Another solo activity completed: hiked Mt. Kinka alone!
Honestly, it was such an amazing experience. I’m slowly getting more comfortable doing things on my own, and I’m really glad I decided to push myself to do this trip.
Also, random appreciation post for Japan because POTA ANG GANDA NG CR NILA SA TAAS. Like??? I was not expecting a mountain restroom to be this clean and nice. Japan really have their priorities straight.
Hi guys!! Day 2 in Japan! Just wanted to give you a little update: I survived so far!!
Honestly, I’m loving everything about Japan. And surprisingly, I’ve started loving getting lost too. Every time I take a wrong turn or end up somewhere I didn’t plan to go, I somehow discover something new.
I was so nervous about doing my first international solo trip, but so far, it’s been such a beautiful experience. Learning to slow down, figure things out on my own, and just enjoy wherever I end up.
Thank you so much to everyone who gave advice and recommendations before I left. ❤️☺️

first time traveling internationally SOLO and honestly… i did not sign up for this 😭
this trip was supposed to be with my husband, but he suddenly had a work emergency and can’t come anymore 🥲 so now it’s just me, myself, and my questionable decision-making skills.
the funny part? i did NOT prepare for this trip. and the flight is already on tuesday.
i’ll be staying in Gifu City for the entire trip, and the only thing i know for sure is that i want to go to Nagoya at some point.
other than that? no itinerary. no solid plans. no idea what i’m doing.
soooo if you’ve been to Gifu/Nagoya, PLEASE drop your recos 🥹
places to visit, cute cafés, food spots, day trips, hidden gems, things i absolutely should NOT miss, or literally anything that would make my solo trip worth it. thank you!!
Not really looking for anything specific here. Today’s been a bit heavy, and I just feel like talking. I hike, run, and loves to travel, so maybe we can chat about those, or anything, really haha
Grabe, it’s only been 2 months since we last spoke, pero sobrang miss na kitang kausap. Para akong nawalan ng kaibigan hahaha. I miss you so much. Ang dami kong gustong ikwento sayo. Do you want to talk? Are you here?
