I think I’m hopeless

I’ve had restless leg syndrome all my life. I’ve had multiple doctor visits with multiple prescriptions, such as magnesium, iron, and pramiprexole. I’ve tried others options like massage boots, different sleeping techniques, diet and exercise changes, etc. I have it really bad in my wrist and ankles and everything I have tried has not worked to any noticeable degree. I have had multiple bouts of insomnia because of it, and it is genuinely ruining my life due to such poor sleep. What can I do?

Are there any gold standard, stand above the rest all season tires for under $200 per tire?

I live in Texas, so I only really have 3.5 seasons, so no ultra cold winter tires are needed

Should I get cheap coil overs or just lowering springs for my ls400? I’m just trying to find a cheap way to lower the car while I save for air suspension?

What wheels are these?

I know these are probably some cheap, cast rep wheels. I want to use them temporarily to dial in fitment while I save up for some nicer wheels.

Before you read this. I do not recommend this as a solution, as it may be very extreme. and will not provide info about what products where to get any of the products I used. This is a potentially very dangerous option if proper research and care is not taken.

I used to be really into the gym before developing costo, which brought my progress to a halt. I’ve been trying multiple things over the course of months to try and fixed it all to no success. Then I recently started hearing a lot about peptides on social media and how some of them have miraculous healing effects. I thought that because of this, it may be worth a try to see if it could help me recover from my costo. It definitely did. Within 24 hours the pain was significantly down. It’s only been 2 days now and my chest pain is barely there.

I’m going to do a light chest day at the gym tomorrow, my first one in months and provide an update in the comments.

For as long as I can remember, even when I was a kid, I was never able to keep a consistent sleep schedule. I have restless leg syndrome which definitely doesn’t help but even when it’s not bad, I still struggle to sleep. I cannot think of a single time I have been able to keep any sleep schedule consistently for more than a week or two. I have tried a lot of things, sleeping with or without sounds, no screens, changes in light, waking up at the same time everyday, several supplements (melatonin, magnesium, zinc, etc) and medication for my RLS. Nothing has made a noticeable difference. What is wrong with me and what do I do?
