I am working in a organization right now ,which have 4 years of bond now I have submitted some of my dad's medical documents and asked for a release,now my current org stating that they can only give me a termination letter mentioning due to medical emergency you have violated the policy and we are terminating you

Now in amazon ,I have doj on July 20 ,I tried to contact my recruiter but he is not replying properly,I told hime all my situation and he is saying your bgv is cleared and you can submit the reliving letter or service letter once you join amazon ,but I will have only termination letter ,my doubt is can I submit it ? Will amazon accept it ,I have selected through auta as sde 1

So as the tittle says I am working in org i have a bond of 4 years ,I worked here for 7 months now I got a good offer and I accepted the offer and also all my pre joining bgv is done and also I informed will this to my recruiter,now my question is my current employer is refusing to give reliving letter ,they said they can only give termination letter which mention due to medical emergency,now can I get a reliving letter from my colleague and edit it accordingly will it cause any issue for now and also in future'? Also if need reliving letter my current employer asking me to pay 10 lack

I have an Amazon offer with a joining date coming up. My current employer has a ₹10 lakh bond. Because of a family medical emergency, they are allowing me to leave only through a termination process. They will issue a termination letter, but not an experience/relieving lette

I informed my Amazon recruiter about this in advance. The recruiter escalated my case to the internal BGV team and later replied saying "there are no pending contingencies against your name." My background verification also shows Completed in A to Z.

Recently, I was told to provide a service/relieving letter once available after separation, and for now they mainly need proof of my last working day so it doesn't overlap with my Amazon joining date.

My question is:

Has anyone joined Amazon with a termination letter instead of a relieving/experience letter?

Did Amazon accept alternative documents (termination letter, payslips, PF records, offer letter, etc.)?

Should I proceed with the termination process instead of paying ₹10 lakh just to obtain a relieving/experience letter?

I'm trying to make a decision within the next day or two, so any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
