So excited, i have been waiting a long time for this!!
I signed on the dotted line(or several of them) this morning!!!!! My seller has delayed occupancy so i dont get the keys just yet but I still had to tell someone because I am so FREAKING excited to be freaking done. OMG. Married 31 year old girlie/toddler mom to one, but I bought all on my own for us I am just so proud of myself!!!!
Sometimes I think dogs choose their people long before we realize it.
We brought Tinkerbell home as an 8 week old puppy while my childhood dog, Nana, was living her final year (yes, Peter Pan names on purpose).
Nana got to help raise Tinker.
Now, Tinker is raising him.
She's 4 now. He's almost 2. I thought I was bringing home my next dog but, I think she was always meant to be his. I hope everyone gets to witness a friendship like this at least once in their lifetime. ❤️
Basically the title. I have posted here before. I grew up in the church and we left when I was a young teen and I have lived a very worldly life since. I very much dont believe in a creator, but I have this IMMENSE calling to come back to church and be part of the community and i cannot for the life of me figure out what to do with that feeling or why I even have it. I assume it is because i am now married with a young family and yearn for the community and love that I know the church can offer but it feels wrong to come back if I dont really believe in it all and if I dont always follow the word if wisdom to a T. My husband didnt grow up in the church but has already said hed happily come with me to visit on a sunday and wouldnt mind but I just feel so conflicted about it all.
Edit to add: From the bottom of my heart, Thank you to everyone who commented i literally already feel so loved by this community and it gives me hope for what the future holds.
That is all, picture for attention 🤍🎉
Tinkerbell is officially 4 years old! 100lbs of pure love!
I still find my self reaching for and trying on size large in stores and then I get into the dressing room and just giggle at myself in the mirror in these baggy clothes like oh yeah right im a size SMALL!???
Life changing.
For a long time, I thought growth meant becoming stronger, happier, more successful like one day I'd wake up and finally feel "healed"
Instead, healing looked like lots of therapy. Medication. Letting go of burdens that were never mine to carry. Learning that I wasn't responsible for everyone else's emotions. Becoming a mother and realizing I had the chance to end cycles instead of repeating them.
This song found me at exactly the right time. It gave words to something I'd been feeling for years, that healing isn't always moving forward. Sometimes it's slow. Sometimes it's invisible. Sometimes it feels like you're standing still when you're actually doing the hardest work of your life.
Every time I look at this tattoo I want to remember that I'm no longer trying to be perfect. I'm just trying to become a little more myself.
Thank you Noah, for writing a song that made me feel seen. 🤍🥹🐞
Having a tiny hotel towel just easily wrap around my body is an absolutely WILD experience. Thats all. "Pats self on back"
From Feb 2026 to june 2026. My journey started in December 2024 and I am down 95+ lbs. But the last few months as iv gradually reached goal i have seen a lot of recomposition of my biggest problem area(my tummy) and its amazing to see! I plan to have skin removal spring next year and im sure it will change my life but I am already so happy with how far iv come and the progress I continue to see even though im not losing rapidly anymore.
For the last year or so I (31f) feel I have been being called to come back to the church. I have not been since I was 13. But I was born raised and baptisted LDS. I still hum the songs to my child to put him to sleep every night. The real kicker is i dont know why i feel like i should come back i think it may just be for community? I dont believe in god, im covered in tattoos and all that but the church always felt warm and happy when I was young and maybe I just miss the peace that I know exists in the LDS community. I dont know, anyway would it be wild for me to like come back and visit? Bring my toddler and husband who wasnt raised in church but isnt really against the thought? Seems wild.
if yall bully him into not playing stick season songs im gunna be so sad. Shut the eff up. I want to hear the setlist he WANTS to play not what every whiny fan on the internet wants.

Yall are some annoying ass bugs.
I am on zepbound 10mg have been on my journey for 2 years and I am at goal wieght and maintaining. I have always self paid with my doctor sending to Lilly direct pharmacy for zepbound vials. I need to save money and want to stay on trizepitide, what are my options?
I have hit goal weight and i just cannot even believe how far I have come, I dont do social media anymore so I just really wanted to share. What a journey this has all been!

Has anyone noticed WAY stronger appetite suppression once getting closer to goal weight / starting maintenance?
So I was on 12.5mg for quite some time without major issues besides the normal suppression. Around the same time, I also started prozac(an SSRI) for anxiety. I started at 10mg and then moved up to 20mg after a week per my psychiatrist. I’ve now been on 20mg for about 4 weeks and honestly feel really good mentally.
BUT… when I first started the Prozac, the nausea combined with Zepbound got ROUGH. I had almost zero desire to eat. Because of that, I lowered my dose to 7.5mg and the nausea improved a lot.
The weird thing is… even at the lower dose, my appetite suppression is still INSANELY strong compared to before. Stronger than when I was actually on 12.5mg. I’m basically at goal weight now and trying to transition into maintenance anyway, so I asked my provider to move me down to 5mg to see how I do.
I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this:
- Did Zepbound feel stronger once you got leaner closer to goal?
- Did SSRIs like Prozac increase appetite suppression for you?
- Or is this just what maintenance starts to feel like when your body weight is lower?
I’m trying to figure out if my body is just way more sensitive to the medication now because I weigh so much less, or if the Prozac is amplifying it somehow.
Would love to hear other maintenance experiences because I definitely do NOT want to keep losing weight at this point.
Gosh hes done it again! It just hits so hard if you have siblings and family trauma 😭. Its beautifully written.
