the coursera anthropic material is fine for orientation but it treats mcp like a config file. i need the version where you think about which tools an agent should be allowed to call and what happens when a tool lies to it. udacity, pluralsight and kodekloud all have something in this area. taking recs on which one goes past the config file.

I spent months approaching brands, sending pitches and following up, only to get ignored or rejected. Sometimes I'd send 20+ pitches and get absolutely nothing back.
Then came the negative comments. People would say my content wasn't good enough or that UGC was a waste of time. Honestly, it started affecting me.
The hardest part was not knowing when the first deal would come.
It took me 10 months to land my first UGC deal.
So if you're starting out, don't make UGC your only source of income. Don't depend on brand deals from day one.
Keep another income source, improve your content and keep pitching.
Your first few months might be full of “no's” before you finally get that first “yes.”
This time Im serious about buying so Im paying closer attention to every listing I look at. I will see 10 acres on Zillow or Land.com for a price that seems way to low and my first thought is always what is the catch.
Sometimes nothing is wrong with it, other times the listing left something out. What should I be checking before making an offer on land like this.
