I am so sick of the communication apps right now in the market

So, like, all the communication apps on the market right now just show me some irrelevant metrics that are absolutely no use to me. I mean, I don't understand how to use them or what I'm supposed to take away from them. Most of them are either focused only on interview preparation or public speaking.

Why can't apps have a balance? I don't just want to prepare for interviews. I might want to prepare for a presentation or something else. Communication is much broader than just interviews and public speaking.

Also, I don't need role plays for everyday conversations like talking to a cab driver or ordering a pizza. Those aren't situations where I feel nervous or need help. What I actually need is practice for situations that are genuinely challenging—like starting conversations, handling awkward silences, dealing with uncomfortable social situations, or simply feeling more confident when talking to people. Even if it's just realistic practice, that would be really helpful.

On the professional side, I have meetings, presentations, and sales pitches. I'm in sales, so I'd love something that helps me feel more confident before going into those situations—maybe by letting me practice, improve my wording, or prepare for different scenarios.

Am I the only one who feels like this, or do any of you feel the same way? If you've come across an app that actually does both personal and professional communication well, please share it.

Took reddit feedback and iterated

Hey guys,

2 days ago, I posted asking you to roast my page, and thankfully I got a lot of constructive feedback, which I worked on. Now all the changes are done. Before pushing it to the App Store, I want to know what you guys think of these new screenshots and whether you would download the app if you saw these screenshots. I'm attaching the screenshots here—they might be a little blurry.

Looking forward to your feedback. I will be as grateful as the brutality of the review.

2 months in the app building zero revenue

Hey everyone, I build an app and it's been 2 months since I first launched my app and from then on I have been continuously pushing features launching updates all in the dark, I am not getting any downloads or users, I figured my aso is very weak so I started working on it, I improved my screenshots and I have improved my UI and everything , I tried influencer marketing one 100$ Collab gave me 7 installs complete waste of money, I don't have enough funds to run meta ads, and I am completely in the dark just on the verge of giving up. I am putting my app here it helps people articulate better and if you guys have any feedback I would love to take good or bad and any advice on distribution channels I would definitely like to try. I did my best to provide complete value to the users. I am all ears to all the feedback be brutal as you can, my dms are all open if you need promo codes dm me.

Are meta ads working for iOS apps

Hey, I have been exploring my distribution channels recently and I am confused if I should do meta ads or not, few of them tell it's very expensive and you have to initially burn money off around $10k before actually getting revenue, is it true, and if you guys know any distribution channels other than meta ads and organic content please share.

I am going blank in middle of a pitch, help me please

Hi guys, I am 21 yr old Just graduated, resigned my job and quit an agency me and my friend started, I absolutely have no regrets about all these, Now I have to make a livelihood of my own and I am searching for any freelancing work major thing I noticed is I am not good at starting conversations I become socially awkward and like suddenly I go blank. It happened recently I was talking to a lead and we were talking and I just went blank, like I stutter and words don't get out of my mouth The sentence I have in my mind no where comes close to whats coming out of my mouth, it was difficult to bring back the same conversation again, I felt like if I can improve my communication skills it would be so much help to me.

I searched if there's anything that can help me with this Gpt gave me options like speech coach but they are very costly can't afford, and then I have downloaded some apps like wellspoken and like latter AI, the situations they have are like very basic it might help for interviews and stuff but not for like improving my social skills/communication skills. I just wanted to build my own one on lovable and use it customed to my requirements can you all tell me what should I include in that what exercises/structures will help me, the things we wish that an app has but they don't.
