Survived cancer and want to visit the beautiful landscapes of China on my 50th birthday in September, I’ve got 7-8 days, I know it’s kind of late now to be starting off planning, it’s been at the back of my mind and because I’m going it alone.. I’ve been putting it off. I’m of Chinese descent but do not speak or write. Should I opt for private tours, any tips on that (getting tours on ground vs a full tour package from my country). Anything that could help my scattered brain make a plan..

I have a prescription from a psychiatrist in a private hospital, apparently they do not have stock. Dr said go to other hospitals and pharmacies. I’ve had no luck (it’s been 4 months, I bought from bkk and now starting again to check). If you have bought concerta or Sandoz equivalent or Ritalin LA could you please share which hospital/clinic/pharmacy? Thank you!!

I completed Invisalign 3 months ago, made essix 1mm retainers, cracked and tore the upper twice in less than a month, made essix 2mm dual laminate, lost it within 3 weeks, and now waiting for my 3 sets of viviera retainers.
I’m wondering how robust is it for ppl who clench and grind their teeth at night, if it’s as strong as Invisalign (or stronger according to my dentist) then I’m assured these will last me a bit longer than a month. Otherwise I really don’t know how, I’m spending in 3 mths more than what I spent for my aligners. Help!!
