Current Hoard.
My current hoard.
1lb Emmi Gruyere which is fantastic in so many ways.
12oz Rivoire-Jacquemin Comte which is similarly fantastic in so many different dishes.
2.5oz Rogue Creamery Roge river blue, haven't tried it yet but after hearing about it on here i had to pick it up.
8oz Treasure cave Gorgonzola. This is for my pasta, steaks and pork chops. I find it sweet, a bit spicy and salty i love it.
14oz Snowdonia green thunder, haven't tried this one yet but i bought it about 2-3 months ago and figured i would let it age some more, it sounds great and i don't believe in bad cheddar; some are just much better than others.
Any pairing or dish incorporation recommendations for any of these? How is the Green Thunder?

Redento and Cleofas quest trophy.
Redento is already in the room with the pilgrim statue in Mother of Mothers. Have i F'd up his quest to see Cleofas die now? Do i have to wait now until NG+ and refrain from speaking to him at patio to keep him there and get the trophy?

Lore content creators and breakdowns.
Any good Ytubers that anyone can recommend that is engaging and detailed at breaking down the lore?
I'm just about finished with 1 so hopefully someone that will avoid or at least warn me of spoilers for 2 since i have it downloades but havent started yet obviously.
Absolutely love the game but i am struggling to understand the lore and story. I read items and they make it even more confusing for me. Is it similar to dark souls where more playthroughs will make it all more coherent eventually? I feel like i never really struggled to understand a game before as much as this one. I pretty much got the idea and wider lore of all the souls games and bloodborne within the first playthrough.
Looking for someone similar to Vaati vibes or Tarnished Archaeologist but with this series. Thanks.
