be able to deal 1 instance of Additional DMG that is based on their Type and equal to 180% of the stat that their DMG is based on to the target that has the highest HP, and 90% to the remaining targets. This damage has a fixed CRIT Rate of 100% and a CRIT DMG of 300%.
The CRIT DMG of any Additional DMG that "The Beatified" is able to deal is increased by 150%. For every 1% of excess CRIT Rate that the target character has, the CRIT DMG of "The Beatified" increases by 3% and the CRIT DMG increase for the Additional DMG that they deal increases by 5%.

Explanation: The target character ‘overcapping’ on CRIT Rate via Talent allows "The Beatified" to deal Additional DMG that is based on their Type and the stat that their DMG is based on to enemy targets. This Additional DMG is only 1 instance to every enemy, and the highest HP enemy will receive higher damage. This Additional DMG has a fixed CRIT Rate and a 300% CRIT DMG. Any Additional DMG that "The Beatified" deals gets a CRIT DMG buff. The target character’s excess CRIT Rate gives "The Beatified" more CRIT DMG and further increases the CRIT DMG buff of the Additional DMG that the "The Beatified" deals. All in all, if there will be an oversaturating of CRIT DMG, why not include "The Beatified’s" Additional DMG. Additionally, this will be the first time that a character can buff Additional DMG.

Conclusion:
Although he loses his DMG buff and still lacks stat buffing, such as Sparkle’s ATK buff, through this Novaflare, Sunday’s improved and ‘rebirthed’ universality cements himself as THE Support for ‘Hypercarries’ that are ‘Energy-based’ and ‘Summoners’ (characters that have a summon/memosprite), while also impressively supporting any CRIT ‘Hypercarries.’ Sunday can even support Boothill’s ‘Break team’ if you lack The Dahlia or Fugue. To end this post of ‘Sunday’s Novaflare,’ I ask you this: “Did I ‘overbuffed’ Sunday in buffing his kit?,” “If so, what should be balanced?”

(An Apology of a Sidenote: I am really, really sorry if you somehow can't escape this 'Sunday Novaflare' of mine, I just really want to share this around, and hope that the 'right' kind of fans/enthusiasts will read and hopefully appreciate the Novaflare I suggested for Sunday.)
