Lightning struck my house and absolutely killed my heat bulb so I’m waiting in my Amazon order any advice he diddnt eat the day before so I’m a bit worried but just figured I’d ask the experts 🫶
So I have a 40 w basking bulb for the new leopard I just got but I don’t have a thermometer, his warm side seems to only be getting to a little bit above room temperature and I want to make sure he is getting enough heat on his warm side aang advice, I finally got him to eat crickets so that part has been fine
So I just got my leopard gecko he seems to be about 5-7 weeks old, he was raised by only eating crickets it seems I know they are picky but I got him meal worms and d3 calcium and it’s day 2/3 and he still isn’t eating I haven’t gotten a thermometer yet but he has a basking bulb for his warm side a warm hide, and a moist hide. (I will take pics of his enclosure tmrw and put it in the thread) any recommendations on what to do I’m going to get him crickets tomorrow to see if he just doesn’t enjoy meal worms. I’ve gotten him to eat two by putting tongs infront of his face with a meal worm. I crushed both of their heads idk if I should do that with all of them or keep them alive as I read they prefer them alive but I have not a real idea of what I’m doing just off of the little bit of research I’ve done. Thanks in advanced any advice would help a ton!
