[UPDATE] Horrible tracking, how to improve?

So I made a post a few days ago (https://www.reddit.com/r/FPSAimTrainer/s/CukPaaKa3S) asking for advice on basically learning my tracking skill.

I started on Controlsphere rAim Easy scenario slowed down by 40% and I'm already noticing a weird behavior that I can't make sense of, sometimes my hand will start uncontrolably shaking which explains why it looked like I was just microflicking in the original post.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Gf got groped in the bus, I want to put an end to this.

This is the second time this happened, I can't let this happen another time, what are alternatives to buses that are safe? I'm willing to pay for the costs as long as it is safer, I'm tired of this.
