point out my problems please

Point out my problem please

I started my service agency recently with my fulfillment team and salesman. This is how my agency runs:

  1. My offer is basically the same as my mentor's agency offer(Customized real estate business OS), but we are targeting different countries.

  2. My fulfillment team is pretty experienced and I just need to discover exact clients' situation during the first couple of calls.

  3. Me and my salesman are doing cold call mainly and following up some leads now.

  4. I plan to fully outsource cold outreach and sales after my first 5 clients. and I am bit worried what exactly I have to pay attention to now and after I outsource my sales to really take care of clients and my agency daily operations. I also really wanna have more networking with prospects and I don't know where to start besides cold outreach.

My motivation of starting this agency: Firstly I just wanna say it's all about collaborating with right teams and bring solutions to the place where people need it. I don't really focus on which tool or tech stack I am using but I want to ensure I can genuinely help people and scale it. Secondly some people always told me I am too young to start a business. But I totally disagree, I just wanna build something that is really meaningful and valuable. Plus everything is becoming more and more expensive everyday. I can't really take care of my whole family well alone if I ONLY care about myself, my fixed salary. Value comes from helping each other in a scalable way. I will never make it by myself. Thus I am sharing everything here to ask for some advice. Just a beginner who doesn't even land a client. Please point out any problems and I would love to improve and work hard. Thank you very much!

Data Analytics Mentorship for Complete Beginners — 10 Spots Only (Starting Mid-August)

Hi everyone,

I'm a Management & Data Science student founder at TUM (Technical University of Munich). Over the past three years of studying and working with data, I've come to one conclusion that changed how I learn: how you learn matters more than how much information you consume. I remember what it felt like as a beginner — the more I "learned," the more overwhelmed I got, with no clear sense of how to actually turn scattered knowledge into real skills or a real portfolio. I want to help a small number of people avoid that trap and build a genuinely solid foundation instead.(I'm also currently building my own startup on the side, and I have to prepare bit more budgets for marketing part by doing more job).

Who this is for:

Complete beginners or early learners in data analytics who are ready to commit long-term — not people looking for a weekend crash course or another disconnected "masterclass." If you're the type who wants structure, depth, and consistency over quick hacks, this is for you.

What we'll cover

The curriculum is built around learning methodology and how to actually think about data — not just tool tutorials — combined with a full practical skillset:

Learning methodology & how to think about data (the foundation of everything else)

SQL: PostgreSQL & MySQL

Statistics

Excel for analysis

Power BI

Python & all packages needed

Git & GitHub

Data pipelines

Snowflake & Databricks

Cloud fundamentals: AWS & Azure

Applied AI for data analytics

Structure — two phases

Phase 1 (starting mid-August): Foundations

All the topics above, taught step by step, each section ending in a small hands-on project so you actually apply what you learn, not just watch it.

Phase 2: Portfolio & real-world experience

Larger, portfolio-worthy projects, real collaboration, and the business sense and soft skills that actually matter on the job. At this stage, I'll also bring in small internal projects from my own startup so you earn from real projects.

Logistics

Format: 100% online, from anywhere

Language: English

Schedule: 3 sessions/week, 1 hour each (55 min core content + 5 min learning-strategy discussion)

Price (Phase 1): €23/hour

Want to split the cost? You can pair up with one other person at a similar level and share a session

Billing: weekly or monthly, pause or cancel anytime, full refund for any unused sessions

Spots: limited to 10, first come first served

Not sure if it's a fit?

DM me to book a free 20-minute intro call — we'll figure out together whether this is the right fit for where you are and what you want to build.

Thanks for reading, and looking forward to meeting some of you.

Need some advice for my client acquisition

I started my service agency recently(we build customized business OS to reduce operation time, but for my fulfillment team we are entering a new niche new country) and I want to accept the challenge of having my first client without a initial marketing investment. So ive been doing cold calling for a couple of weeks. I have a nice script to make receptionists forward call to decision makers. but the problem is that most of decisionmakers can't have enough time to think about my offer. They always let me email more details and decide to call me back or not. But what i want is a clear answer i can follow up after some days or just book appointments as soon as possible.

Thus My current solution is to improve my offer part of script. make it more attractive for them and get follow up agreement to book a call. and I have two different thinkings about how to make my offer more attractive:

1, make my offer focused only 1or 2 exact needs with measurable results. But i need more time to do survey

2, My team can actually build entire business OS and provide some necessary service to help them run it. So Why don't I use past projects as a proof to tell them we just carefully listen to your needs in the first meeting and build exactly what you need. so let's schedule an appointment.

This is all I have in my mind. Still smiling and dialling and looking forward to hearing from you.

Hey guys! Has anyone built things for German real estate agency. I have some questions that I can't figure it out by myself and AI responses are too general.
