Accident or intentional puncture?

Photo attached. I found this nail in my tyre the morning after a disagreement with a neighbour. I’m not accusing anyone—just wondering whether this looks like an accidental road puncture or something that appears intentional. I’d appreciate your opinions.
Additional information: the nail is long rusty and has a scruff head, can that fit into a nail gun?

What would you do with this bully neighbour?

I live in Australia and my next-door neighbour is a tradie who is building his own granny flat.
The structure looks longer than I expected, so I politely asked him a couple of times whether it was still within the approved plans. He told me it was, but he wasn’t very friendly or approachable.
Recently, I found a screw in one of my tyres. The tyre shop told me it was deliberately inserted judging from the angle , rather than something picked up on the road. They told me a nail gun was used.
If you were in my situation, would you just back off and avoid any further conflict, or would you do something about it?

Help! Is this normal Italian neighbour behaviour or are my neighbours just unfriendly?

I recently moved into a new house in Australia and most of my neighbours have been friendly and introduced themselves. The only exception is my Italian neighbours next door. We’ve been here for a while now, but they never properly introduced themselves, rarely wave back, and generally seem reluctant to interact with us. The husband briefly mentioned he owns a business selling tools, but came across as quite arrogant and dismissive. I’m Malaysian, so I’m not sure if this is a cultural difference, a personality thing, or if they simply don’t want to know us. For Italians here, is this considered normal behaviour, or would you also see this as unfriendly and standoffish?
