I have a big zit in my groin - how to deal with embarassment?

I (F) sometimes get a big singular pimple on my groin or buttocks, and right now I have one on my bikini line. I’m seeing a guy in two days, should I avoid sex right now so that it doesn’t pop…? How do I tell him that I can’t have sex because I have a ”zit near my clit”? I feel awkward about it.

What sport to do besides BJJ?

I earlier posted about vertigo, and it’s gotten so bad that I need a break from bjj. I love the way bjj demands all of your focus, is a full workout for the mind and body, increases flexibility - and has a sense of community too.

What sport could I turn to? Google says climbing could be a good alternative that also demands full focus, I think there is a community too perhaps? Then there is dancing which I also like. I would also appreciate a sport where I can drop in whenever it fits for me.

From martial arts, I want to avoid kicks or punches so I think I’m out of options there.

Stains from CPAP?

I have lately noticed these marks on my pillow and sometimes bed sheets. Where do these come from? Kinda looks like these marks are as wide as cheek straps, is it oil from my face?

New warmup sucks and gives me bad vertigo (dizzy)

I’ve been going to a new coach’s classes at my dojo and he’s amaziiing, but his warm‑up always triggers my benign positional vertigo for the next 48 hours. The two person drill involves lying on your back with your head lifted, legs up, constantly rotating while the standing partner moves from side to side. It’s a lot of fast spinning with the neck in a fixed, strained position on a weird angle. Edit: we do this for 10 minutes.

I only get vertigo after his classes. Sometimes I have to leave early, but the worst part comes later at home — I wake up nauseous whenever I turn in my sleep. Doing the Epley maneuver helps within about 48 hours. Since no other classes trigger this, I’m pretty sure the warm‑up is the cause.

I’m unsure whether to ask him to change the warm‑up, switch classes, or try doing my own warm‑up without seeming rude or weak by doing so. Any tips for this warmup to avoid bppv/vertigo?

I’m proud of the descriptions I made for my Capp and Monty cemeteries

I always build cemetery lots to not deal with ghosts. For Veronaville, I found it fitting to have two cemeteries - no way they could rest eternally on the same lot!

Only exception to this is Romeo and Julia, I married them as Capps and buried them to the Monty cemetery.

I would love to make more sims enemies, but I hate the trash can kicking

Is there a mod to remove trash can kicking? I hate dealing with it every day and getting roaches.

I get nervous about pairing up before the class starts

I’m still new to this sport, so before every practice I’m nervous if people want to pair up with me since I don’t know too much yet and I’m not an equal size to men. AFTER the class I always feel good and people have fun rolling with me and help me a lot! I only feel insecure about myself. How to feel more confident that people do want to roll with me, a beginner / a short woman? Have people said no to rolling with you because of your level / size?

Two obvious things: 1. Not everyone has to roll with me, people can say no ofc. 2. This is absolutely an inner sabotage monologue, I was never too sporty growing up so I was among the last picks to school PE lessons. I’m an adult now, we all are, but I’m just nervous to feel that again. It is silly, but the feeling is real.

Any perspective from the side of the person who is neutral/happy to roll with beginners is appreciated!

Listened to ”Hallelujah” in a dark movie theatre - and nostalgia took me to heavens

There is this concept ”pitchblack playback” who organises listening parties for old albums at movie theaters, in complete darkness. I got a ticket to Jeff Buckley’s Grace.

As fans of the O.C. we know ”Hallelujah” is played on the series in two extraordinarily heartbreaking scenes, and I was NOT ready for the nostalgia trip it sent me to. I was expecting to get emotional during ”lover you should have come over”, but the second I heard the hallelujah intro I bawleeeeed my eyes out.

What an experience, this full movie theatre sound system, sitting in darkness (they even give you a blindfold, which catched all my tears lol). Wow.

So if you ever get a chance like this and you are a fan of the O.C., go!!!! I literally felt like I was in these scenes myself.

Dislike getting choked, can i still do this sport? Got repeatedly choked during a 5 min match

I’m a fresh beginner. Today i was sparring with a girl who put me repeatedly on a chokehold (edit: rear naked choke) during our 5 minute match, like within 15 seconds of starting and resetting each time. Is the goal to be able to submit someone so fast with a choke? I’m happy for her that she nailed so many submits, but for me it kinda sucked. Next girl I sparred with gave me some pointers and helped me figure out moves when I froze, as I’m so new to the sport I’m not quick on my feet, that was way more fun!

I wonder is choking the other person the end game, and is it the only way to end a match?

//edit: I’m 6 weeks in and i don’t yet understand rolling, i like learning technique but i forget everything when we start rolling. I do this as a fun hobby, not heading for any type of big leagues. I have no prior knowledge of this sport, started out of pure curiosity!
