This time Im serious about buying so Im paying closer attention to every listing I look at. I will see 10 acres on Zillow or Land.com for a price that seems way to low and my first thought is always what is the catch.

Sometimes nothing is wrong with it, other times the listing left something out. What should I be checking before making an offer on land like this.
