Anyone have any experience with a robalo 1820? Could I get my money back on this?

He’s asking 13k. Is this any good of a boat? I’d mainly be fishing on the lake but I’d prefer to have like 3-4 people with me so I think itl be tight. Also kinda worried about it having wood rot since it’s old but I doubt anyone would put money in a boat with rot. Would you take one of these 5-10 miles offshore on a decent day? Would I get my money back in a year?

Are the 06 Yamaha 225s that bad? Should I avoid this boat?

I’ve been reading about the Yamaha 225s and how they have some issues with the exhaust overheating. Should I skip this boat and look for something else? The guy dosnt know the hours on it. I’d be driving 3 hours for the boat but the guy said it runs great. Is there any way to prevent the exhaust from melting? Any other issues with these?

Would you even consider 2 strokes these days for the ocean?

Trying to get my first center console “I’ve got a decent amount of experience with boats and mechanical knowledge” id mainly be on the lake but I’d take it on trips and go a few miles out and do some fishing there. Would you even consider getting a 2 stroke I’m kinda sketched out by them lol. You’ll kill it then jt wont ever start again. Also is 550 hours a lot for those yamis? At this point I’ve been skipping every boat with a 2 stroke since there so outdated

How can I get these scuffs/scratches out my seadoo?

Did some river riding this year and tapped a couple rocks going idle speed on my ski so there’s some marks now. No cracks or anything. Anyone know how to get these marks out?

What the easiest way to make the steering less sketchy?

Just got this thing for my trip to flordia tomorrow and the steering is really sketchy. Like if I jerk the wheel going 25 it can go bad easily and the scooter will go 40. The front half where it folds also moves forward and back but I don’t think you can fix that.

I’d love to get a steering stabilizer but I’m leaving tomorrow so I won’t be able to have one here on time if ordered. Anything else I can do?

Kinda contemplating on going and getting the scooter in the last pic because it’s seems a lot better and has a stabilizer already. He’d take 800.

Is this trailer set up right? Is the ski sitting fine?

Got a double trailer to take me and my buddies ski on a trip with. Not sure if the ski is sitting on it right tho. Do I need to angle the boards differently? Or move the ratchet

Has anyone had noise/vibration issues with a aftermarket impeller?

2023 gtx300 I had the pump rebuilt and a new 13/18 impeller and now it hums/ sounds like a airplane you can kinda hear it in the video. Also my ski lost 100rpm 2mph.
Only hit 7700 65mph now instead of 7800 68. This is with a stage 2 tune. I was told my elevation the impeller is pitched to high that’s why I lost performance not gained.

Just weird. And the shop that did the work said bring it in but they’re 2 weeks behind so screw that. 2 weeks just to know if they can warranty the impeller or not for me…

Do you run a free flow intake in the 100 degree heat

Would you run a free flow intake all day in 96 degree heat this weekend? Kinda contemplating on putting my stock intake on while riding this weekend because it’s so hot. My free flow would probably do worse than good. Probably going to put the stock intake on and tune it down to stage 1. Just wondering what yalls thoughts are. I don’t have any vents cut in or anything so there’s no extra fresh air coming in.

I have a custom 90* elbow with a free flow filter

Why does my car do this? Once it cools down it goes to normal driving

I’m guessing something is overheating. The esc has a fan could it be the motor overheating? Should I get a fan for the motor? Rides great for like 10 minutes then does this. Cools down and rides fine. So it’s not something binding or a rock in the gears. New hobby wing motor and esc only a week old I do drive this thing pretty hard tho.

Arrma senton

Trying to get into rc cars are these any good?

Arma senton 4x4 mega
Traxxas rustler 2wd
He wants $240 for both which is a pretty good price
But they both use 2s batteries and are brushed
My main concern is the brushed motors. I feel like they won’t be to quick and I’ll want them to be faster

Is it worth it or should I put my money in a different car. Would it be worth upgrading them to brushless and bigger batteries?

Anyone know what this white stuf around the impeller tunnel is?

Not sure what it is I got the ski like that. What’s this white ring. I know everything’s corroded but I’ve used salt away not sure how to get the stains out.

Is my gtx300 pump cooked?

Took off the cone while changing my wear ring and it blew out grease and water you can see the puddle in the picture. Seems to spin fine never made noise. Would I be safe to put new grease and orings and send it? 50 hours on it freshwater used. Picture in comments

Yamaha yxz hour meter makes no

These hours make no sense. 3287 miles with 117 hours or 11.7? Second pic also has the decimal. 3082 with 99.4 miles or 994 which I doubt.

Last one also makes no sense 😂 2450 miles with 4.7 or 47 hours? So average 50mph.

Trying to buy one but the hours are a little confusing

Would you trust this or am I getting scammed

A guy is trying to trade a 2003 2500HD 240k miles for my 2023 canam outlander 850. The outlander is worth around 7500. How much is this truck worth and what’s the chance of something going south? I’ve had diesels but not an older durmax so I don’t know much about the lb7. I’d sell my 09 sierra 1500 and keep this thing if it’s all good. Would this truck last long? He said it’s got about 20-30k miles on all the work he’s done on it. Just not tryna trade for something that’s gona end up being a pile of scrap after it craps out lol.

he’s asking me to add $3000! And I’m a diesel mechanic on semis so I’d be able to do most of the work on it if something does happen just never messed with a durmax yet
