For anyone in the area, with the jets flying over the city, is it possible to see the show or any sightings while in my boat at the lake?
I know it is as Chennault airport and that’s where all the action is going to be. I was thinking of going out near contraband bayou or the lake and finding a spot to relax and catch a glimpse of the blue angels.
Anyone find an aftermarket solution for the front sight on their PMR-30?
I need to replace it because it was lost at the range. I swore it was in my range case but no luck finding it. I’m ok spending $19 on a new kit but the shipping is a kick in the pants. So I’m looking for a better solution or permanent fix.
For those who have cruised to Key West, are there rentals located close to the port? Specifically I’d like to rent a 6-8 person golf buggy (common term is not allowed in sub). My elderly parents will be with us so I want to get something close to the port for easy pick up and drop off.
For the people who EDC with a RMR, do you leave the red dot turned on all of the time? Currently, when I go to the range I turn it on and off when I am done. If I decide to swap over carry weapon from G43 to the G19, it would be good info to know.
