Help me level up my skincare routine

Ive been using korean skincare for the last 3 years. My main issues are milia, small pimples, and just generally bad texture. Ive tried a host of products and ingredients which have made no difference, and now that I have a better job I can afford to spend some money on my skin. Im looking for more refined products and ingredients. My skin is sensitive and sometimes dry, but also oily around my temples and forehead (which is where most of the milia is). Im also dealing with fine lines and wrinkles. Im 38F. I need to stay away from anything heavy with oils as itll make me break out like crazy.

Heres my current routine:

Morning:

Wash with water

The Ordinary Azeliac Acid 10%

Round Pab Birch Moisturizer

Evening:

Skin1004 light oil cleanser

Round Lab cleanser

Pyungkangyul essence toner

LRP retinol b3 serum (3x week)

On the off retinol nights - The Ordinary Copper Peptides

Round Lab Moisturizer

I also have the ordinary SA 2% that I used regularly for several months but it made no difference so I switched to LRP retinol, which has also made no difference.

My azeliac acid is almost gone so i thought id get a vitamin c - but im not sure which to get. The retinol will also run out soon, and the LRP one Im using doesnt seem to be doing anything, so Im looking to replace with a different one.

Im not sure where to go from here, so if anyone has any advice thatd be great!

Tell me about your UFE recovery!

I had a UFE yesterday morning under light sedation. An hour after the procedure I needed a shot of dilaudid and other painkillers. I had horrible pain in my abdomen, back, and left hip and down into my leg. It was so bad I had tears streaming down my face.

Im home now and feeling a bit better but still need dilaudid and tylenol every few hours and celebrex twice a day. Im supposed to go back to work on Monday, my doctor said I would be better in a few days but that seems unrealistic at this point. Can you tell me what your recovery was like and when you went back to work etc?

Hospital social workers in BC

I have a BSW (and am registered) and am employed at a non-profit part time. Ive been looking at casual social worker jobs at hospitals but the job descriptions seem kind of vague to me (Ive never worked in healthcare). The jobs dont seem to be specialized to a specific unit. So, what do you do all day? Can you run me through a typical day? What are the pros and cons? Do you enjoy it?

How are we handling the flooding?

I have a submucousal fibroid and have extremely heavy periods. My gyno put in a Mirena IUD in November which helped somewhat, but instead of bleeding 3 cups over 3 days Id bleed 3 cups over 3 weeks. Wildly this was better for me.

Last month started off normal with light to medium and them bam we are in the car and a wave of cramps hit me. I tell my husband to pull into a gas station so I can check things. I was on that toilet for 2 hours passing clots and having blood gush out but it continued on another 2 hours after that before tapering off. Next day same thing, 4 hours of clots and gushing before tapering off, next day same. I check my Mirena strings because WTF and they are gone. I dont know if it fell out and thats why the wild bleeding, or maybe if it stuck in the side of my uterus or something and is causing more bleeding and cramping. I have an U/S next Monday to see.

This cycle same thing but worse. Ive been taking tranexamic acid 3000mg daily but still have severe flooding episodes, blood literally gushes out in huge streams. It seems to happen 6 hours after the txa dose when it starts to wear off I assume. I can only pass this time on the toilet, my menstrual cup will fill up as soon as i stand up from the toilet.

How are we handling these episodes? What has helped? They are so unpredictable that I cant plan for them, sometimes they happen in the morning, evening, overnight. Im terrified to even leave the house, let alone go to work tomorrow.

Ford F150 2017 car seat installation

My dad has a Ford F150 2017. The head rests in the back dont seem to come out, and when I install my sons (forward facing) car seat it does not sit flush against the back seat because the head rest pushes it out. Even with all the straps tightened as far as they will go, every time I go around a corner the car seat goes sideways. Is there any suggestion of how to fix this or a way to remove the head rest?

Honestly, my kids make me miserable

I have 2 very loving wonderful kids age 9 and 6 but man they suck the life out of me. Im introverted and enjoy being by myself, and having 2 small humans around always loud and wanting my attention is so draining. They follow me around the house, follow me outside, follow me inside, come into the bathroom while Im pooping until I just fucking snap at them. Even when they ARE playing and away from me I can hear them bickering or fighting or whining with one another. I grew up an only child, and I dont remember at all wanting to be around my parents. I was always playing outside or doing something in my room on my own. I dont entertain them per se, we do do fun things together like go to the beach or the park but at home theyre expected to entertain themselves, so I dunno why theyre always following me around and being annoying. Uggg.

Milia, other bumps and lumps

My skin texture has really worsened over the last few years. Ive got tons of milia, and other little bumps you can see in the picture. My current routine is

AM - rinse with water, use pyungkang yul essence toner, 10% niacinimide (3-4 days per week... not morning after Ive used an acid), moisturize with centella asciatica moisturizer.

PM - oil cleanse with haruharu oil cleanser

Round Lab birch cleanser

3-4 nights per week The Ordinary 2% SA, followed by Cosrx snail mucin and the centella mositurizer.

Non acid nights - pyungkan yul essense, The Ordinary multi-peptide + copper peptide, moisturize with centella mositurzer.

A few times a month - 10% glycolic acid from Loreal

Can anyone suggest routine help, or what to change to help with texture?
