I vibe coded a modern Wellness & Recovery app with Next.js, Supabase, and AI Coaching.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my latest project: StopGoon.

Most apps in the "habit breaking" and "recovery" niche look like they haven't been updated since 2012. I wanted to build something that felt premium, data-driven, and actually utilized AI to help people in real-time.

The Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: Next.js (App Router) + Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: Supabase (Auth, DB, Realtime)
  • Payments: Lemon Squeezy
  • AI: OpenAI API (for the personalized AI Coach)

Key Features:

  • Analytics: Heatmaps and "Danger Zone" time-tracking.
  • SOS Protocols: Real-time breathing and distraction exercises.
  • AI Coach: Context-aware support based on user triggers.

What I'm looking for: I'd love some feedback on the onboarding flow and the pricing model. Does the "Freemium" approach feel fair for a wellness tool like this?

I got tired of "Day Counters" that didn't help me improve, so I built a data-driven recovery dashboard.

Most habit trackers are just simple counters. They tell you how long you've lasted, but they don't tell you why you keep relapsing at 11 PM on Tuesdays.

I wanted to treat my recovery like a data science project. I built a tool called StopGoon that focuses on pattern recognition

I'm looking for some people from this community who are serious about habit mastery to test the dashboard and tell me what data points I'm missing.

Like many of you, I've tried every app out there. Most are just counters or required payment to be used. I needed something that actually analyzed why I was relapsing and gave me something to do in the moment.

I've been working on StopGoon (it's a web app, so no download needed).

It's mostly free, and I'd love to get your feedback on it. If it helps even one person stay clean today, it was worth the dev time.
