Kohli and head having banter in the middle
RCB stand out with a rare achievement: Across IPL 2025 and 2026, RCB are the only team in IPL history to maintain a 70%+ win percentage in back-to-back seasons.

Now that the IPL for CSK is officially done, I can share this. Been sitting on this info since last year but couldn't really share.
MSD was never meant to play the season this year.
The reason he was retained and "in the squad" was because of the 3 year sponsorship deal with Etihad Airways.
One of the clauses as part of the deal was that Etihad will sponsor as long as MSD plays. If he would have announced that he's retired or walked away, the deal would have walked away too, thus causing a big hole in the yellow pockets.
This is why CSK had to keep giving random 2-3 week return timelines that he'd come back to play. Blud was done and dusted and chilling at home. Practice and stadium appearances were just to keep people and sponsors both by the hook. All about milking it as much as they could.
New jersey sponsor coming to CSK from next season at a much lesser value I imagine..

FROM TENNIS BALL CRICKET TO INDIA CALL-UP: PRINCE YADAV'S FATHER REVEALS SON'S JOURNEY
Prince Yadav’s father, Ram Niwas Yadav, expressed great happiness after his son was selected for the Indian ODI team, calling it a moment even bigger than the IPL.
He said the entire village celebrated the achievement and the family also visited a temple to give thanks. He recalled that Prince had a strong passion for cricket since childhood and used to play with tennis balls until the age of 17–18. Prince often managed his own expenses for cricket and even skipped tuition classes to buy equipment.
Although he was advised to focus on studies due to tough competition, he remained dedicated to cricket as it was his dream to represent India. His father added that Prince played in several tournaments in cities like Surat and Mumbai and performed well.
He said it was an emotional moment when Prince called to inform him about his selection for India, bringing great pride and joy to the entire family. [ANI]
